I came in to get a broken power button on my Samsung Galaxy S3 replaced a couple of years ago. This is a very difficult repair (from what I've read online) but they assured me they'd be able to do it. One of the lead techs here has been working on cellphones for over 25 years. I came in when it wasn't too busy, so I was able to wait while they did the repair. Took maybe 30-45min tops! The price was very reasonable and their service was great. I'll definitely be coming back again! Update: I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 now and took it here for a battery replacement. Again, not an easy repair and normally you'd have to send it to Samsung to do. The price they charged was fair and it took about 1.5hrs to do, which was exactly the estimate they gave me when I came in. These guys were great! Super fast and super friendly! My iphone 5 screen was partially shattered. It only took about 10 minutes. They also put on a screen protector to help from future damage. If anything happens, I have 60 days to return and they will fix. I rarely write reviews, but these cats were so good, they deserved it! Went in for what is apparently the really common IC chip and battery replacement issues with the iPhone 6Plus, according to Google. Went in Tuesday morning and was able to pick it up same day, after work in my case. When I told him what was wrong he was quick to know the issue and let me know if the chip replacement didn't work, there wouldn't be a charge and he wouldn't change the battery, since in that case I'd need a new phone. In 15 minutes he was able to diagnose and offer a cheaper fix than the Apple store, who wanted to replace the battery for twice the price when I went in a few months ago, and for the current IC chip issue, said I should just get a new phone. For $100 I can keep using my phone for hopefully another few years. Polite, not condescending, knows his stuff. Go in if you want a phone fix and can't afford $700 on a new phone every two years. read more

I went in Monday morning, but unfortunately they didn't have my screen in stock, but told me it would be in Tuesday by noon. Tuesday I went in the early afternoon, but FedEx was late. The guys were incredibly kind and apologetic and helped me figure out my best course of action (I was anxious because I had an early flight the next day). Cracked my iPhone screen and found them on CL. Convenient (for me) location and hours. They were very friendly and helpful. Competitive pricing and they did the back which I had previously cracked for just a little more. That was a good enough experience to warrant them 4 or 5 stars anyways...but.... A couple weeks later I dropped my phone and the screen blacked out. I could hear the phone was still working but I couldn't see anything. I took it back in and something was loose inside, maybe as a result of them taking it apart but maybe bc I dropped it. Regardless they fixed it I the spot without charging me any more! They were able to fix my chinese phone - Xiaomi Mi Mix even though they had never fixed one before. Now it's as good as new. Less than 2 hours and my favorite phone is back to good as new. One I didn't how to work, the other was *broken.* The broken one needed to have its motherboard transplanted into a working phone. So they found an $8 new one! What only costs $8 these days? They were quick, and prices were reasonable. My iPhone 7 camera glass broke and they fixed it for me right before a flight and I haven't had any issues with it since (about 4 weeks now). The staff was friendly and it is in a good location. I called and asked if they had the parts available around 10 am, brought it in at 11 am, walked over to Starbucks for 30 minutes, and when I came back they were finished. Very nice people the guy he was very helpful, I recently cracked my iPhone 6s back Camera lens. I came in and explained the situation. He said it would take no longer than 30/40 minutes, I gave him my phone and ran some quick errands. I came back roughly 30 minutes later and then they told me they were going to need another 15 minutes (which is fine I work retail so I'm understanding). He came out 15 minutes later handed me my iPhone with a different camera lens on it. Honestly I was okay with it however my back camera lens is still fuzzy and honestly wasn't worth the 50 dollars. Bottom line I wish he would've told me upfront that he didn't have the 6S camera lens just to save me my time and money. read more

Woke up one morning to my iphone completely not working. Would not turn on at all. Called Apple, was told I had to wait a day and then I would have to take it in and probably wait 2-3 hours there. No thanks. Gave this place a try and such a great decision! Dropped it off after work, went out to dinner - they called and told me they put in a new battery and it started working perfect. They even offered to just sell me the battery and I could install it myself to save some money. It was nice they offered but I told them to do it. Picked it up after dinner. $80 and well worth it. I have come in twice at 6:30, which is near close but the earliest I can get there for work. There was never one sigh or reluctance to help me.
