While talking to the manager, I mentioned I tried a capacitor that was a different size which didn't work so I figured I needed to buy the right size and asked her if that could have been the problem with the one I had bought. She said the size shouldn't matter and that there was something else wrong with the heat pump, and that she could have a technician come to our house later this morning. The technician arrived, replaced our compactor which took approximately 5 minutes and waited an additional 20 minutes to make sure it continued to work. This $55 capacitor which my husband had intended to purchase ended up costing us over $400 for a 5 minute job. What a rip off!!!!

They conceived a way to run the line sets internally within the existing internal duct work. The install required out of the box thinking and we did have challenges with the condensation lines. The mark of a good team is how well they communicate with one another and how they respond timely when given curve balls. They were professional, able to diagnose the condensation line issue and my system is now running beautifully. The team worked well together and operated with integrity. He even checked to make sure the drain line was not clogged, again, something the previous maintenance person failed to do. The line set was kinked, poorly supported, and shoved through my wall with zero protection--leaving my system at risk of failure and my home at risk of damage. Multiple HVAC professionals have told me the install is so bad it needs a full tear-out and correction. This company's negligence has cost me time, stress, and thousands in repairs.
