I went in to get some donuts around 3:30pm. This location closes at 5pm. I didn't know how much 1/2 a dozen would cost, but at other locations they say the donuts are 2 for a dollar after noon. They charged me $8. I paid, but then I saw on the menu 1/2 a dozen donuts was $7.99. I asked them about donuts being half price or something, after noon. They said yes, but we're not supposed to tell people about it. I've been to several other locations and they all told me about the deal. If you go to the Auburn location, make sure you ask for the special price. read more

Got a half dozen. First one I tried was an old fashioned plain donut which was stale. The other five not as stale but didn't have the shelf life I would have expected from a place that bakes their donuts fresh. Feel like I got a day or two old donuts that didn't sell lol. read more

By far the BEST coffee shop in the area. The coffee far surpasses all the competition . There are many flavors and variations. The smoothies and refreshers are delicious. The sandwiches, pastries, donuts are delicious and fresh. They even have some healthier options. The staff is always pleasant, friendly and helpful. read more

The Dudley location has gone downhill. We went a month ago and the donuts were half the size they used to be. We used to get the managers special with vanilla crème and now there is much less filling. We would rather they raise the price little and kept the quality. read more

Horrible!!!!!! This dipping is under different ownership then the one in Dudley and let me tell you you can absolutely tell!!!! Our fist time there today ordered two sausage egg and cheese on crosiant ice cold sausage and burnt crossiant ordered a ice mounds they handed me a ice almond joy not bad but the quality of the products used absolutely sux!!! Make sure the foods at least warm I took a bit and spit it out the window fn gross never again ... get in touch with the one in Dudley I bet you guys would triple sales money and time wasted read more

I'm not sure if I just got lucky or if they are this great all the time. I stopped into Dippin' Donuts for the first time yesterday because I've gotten sick of going to certain competitors over and over again. I never thought I'd enjoy a chain donut shop as much as I did. The Oreo iced coffee was phenomenal. Super creamy and (you won't even believe it...) ACTUAL OREO swirled in. I also got a double chocolate muffin which was super moist (sorry, only adjective that could live up to this muffins standards). The woman who made my coffee and rung me out was friendly and I paid less then $5 for 3 things. I wish this place was closer to home because I'd spend a lot of my mornings visiting this place. read more

I love their flavored coffees and breakfast sandwiches. They make the eggs fresh and their English muffins are always toasted perfectly. They offer many different brewed coffee flavors for iced coffee and hot. They also offer a bunch of varieties of flavor add-ins like butterfinger, cheesecake, oreos, etc... I do not care for their muffins or donuts at this location. The only thing holding me back from a 5 star review is that I find them pretty pricey for a local chain. read more

Stopped on the way home a few hours ago with my girlfriend and my dog. The kind young woman working gave us a plain donut hole for our dog. It made our day. It may not seem like much, but small things like that make these times a little easier. I've been here several times and I am very glad they are in Auburn. It is a small chain that is a refreshing change from a giant chain, that has become too big to maintain consistent quality. I normally go to the Dudley location for my after-gym donut but I thought, "hey, there's one in Auburn!" 2 women were working. Friendly. The donuts were sparse. I assumed this is due to high demand as Dudley has Ah-mazing donuts. I saw there was only 2 left of the chocolate cream filled left. My absolute favorite. I grabbed both! Excitedly, I ran back to me car. Hopped in and took a bite. Stale. Clearly day-old. Cream was dense. What.A.Disappointment. This donut does not scream, "screw-the-diet." Honestly, I'm upset I bought 2. Different owners??? Why the sub-par quality??? This isn't Dunkins! I'll be driving to Dudley next time. read more

Knocking down a star because when I got to the register a medium iced coffee was $3.05 !! I glanced up at the menu board after and iced coffee beverages for a medium was listed for $2.38... now I KNOW tax is not 55 cents... I do not appreciate when prices are not accurately labeled. Not impressed - service was not very friendly when I asked for the "honey glazed donut" coffee flavor which is on the menu on their website. They laughed and told me they never heard of this flavor and that "this is Dippin' Donuts, not honey dew donuts". Rude. Price for a small coffee was $2.50 - for this price, I prefer Dunkin' Donuts! Stopped there with my neighbor on the way to our shopping trip at the Blackstone mall. We usually prefer the coffee over Dunkins' and this branch also did NOT disappoint. Always amazing prices paired with great quality and consistency in my experience. I also got a giant apple fritter, which I can't ever seem to get at a Dunkin. I'm a nut when it comes to literally everything apple related, so apple fritters are life. For me at least. It was very delicious with a great filling that for once was not too sweet like all other places I've had it from before. I'd take an apple fritter from Dippin Donuts over a Krispy Kreme one, on any given day! Just yummy and seriously so affordable! Super friendly staff! I visit daily on my way to work and the staff oftentimes has my coffee ready for me and remembers what day of the week I order my daughter (and sometimes myself :)) a donut! Baked goods are fresh and delicious. Coffee is waaaaay better than their next door neighbor :) read more
