    This review is for the T-Mobile corporate store at 9308 Elk Grove Blvd, Suite 120, Elk Grove, CA…read more95624. I have been to this store several times in the past to look at phones. This is a corporate store which means that they have the ability to do things that a authorized retailer does not. I had a very large concern involving a phone I had to turn in to get credit on my new phone. Normally I would receive a shipping mailer for it, but as of the 25th day none had arrived. I was getting concerned so I went to this T-Mobile store and was greeted by several associates. I explained everything and they told me not to worry that they would resolve it by taking the phone there. Since it's a corporate store, they can do that and they gave me a receipt. What a relief as I was very worried about everything involving my old phone being returned to T-Mobile. The service was absolutely stellar and the associate I talked to could not have been more polite or helpful. We even went over my bill and he explained some features of my new Google Pixel Watch 4. The store is spotlessly clean and the display of the phones and other items are excellent. I have been a customer of T-Mobile for many years and honestly have never had any problems with service or the phones. A few older one star reviews make me wonder. I have walked into T-Mobile stores before when they were really, really busy and sometimes the wait is a little long. Normally when that occurs I just leave and come back later. I do feel sorry for those customers who experience the issues that occurred. However, in my dealings, I have never had that problem. One time I accidentally locked up my SIM card and after waiting a while the person at a T-Mobile authorized retailer unlocked it for me. I really like this T-Mobile store and their service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

My…read morefamily and I came into this store to inquire about the upgrade options we saw from the Verizon app. Once we were "helped," the rep had a vibe like he did not care to help us further than to just tell him what phone and plan changes we would like to make. Although on the surface, it sounds like exactly what was supposed to happen, we were actually trying to inquire cost differences of our options and our promotions we were seeing online on our account. The rep gave no effort in looking into this for us at all. After expressing our concerns and questions, he suggested that we call the Verizon customer service because they may be able to help us more. After waiting 30 minutes to speak with a rep over the phone, it was clear as day how the phone rep and the store rep approach the way they work and how they treat their customers. The phone rep was WAY more helpful and took her time to listen to us and helped us address every concern we had. On top of that, she even helped us lower our monthly bill by almost HALF! All in all, the vibe at this entire store was very "I don't want to spend extra effort in helping you" and it's not what we want to experience as loyal customers to the company. I do not recommend this store to anyone that is seeking genuine help with their phone service.

    This place is a joke…read more Took my boyfriend's phone in, because it was cracked. So they charged me $130 for a new screen. Not a problem. After the phone was fixed, the screen began to pop off a little bit at a time. Maybe a month after having t fixed, the screen just stopped working all together. We took the phone back, and I explained to the lady at the counter (who knew nothing about phones) about how we had been in there before to have it fixed already. She went into a back room, and I'm assuming to speak with a manager, then came back and told us we would have to pay ANOTHER $130 for a new screen. I made it very clear that I was not going to pay for something to be done to the phone a second time, that should have been done correctly the first time. So after saying that she left again to go check with her manager. At this point I asked her to please have the manager come out and speak to us. I was getting very frustrated trying to have a conversation with someone who obviously didn't know what she was talking about. Then the girl come back, (with out the manager of course) and said that we would only have to pay $30 for the labor fee. At this point I just wanted the the phone fixed and to leave, so I paid the $30. They told me that my phone would be ready in 3-5 days. After 3 days, I called to check on the phone. Turns out that who ever was supposed to order the part for the phone, "forgot to". Then another 3-5 days was added. After anther 3 days, they told me that for whatever season I needed to wait a few more days. Finally they called me and told me it was ready to be picked up. As my boyfriend and I were getting in the car to eave, I get another call from them asking for the password to the phone, "to check if all the functions were working." Of course I told them NO! And I said I would be more comfortable being present and entering the password myself. Not even a minute later, I get ANOTHER call, saying that they no longer needed the password because everything was working fine... Seems a little odd to me that they needed my password one minute to make sure the phone was working, and then after i said no, it was all f a sudden working perfectly fine... Unfortunately, the same thing that happened last time with the screen popping off after being fixed, started happening again. These people do not know how to do their jobs are are VERY shady. I would never trust them with another one of my devices ever again.

    I would not recommend anyone coming here. This place will overcharge you and they seem like they do…read morenot want to do your business. I called regarding a iphone part I needed fixed and the man who answered the phone was very rude. He seemed like he didn't care if I drove from sacramento to get my phone fixed there or not. I asked him about the price of the parts for the iphone because I saw the ad on craigslist and he was telling me how they did not have that part available and that I would need to go to their store and pay for the part so they can order it. Anyways, it was too much of a hassle, BUT if he was friendly then I would of gone to get my phone fixed here. And the good note is I went to get my phone fixed somewhere else where they fixed it within 30 minutes in Davis. Good thing i didn't end up going here.

    Dear Verizon Management,…read more I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your store locations. I went in to pay my bill since my account was recently changed to "cash only." However, the employee assisting me informed me that he could not accept cash payments, which was already frustrating considering the inconvenience of having to come into the store to make a payment. To make matters worse, I was charged a service fee -- which doesn't seem fair when I'm the one going out of my way to pay my bill in person. When I asked the representative a few questions regarding my account, his response was simply "I don't know." That level of customer service is disappointing and reflects a lack of proper training. I strongly suggest that management provides additional training to ensure employees are knowledgeable and equipped to handle customer inquiries professionally. Customers should feel supported and confident that their issues will be addressed effectively, not dismissed. Thank you for taking the time to review this matter. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience at your stores.

    This store my family member and I went in to the store to pick up both of our phones. Came to find…read moreout that the phone that was ready was mine and my family members phone was back order. When they had called us told us that our phone had arrived but did not specify which phone up until we had gone in person to find out. Also, to add more one minute the guy that helped put my family and I told us that one minute I would need to trade in my phone then shortly after told my mom I didn't need too and that I could keep both our phones.
