Which made it a lemon. The technician who looked at the appliance said the brand wasn't a good one regardless and that there would possibly be a lot of issues. So naturally we requested information for a refund but they only help if you have a lease agreement or pay on credit. I guess it doesn't pay to pay for something when you've the money.

The answer was yes. Nothing else. This has been a nightmare for the last two months. A month into this they said that the installer was 3 weeks out and they were coming from spokane. They never said this in the beginning. We bought trim to finish off the floors and I was told today that the installer was not going to be doing that, I had to pay extra. So I tell you I want it, I purchase it, and I am paying you to install, but you will not do the finish work. It is also going to take the installer two days to do a 400 sq ft room. They are coming over saturday, taking sunday off and finishing monday. I would give them zero stars if I could
