The espresso was strong, bitter (which I like) and gave me the jolt I needed for the day. I tasted my wife's matcha latte and it was good, but nothing spectacular. It had an earthy flavor and mildly sweet. I also bought a bag of coffee beans. I brought the bag back home ground it and made a pot of coffee via a chemex. I wasn't impressed with the coffee at all. It might be because I usually drink coffee that has a lot of character to it. It could be sweet, chocolatey, citrus, etc. This coffee just tasted bland and I am pretty good at differentiating the flavors because I normally drink just black. This cafe is very spacious and would be a great place to work from. I would definitely work here remotely if it was closer to home. There was also a good amount of people sprawled throughout the cafe on their laptops working away. Outside also has a nice patio. We sat here and sipped our coffees, as the warm morning sun helped wake us up. My fiance and I ordered two small iced americanos, $3.48 each. It has a tinge of sourness, but having added more water, it wasn't too strong. Maybe we will try asking for less water next time or even a quad shot!
