The store is well stocked with many items and choices. Most of the items are available in all sizes. This Tillys store is in an excellent location with good management. Not his problem, it seems. The entire time I was there he would not stop yelling at me. I could not focus on finding shoes to buy at all. 1st incident--I walked in with an empty Skechers blue bag--he thought I was stealing and yelled "hey, return is that way". I showed him the bag and he said "Ok". No apologies. Maybe at least look closely before accusing? Anyways, fine. 2nd incident--I tried on various shoes, and some shoes were left on the floor in one of the aisle as I try various sizes. He yelled "Hey this is not your home, you can't have shoes on the floor, pick them back up. People need to walk this isn't your home". What does my home got to do with anything? Fine, I moved the shoes, did not feel like engaging him in an argument. At this point I was fed up with him yelling at me, I was trying to focus on looking through all the shoe options and finding the right style and size, and there is constantly this person buzzing at me from behind, I could not focus on finding a pair of shoes to buy. So I left the store 3rd incident--I walked out of the store, and he was also walking out to his car (maybe on his break? Don't know) and, form outside the store in the parking lot, he continued to yell at me for trying shoes on the floor within the aisle. I was done with this Skechers I got in my car and left. Notice that the entire time, I did not say anything back to the security guard, he just kept yelling and yelling and I pretty much ignored him. It was purely one-sided, I did not say anything to him. I voted with my wallet and left. It sucks because the other employees at this Skechers location were quite friendly, and took the time to help me find a new pair of shoes. The next day I went to another Skechers location and bought the pair of shoes I was interested in. What's the point of having a security guard, if the guard prevents customers from buying shoes? At that point you are just paying someone's salary in exchange for them lowering your sales.

So the "Jeggings" section was the more standard fit that she was looking for. I also noticed that American Eagle will take your old jeans and give you a discount on your next pair. Originally I though it was a buy back offer which I though was pretty cool, but later realized it more of a $10 credit to the next pair bought in store. There were also a number of 50% off deals on various garments for both men & women, which is definitely a good incentive to purchase clothing here.

According to a store associate, they get a shipment roughly four times a week. So, they never know what they're going to get. It's a good plan to do your Holiday Shopping here, as they carry a lot of brand name toys and electronics.

After I declined a shopping basket, she approached me again, insisted that I place the store's wicker basket inside a shopping basket, and then dumped my items into the basket without my permission in front of other customers. The interaction was embarrassing and made me feel singled out and treated with suspicion rather than as a customer. As a Black woman, the repeated scrutiny left me feeling racially profiled and unwelcome. What made the situation even more frustrating was that when I later called the store to obtain the employee's name or ID number so I could accurately report the incident to corporate, the employee refused to provide her name or identifying information. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I hope management thoroughly reviews this matter.

Helped me sort out my return and get some new clothes. You just don't see traditional salesmen like John anymore. Being in sales myself, this was a very refreshing experience. The selection here is great (although smaller than Folsom). If you're in between the two locations, I'll pick Elk Grove again hands down as long as this manager is leading the team.

If I wanted the coat to fit better it would need to be tailed and that would be a few weeks wait. They seem to have a nice sized section.
