I don't usually go there but decided to stop and get a cappuccino and a quick bite. An ad for grill cheese ok. I got a medium cappuccino with two flavors and almond milk this cost me 17. Dollars They gave me a receipt with just one cost not an itemized receipt so I came back and asked why. The young man said it's two dollars per flavor and two dollars for almond milk besides the cost of the cappuccino so what a medium cappuccino cost like $12. Baloney and it was disgusting and and so was the sandwich. Couldn't even eat it. What a rip off. They kept telling me almond milk cost more money. What a joke. This establishment doesn't even have their name or logo on the cups but they want to charge 12 or $13 for a cup of coffee. Give me a break. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I had. I earned 5 stamps towards a free coffee, but because I had to start a new card after misplacing the old one, they refused to combine the stamps or honor the free coffee. I'd like to know where this policy is clearly stated, as it's not mentioned on the loyalty card or visible in-store. It seems unfair to deny me the reward I've earned. I used to love this spot. But recently I found that they have absolutely no care in the world for protecting customers health. Even in the height of the pandemic, not one employee had a mask on, or switched gloves after handling money. The health department even reached out to them and yet they still don't follow the guidelines. Employees are very argumentative when you ask them to put their mask on. I visit this location often. The coffee is A++ and the food is excellent. The Egg-Sausage-Cheese is great in the morning. I'm serious when I say that this place is way better than any Dunkin Donuts in a 10 mile radius. I can't tell you how many nasty iced coffees I've gotten from Dunkin when Dippin' Donuts always is consistently good and mixed right. One last thing: The staff that is there is also top-notch. Great service and coffee one day, the next morning a NIGHTMARE! This place has great coffee flavor varieties. On this particular day however (after having great coffee and service from another employee the previous day), I got horrible, horrible service. I ordered a pistachio flavored coffee with no flavor or kick, so I asked her to switch it. The previous day's coffee was excellent, so I wanted the same thing. She turned to her employees and screamed at them saying, "the customer says the pistachio coffee is watered down and has no flavor, how can that be in hot coffee?!!" Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. She looked at me and demanded to know, "who made your coffee yesterday?" Of course that nice employee wasn't working. I will never go back to this location, just because of that one employee and her poor customer service skills. No customer who wants a good cup of coffee deserves that. And I certainly don't patron businesses that treat their employees that way. Apparently this lady (who has a permanent snarl on her face) has been working there for a long time, I don't even know how she has a job with that tainted attitude! Shame on you! read more

I love their boston cream pie, blueberry filled donuts, custard filled donuts and their HUGE cinnamon buns. Delicious! Couldn't start my morning without a Dippins iced coffee! Regardless of the size or flavor I choose, it's always made to perfection. Twix is my favorite and comes drizzled with caramel and chocolate. Come this time of the year, however, Pumpkin Spice paired with a pumpkin donut is the way to go. The staff at either location (Spencer/West Warren) is friendly and their prices are comparable to Dunkin Donuts, they might even be slightly cheaper. They have an incredible list of flavors and there's always something new to try. Had a client meeting there, and it was nice and clean inside and outside, parking was good and they got my latte done perfectly, even though, they don't have that type on the menu. They whipped it up to perfection, and the chives cream cheese bagel was simply fantastic. I was served by a younger boy, that was being trained, and he was super nice and always had a pleasant grin on his face :). The price is also better than Dunkin, so I will be back next time I'm in the area. Everyone has a bad day, off day, whatever. But when those days are EVERYDAY in an establishment it makes you question if their service is worth it anymore. This place used to be amazing, good coffee, great sandwiches but the attitude you get from the workers and the sandwiches just slapped together, coffee thrust at you like you are an inconvenience is just shit. Do not work with the public if you are going to do nothing but treat the customers like crap. It is constantly shitty service now. I ask for a plain bagel, not toasted with cream cheese on the side and I get a toasted one with the cream cheese on it. I politely tell them the mistake and I get the bag snatched from my hand which then is thrown on the counter where they make the sandwiches. The person running the station then turns to me and rolls their eyes. WOW. I have worked in a food service place before so I understand the rude customers than can come in so I never treat them rudely. For this to happen... I let that incident go with little thought because it was the first time but everyday for the next month it was nothing but rude service and my food or coffee was incorrect and if I asked for it to be fixed I was snapped at. After I gave them one too many chances to return to the decent service and food I was told by another customer that I shouldn't return. Why, I asked. Apparently this customer had been a loyal customer for years and years but decided to air their dirty laundry. I was astounded and disgusted to find out that the bakers never wear hairnets and smoke in the kitchen! That would explain the few occasions I found a hair in a pastry or donut but wrote it off as mine. EW! The owner lets her workers get away with everything from being rude and disrespectful to coming in high and constantly late. On top of that a few of the girls sleep with the customers husbands! I don't think that is just callous words either because I have seen the two people mentioned at bars on different nights throwing themselves at anything with a penis and pulse. If you are going to be dirty like that, keep it out of the work place. On another note, my last and final straw was waiting to order a coffee when a woman fell and literally smashed her face on the floor. NOT ONCE did the owner come out and see if she was okay but she made sure that poor woman still paid for her donuts! So unless you are looking for a pill, a blow job, some hair or shitty service with your coffee or bagel, I suggest you hit up Dunkin Donuts down the street. read more
