There is nothing better than a "good morning!" from this Starbuck's outgoing, friendly, responsive, and oh-so-interesting baristas. This is easily the best Starbucks in central MA. The coffee is constantly good, which is partially because the espresso is never left unattended. This is not a small deal. It points to a high level of training and accountability. If you need to sit and get some work done, this is a great place where you can get a seat without feeling like you are in the middle of a huge room. They do an incredible amount of volume. It's because they are so good. You may not see another location handle what they handle. Sometimes patience is the price of perfection. They do it with grace and skill.

    The drink I got

You guys suck. I just picked up a mobile order and words can't even describe how much you fucked up my order. First of all, there is no cold foam on it. Secondly, there's absolutely no caramel drizzle. It tastes DISGUSTING. Couldn't be further from what I ordered. Hey Starbucks, maybe check your workers' reading levels before hiring them, because they're clearly incompetent.

This is by far my most favorite Starbucks in the vicinity. It's located on a somewhat busy road and across from the Auburn mall which is convenient. With that said, this location can get very busy at certain times of the day. The baristas are the nicest people you'll ever meet. They're personable, friendly and enthusiastic about their job. They're always more than happy to have a conversation with you while they're making your drink. Sometimes they'll remember your name and your order if you're a regular! The interior is nice and clean, but since they've renovated (YEARS ago), the small lounge area has turned into an extension of the coffee bar. There are a fairly decent amount if seats around the cafe. The only complaint I have would be the wait times for a single drink. At a busy time it's expected that there should be a long wait time for your beverage, but even during the slow hours it still takes quite a while.

I will enjoy writing about the fantastic Barista Crew and Coffees at this place with my new Coffee Journal ! ;-)

There was hair in my sandwich. I tried to get a refund and they refused, honestly disgusting.

The 1st Starbucks that I've ever seen opened at 4 am. Customer service was excellent and of course the coffee is good, too.

Terrible service , consistently slow, too busy talking amongst themselves to care about the Customer. Slowest in history for a coffee shop!

Their coffee remains consistent and they brew the best bean in town. Truly a hidden gem...literally. They're hidden in the back of Rotmans (old furniture store) and you'll never see it from the main road. I drink coffee on a regular basis and could probably consider myself an amateur coffee snob lol. Lately I have made a purchase for teas and my wife didn't like the selections I've chose so they were welcoming and honored an exchange. I just had to pay the difference which I was glad to. We had good company with us and so there's also ample seating in the next room--you can enter from the front of the building as you enter through the main entrance or go through the back. Cheers

I really love finding hidden gems like Acoustic Java. I am a sucker for a good book store, AND a…read moregood coffee shop, and Acoustic Java is both! I stopped by to get a couple of coffees to go, and a pastry. The staff was very patient and pleasant to chat with - something I really miss with the larger coffee chains. The coffees were made exactly as I requested, and the pastry was warmed up and wrapped in a foil to maintain the heat. I really love the attention to detail. I'll note that I noticed they use Monin brand syrups (my favorite!). They are not the cheapest option, so it goes to show that the folks at Acoustic Java care about quality over maximizing profit. The location is great - a bit hidden, but the industrial vibe just fits for a small roasting company. I love that the roastery is visible through the glass panels. The packaged beans are all laid out for you to easily read the labels and shop. I love that they carry quality tea for non-coffee drinkers/tea lovers. The merch is also cute, I was very tempted to add yet another coffee shop tote bag to my hoard. They carry a huge variety of used and new books - and they offer the most unique pricing I've ever seen. You can look up the cost of the book online - so long as the condition is roughly the same, that's how much they will charge you for the book (+ tax)! That's amazing, and I don't know how they can possibly even make money with this policy, but with the giant chain and online retailers, it's really the best incentive to get folks to support local. I think one of the biggest highlights here, on top of the great coffee, ambiance, and service, is that they offer various tastings, classes, and live music events. Personally, I feel like this is key in building a community, and I love that they do this. You can look up the different events on their website, some of which are free to attend. I can definitely see this as a place to come read a book over some tea, catch up with a friend over coffee, or take a date to a barista class for a unique experience.

I was hoping for some speciality lattes, but they didn't have much. I was also looking for more of a variety of cold foams, which they also didn't have. I ended up getting a cookie butter iced latte with their homemade vanilla cold foam. It was pretty decent. I wish there was more cookie butter flavoring, it wasn't anything special. I paid $8.50 for my coffee, which seems like a lot, but I felt like this is a typical price for a fun coffee. I am glad I finally got the try this place.

The girl was very kind. She told me just don't rush. I did that and ended up Getting exactly what I was coming for.I had just come from the one of the closing days of Queen's Cupcakes over on Water Street very sad day here in Worcester. Let me tell you. I had to wait in line like 35 minutes after the driving an hour to get my cupcakes but they didn't have what I wanted. I just ended up getting one of each anyway so I can put them in the freezer for later. It's nice and quiet here. You can probably fit about 35. Maybe you have a 35 people in here and it's very quiet two girls here 1 doing the cooking and 1 doing the counter to get your order and stuff correctly they have lots of good smoothies, different types of coffees, I açaí bowls, and then some sandwiches and stuff is definitely worth it if you can come and find it it's definitely worth coming . We'll be coming back to try a different sandwich and beverage another day. This is definitely worth a trip, but it's even more worth it if you're actually in the area.
