It pains me to write this review because I know the owner pays for poor staff, but the staff is so rude and clearly does not want to be there. Twice they hung up on me when I asked a question. I had gone there for a while and bought donuts, which are not cheap, but I like supporting small business. Never again. They have lost my business all together and they can thank the two women who both did not want to work and did not want to provide any sort of customer service. Racist, Ignorant, and inpatient the people who work here are incompetent. Specially the older woman who works here every morning with her puffy hair (no hairnet) is extremely ignorant, first of all they are walking away before you even finish ordering, touching donuts with bare hands , always having a mean face and attitude but all smiles with her white customers and cops who are always there. Making customers go back thru the drive thru multiple times because they haven't finished food we called in for pick up over 20 minutes ago. I really like to support local places and when this place does food and coffee they do do it good. My problem with this place is their drive-thru. They are extremely rude and just ridiculous. If you are not the only car in line and want to order a sandwich you will either have to drive around and get back in the line to wait your turn again to get your sandwich or pull up and go into the place. I just don't get this - if you offer sandwiches through the drive-thru you should be able to provide them the right way. Who the hell goes to a drive-thru to order to just have to go in and get it. Also, don't most people go through a drive-thru to save time? Oh your time isn't valuable to us go get back in line. The first time they did it to me I thought maybe it was a fluke because they had a bunch of young girls working... but not today. Our weekend breakfast tradition!! The coffee is great and the made-to-order breakfast sandwiches are bomb. Prices are wildly reasonable. As everything is made-to-order, do not expect instantaneous food if you get a breakfast sandwich or eggs, but they are usually out in less than 5 minutes on the busiest of days. Only complaint is that by the end of the week, they may be sold out of our preferred bagels, but all of them are great so we can live. Definitely an upgrade from most quick chain stores and perfect for a delicious takeout breakfast at home or to kick off a road trip. read more

Cute, clean, and donuts are great! The old fashioned stick had plenty of spiced flavor and wasn't too sweet. As for the filled donuts-- when they say filled, they MEAN IT. You'll definitely want to grab a couple napkins for those, but super tasty either way. Coffee was MUCH better than other places that focus on donuts. They also have tons of flavors in both hot and Iced options. Probably going to make this my weekly donut fix. :) read more

My wife and I have been going here 2-3 times per week for a few months now and absolutely love it. This is a local spot and you can tell their avg customer is a repeat customer. People from around the area love this joint. Their French crullers are absolutely bomb. The jelly donut is bomb. Their Boston cream is bomb. Everything is made fresh every day and it shows in the taste. These donuts are just as cheap as your Dunkin Donuts but the difference in quality is very apparent. However, this does mean that if you come too late some days they may be out of the most popular donuts so make sure to get in early. Coffee is solid, nothing special but it's cheap and they won't mess up your order. Their egg and cheese sandwiches are made fresh to order with real egg. I always get the ham egg and cheese on an everything bagel. It's toasted with butter and cheap! There is a drive through that makes things convenient if you don't want to walk in. This is easily one of the best donut spots around so make sure to drop by! read more

Surprised!!! Stopped in for the first time today at about 11am. It's a quant basic little place that I'm guessing had a busy morning because there wasn't a huge selection left. But, the donuts looked really good. Picked out a few and..... BEST DONUTS I've had in the area. Fresh, Soft and Absolutely Delicious! While the donuts are fine, I think the name "Breakfast Sandwich Express" would make more sense. Get a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. Its a greasy monstrosity (in a good way), all for about $3.50. Its much better than any of their chain competitors and they even toast the bagel without you needing to remember to ask. The coffee isn't great though, basically on par with Dunks, which is pretty standard for Worcester. read more

Everytime we go in we are treated very well. The have a little sit inside or out side area. The donuts are like what dunkin donuts used to be like when they were made in store ( you know back when their motto was "time to make the donuts"). Coffee flavors are amazing. I had heard amazing things about this donut shop from friends for about 10 years before I finally stopped in! It is a small family owned shop that offers a wide variety of coffees, donuts and other food items. I ordered a coffee and a pistachio muffin. The young blonde girl serving me even heated up my pistachio muffin. The muffin was delicious. The service was great and I can't wait to go back for another cup of coffee. Great grilled bagel sandwiches. Make sure you are waited on by the younger gals - the older lady isn't what I would call a beacon of customer service. Granted, everyone is allowed to have an off day but I really don't think every day of her life is a bad day. Maybe it is. Meh - not a very big donut selection and they looked pretty old sitting uncovered in the display case. The woman got both of our coffees wrong. We clearly stated (as we always do) no sugar and she put a ton in. We went back in and I could tell she wasn't thrilled to do the coffees over but oh well. Both were extremely bitter without the added sugar so I don't think they've made very good flavor combination choices. I wouldn't stop again. read more

Great iced coffee, so many flavors to choose from! I like the food, the cinnamon buns are good, they'll put your muffins on the grill, and their sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches are tasty. I just don't like how much cream they put in my iced coffee. I'll have to clarify next time so I can get a tan iced coffee instead of a white one. read more
