HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I went in about two weeks ago to trade in my old iPhone for a brand new one, which I have DONE before at this place. I went in and they didn't necessarily greet me in the moment because they had one other customer, but over a few minutes they greeted me and asked me how I was. Which I replied in a settle tone. I was soon helped by a representative with my questions about trading in my device that wasn't able to work. He confirmed multiple times ensuring me that a cracked and non-workable phone is eligible for trade in. (!!!Mind you I asked multiple times over and over & all his replies were yes I'm able to trade it in for a new device!!!). We sat down and talked about the trade in price and value of my old device, trading in for a new one. Once we have discussed all of that, the representative STATED " so you're trading this non-workable iPhone for a new one correct", and I said "yes" . Once we have finished all of the discussing and agreeing, he told me bring the phone home and transfer all of my information onto my new device and bring back the old phone within TWO weeks. Which I did, when I came back two weeks later the representative said that I was trading in a whole different device for my new one ( which I never stated that, although I had another device, it's non- workable as well, it wasn't able to transfer any of my information so I was trying to trade my other phone which is also non-workable but the data is backed up on the one I wanted to trade!!!). I told the representative, I have clearly stated I wanted to trade in the one I already had backed up and he said yes two weeks prior. I came back to this place to bring my old phone they told me to bring back for them. Once I went in told them, gave them my information, and the representative said "under this new phone in this account, it shows you are trading a different device not this one" . I KNOW for a fact when I left that day receiving the new phone and agreeing, I could trade in the one that was backed up, that manager didn't like it at all!!! Which I think made his employee change it under my plan saying I was supposed to trade in the non- workable one that WASN'T backed up. The managers attitude and his facial expressions were the rudest, discourteous, and impolite!! This place, the workers, and ESPECIALLY the manger wasted my precious time out of my DAY. Telling me one thing and confirming multiple times it's possible, and then telling me it's not possible. I wouldn't ever recommend this place at all!! Dear Verizon Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your store locations. I went in to pay my bill since my account was recently changed to "cash only." However, the employee assisting me informed me that he could not accept cash payments, which was already frustrating considering the inconvenience of having to come into the store to make a payment. To make matters worse, I was charged a service fee -- which doesn't seem fair when I'm the one going out of my way to pay my bill in person. When I asked the representative a few questions regarding my account, his response was simply "I don't know." That level of customer service is disappointing and reflects a lack of proper training. I strongly suggest that management provides additional training to ensure employees are knowledgeable and equipped to handle customer inquiries professionally. This store my family member and I went in to the store to pick up both of our phones. Came to find out that the phone that was ready was mine and my family members phone was back order. When they had called us told us that our phone had arrived but did not specify which phone up until we had gone in person to find out. Also, to add more one minute the guy that helped put my family and I told us that one minute I would need to trade in my phone then shortly after told my mom I didn't need too and that I could keep both our phones. read more

The worst customer service possible. We checked in around 4. They told us they would text us when it's our turn and so we were waiting outside. Of course they didn't text us and so we ended up waiting almost 1.5-2 hours. There were 2 associates (out of which 1 was a trainee) to begin with when we walked in. One of them left the store at 4;30pm leaving a single trainee associate behind to help the customers. At 5:10pm, the associate asked us what we were looking for and said they close at 6 but, hello I've been waiting for almost 1.5 hours now! She then came back 10mins later with a grand idea- telling us to book an appointment for tomm because they won't be able to accommodate us today. Like seriously??!! All we wanted was to switch my number to Verizon but, never again will I go to Verizon! Please don't go here unless you want to waste your time. I expected better from Verizon! We then went to T-Mobile close by, they had 3 associates willing to happily help us even though they were scheduled to close in 10mins. Even tho I took a badly smashed Galaxy S9 which prevented all the easy ways to transfer everything to a new phone, he quickly did work arounds to accomplish this. Just to be upfront, I've always enjoyed Verizon's service and their customer service over the phone has been superb for me throughout all my time with them. However, Victra is not a true representative of Verizon but is instead a retailer with the Verizon name--two different entities under one name. With that being said, this store sucks and their customer service skills are extremely poor. I called in awhile back asking if I could pay my final bill and I was told to come in to the store because "oh sure we can do that." Dude even put me on hold to ask if that's what they do there. I go in to the store only to be met with a "no we don't do that here, you'll have to go to a Verizon corporate store," after they realized there was no incentive to help because I no longer had an existing account with Verizon. As a former representative on the sales floor, I could easily see right through the scheme they were trying to pull and they shifted me out as soon as they realized my intentions. To say that it wasn't possible to help me out because they "didn't have access to do so" is a load of nonsense, they either need to be retrained or the level of standards to be a victra employee have sunk to new lows. Frankly if I decided to join sales again I could easily do their job better than them and I could prove it, what a sham to call yourself a manager but yet you don't even fully know the operations of the job your employed to do. I displayed my frustration on the floor saying I thought it was ridiculous to do that to me considering I was a former rep: I couldn't believe the lack of effort considering no one was in the store but two employees and myself. As for upper management, I did not catch any names I'll be straight up but it was a Mexican male and an Asian female; this is not meant to be racist--after all I'm Mexican-American myself--but in case you were wondering about the employees I encountered. A bit of bitter ending to such a good time (service wise) with Verizon that I couldn't just walk away without giving others a heads up before having to deal with shady salespeople. So if you want to pay a bill and want to avoid the stores, or maybe your final payment is due and they tell you to go to the store to make this payment, you can simply look up "Verizon pay my bill," and you'll be able to proceed from there with the necessary details. This store in particular does not care about your time and they do not value you as a person considering they made me drive to the store in an effort to make money. Their work ethic is not respectable and they really bring no value to the table when they're either going to tell you they can't do something or that you have to a "Verizon corporate store." So why waste your time here or at any Victra for that matter? Trust me, there are countless times that they do this stuff to people I'm just speaking up about it. 2/24/2021 The worse service when to the store on Saturday and they system went down I understand it and when back next day because the person that was helping me out was nice and check the promotion. After I got my taxes on the 3 phones and it seem higher but when I was looking at my invoice after few days later they charge 19.99 per line to set up but they never did only activate the phone and I did everything else when I got home but I still got charged that. This was the worst Customer experience ever. Manger (Christian) is untrustworthy. We brought over 4 new lines, were told we would get $200.00 in rebates per new line activation, that's 800.00 in total. Months later when they were not received I came into the store about 4+5 times he was never there, and I was never called back by him. I finally made one of his employees call him on the spot so I can talk to him. He said he would investigate and get back to me. All he said to me was was he made an honest mistake and he was sorry. In NO WAY WAS THIS MADE RIGHT, OR COMPENSATED IN ANY WAY. NO ACT OF GOOD WILL. NOTHING. He,CHRISTIAN, the manger of the store, completely misled me with his promise of $200 in rebates FOR SWITCHING. READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REBATES. DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT. I SPENT HOURS AND DAYS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE for 2 months, they finally informed me months later that the issue was that we did not qualify for the 200.00 because we did not purchases phones with a VALUES of $500.00 or more. but we did purchase 3 new phones for lesser value. Store manager, Morgan, and his representative, Jason, were terrific. They helped us decide on the right phones for us without simply selling us the most expensive items in the store. We ended up with the Google Pixel XL. They did not have the color that my wife wanted and Morgan called another store that had it. Jason drove right over and picked it up for us. They ended up staying after closing to help us transfer all our data from the old phones to the new ones. Great guys, funny, entertaining, knowledgeable and very helpful.
