Salt bagel

I'm normally not one to leave a yelp review but can we please tone down the salt on the salt bagels lol, overall a good bagel shop though

Bacon egg and cheese 10/10

Amazing service and food! Homemade bagels 10/10, easy parking. Coffee and espresso too.

The food was well priced and they had a lot of bagel and cream cheese options. The place was cute and had nice seating. The service was quick and would recommend.

I have a real soft spot for the Bagel Inn -- I have NY bagel lineage, so I'm picky and I do wish these were a little chewier and blistered more when toasted, but their flavors are on point, the size is great, and the staff is just so friendly. It's a wonderful meeting place and I always love to keep an ear out for the local buzz, people are always chatty and kind. Their desserts are great -- I especially appreciate when they roll out something a little experimental, like rainbow cookie cake. They have an excellent homemade hash brown with big pieces of fried onion. They are very liberal with cardamom in their desserts, which I much appreciate-- the Swedish cardamom bagel is so unique, and they do a very flaky cinnamon bun. I have yet to try their sandwiches but their honey-ginger turkey looks wonderful, too. It's just a great local spot, laid back and relaxed. I think I've found my favorite standing order: a toasted cheddar bagel with scallion-bacon cream cheese and a hash brown in the middle.

Clean, well-lit dining area. Menus are posted and easy to read

Top notch bagels and service. Best shop in the area highly recommend. Jalapeño cheddar is my favorite!

Great bagels and selection of cream cheese. Customer service is sub par and they make you feel like they wish you weren't there.

This is a standard restaurant building. More comfortable. But don't expect the nostalgic dining car feel. My wife had the Southern Benedict. Sausage gravy over poached eggs. She truly enjoyed it. Not too salty. Very well done. And good portions, too. I had the 122 Skillet. Basically dirty hash browns. I'm surprised more places don't do this since the prep is so easy. I enjoyed it. Though next time I'll likely ask for hot sausage instead of mild. It tasted good, to be sure. Personal preference. Service was very good. Although there was a wait, they were quick about getting us seated and very attentive. Lots of good coffee, kept full.

Once seated we were given menus and silverware by a waiter. Immediately following that a waitress came over to take our drink order. A few minutes after our drink order was delivered, a waitress came over to take our orders for our breakfast. I ordered the Florentine Benedict and my friend ordered a Breakfast Special. Our orders arrived and the food was neatly plated and looked delicious. After just one bite, we both agreed the food was delicious. Throughout our meal we were visited by the attentive waitresses asking to warm up our coffee or if we were in need of anything. Breakfast being my favorite meal, the 122 Diner is definitely on my list of places to revisit and soon. I will try their lunch someday as well.

We stopped here one morning on the way to Michael's bridge diner instead and were pleasantly surprised. It's a cozy little diner with a nice low key atmosphere. Although there isn't many tables, both times we were sat right away and the wait staff has always been attentive, efficient and friendly. The food is amazing! The first time I had a Popeye Benedict and I think it is, by far, the best Benedict I've tasted. My boyfriend had a benedict too and he was very pleased with it as well. This morning we came with a friend and I ordered an Athens scramble with feta, olives, tomatoes and spinach and it was so delicious. My boyfriend ordered a breakfast supreme with a Belgian waffle topped with country fried steak and gravy. I had a bite and it was also delicious. The food, service, and atmosphere is consistently great. I almost didn't want to review this place because I feel like its a secret gem in West Boylston.

The corned beef hash was excellent, and even as a picky pancake lover, I enjoyed mine. My partner ordered the country breakfast, but we received the wrong order with different specifications. We didn't notice immediately and started enjoying the hash. It took the servers about two minutes to realize the mistake and attempt bring us the correct order, they had hoped we hadn't started eating the hash meant for another customer. Although the mix-up was understandable, it was a bit frustrating not to get our raisin toast or runny, sunny-side-up eggs as expected. We stayed with the wrong order and our was brought back to the kitchen. The biggest drawback, however, is the outdated ambiance. I appreciate the vintage, long-time diner charm, but the decor needs some attention: the cups are showing wear, the shades are dusty, and the hallway to the bathroom feels cluttered. The bathroom itself could use a thorough cleaning, the soap dispenser was empty, and the backup pump wasn't working properly, making the space feel less sanitary. A small renovation to refresh the space while preserving its classic appeal would really enhance the overall experience.

We were a little confused at first, but decided to stop at the one we passed since it was closer. I'm not sure why the GPS sent us to the other location, but I'm glad we spotted this one! We ended up getting a cheesecake cupcake, which was phenomenal, and a chocolate-covered cannoli cupcake that was also really good. We also got a chocolate chip cookie that was honestly to die for! We tried an iced coffee as well. It was good, although it had so much flavor that it didn't taste much like coffee to me. I will say the prices are definitely on the higher end for a bakery, but I also believe you get what you pay for, and the quality of the baked goods was there. Everything we tried was delicious, and I would definitely come back to try more of their treats. It was a great little find while we were out looking for a birthday treat!

Busy joint, tight seating, and energetic servers who keep attentive. -- Patty Melt: So much to like about this, from the marble rye (though I think pumpernickel) to the full size patty (better than the double smashed you get elsewhere) to the onions to the gooey melted cheese to the extreme juiciness and pleasing flavor. I didn't detect any Russian dressing, but this sandwich wasn't lacking for moistness or flavor oomph. A near-elite rendition and one of the best I've had in a while. Excellent. -- Fries: Included with the patty melt and a plentiful supply. The bad news: they're the dreaded industrial "coated" kind. The good news: they were piping hot and cooked perfectly, crisp outside, fluffy inside. The great news: you can substitute home fries. My server offered a sample of the home fries. -- Home Fries: I found them to be right in my wheelhouse for doneness, crispness, seasoning, onions, and overall texture and flavor. Superb. Looking forward to returning with my wife for breakfast and more of those home fries.
