Wow! What can I say about the Life Garden Cafe? It currently has 5 stars with 15 reviews & it's well deserved! It's been on my list of places to go for a couple months now, and I finally had the chance to try it. I was aware this cafe was attached to a church from other Yelpers, so be aware when you're looking for it or you just might miss it! The atmosphere is charming, warm, and eclectic. I was there on a Sunday afternoon and they were playing relaxing jazz music that made me want to melt into my seat! All four employees that I encountered seemed genuinely caring. The happiness oozing from this place is contagious! Beyond the service and the atmosphere is the amazing food. I got Luciana's bowl with chicken. The ingredients were fresh, the food healthy. My Americano was amazing as well. I can't wait to go back and try my next dish!

Miguel's Protein Pancakes Hot Green Macha

From the moment I walked into this cozy, eclectic cafe, I felt welcomed and appreciated. As I entered, I felt a warm embrace from the emerald green sitting and yellow lighting and the owner behind the counter sparked a conversation, keeping me company as I waited for my order of the peanut butter and chocolate Miguel's protein pancakes and the hot green macha picked from the long menu with unique/healthy combinations. The familiar scent of the pancakes on the pan was truly exciting and when the lovely lady brought it out, I wasn't prepared for the huge portion sizes. Both the pancakes and mug were sufficiently enough. The macha was rich and had a subtle sweetness. I clarified that they don't use wheat for the protein pancakes which was perfect for me. It came with a side of syrup and a light caramel drizzle which only elevated the peanut butter flavor that was hidden in each piece. The only downside was that it had more peanut butter than chocolate. The location is also perfect because it was easily accessible by bus and it's a few steps up from the street, in a church compound with lots of parking. They mentioned that they were moving to a new street with a different name so I'm excited to visit a lot more!

What a great find!!! I stopped in with my mom after an appointment in the city. Thankfully I used my gps otherwise I probably would have drove right past this place!! First of all it's located in a church, they had a few parking spots out front by the main entrance, but they were full and we had to drive around back to the main church parking lot. We made our way into the cafe and we entered the main part of the cafe. This first area is where you order and they have a bunch of tables there too. We grabbed a menu and made our selections, I ordered at the counter and paid for our order. The person at the counter informed us that they had another dining area in another room, I went off to investigate that area. The other area was a large church hall, decorated nicely and even had chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, and lots of tables including high tops and couches. I went back and got my mom to bring her to this quieter area. When our order was ready they brought it to us. My mom got a berry smoothie with a Nutella croissant and I ordered an iced mocha and a bagel toasted with cream cheese. My mom loved her smoothie and Nutella croissant and she ended up with Nutella all over her!!! She was a mess : ) My iced mocha was very good, but a little too sweet for my liking (the chocolate syrup on the bottom) and my bagel was good, but could have used more cream cheese (whipped cream cheese would have spread better too!) This place is really a special place, everyone who works here was so friendly and welcoming, service was excellent. I'll definitely come back to try some other things they offer!

Amazing food, drinks and service! We ordered the strawberry salad, tuna experience, GARDEN TOASTS BREAKFAST LIFE FITNESS SANDWICH BREAD WITH OATS, CHICKEN, GREENS, TOMATO & AVOCADO. They were all incredibly delicious and the portion was very generous. Later on, I got the tres leches cake to take home. The front is nice , but the back is room is amazing. Beautiful furniture and great lighting. They are a must try!

My family was looking for a quick but healthy lunch spot while passing through Worcester on a road trip, and we are SO glad we found Life Garden Café. Don't let the fact that it's part of a church dissuade you!! This little bistro has the best vibe...charming decor, *delicious* food, and the staff are sooo friendly and helpful! Tons of yummy gluten-free options, too. They LOVE edible glitter here; it was on most of the drinks and desserts, so if you have any princesses in your family, they will be VERY happy. :) But the menu has something for everyone. My son said the Steak Life Sandwich was "the best sandwich he's ever had." We all loved it.

Lattes, macchiatos, pour overs. They have it!

What a sweet place. I hope they are able to find the right niche of people to sustain them because they are beautiful, loving and genuine. Food was so very good. Everything was so fresh and perfect. Get the pancakes

Just had a fantastic lunch at Life Garden Cafe at 1048 Main St. in Worcester. Really good vibe and SUPER nice folks. Jeff and his wife run it and Jeff sat down with us to make sure we liked our food and drinks. Everyone had a big smile on their face and you can tell they had pride and love in the food! I had the CUSCUZ W/ CHEESE & NUTELLA and the Pour Over Coffee Experience, as well as sampling the cheese bread, which were all amazing!! They also have a large room that can be used for events. Check them out! https://www.lifegardencafeworcester.com/

Life garden is family owned and they are all so nice and attentive. Definitely a must try. A beautiful place to start off the week right!

When you first walk in you are greeted right away by the friendly and lovely staff. They made sure our experience was a memorable time. The place is well lit up and plenty of sun shine through the windows. The decorations are very cute and unique. The food and drinks were very flavorful and given a good amount as well. Really liked how my iced caramel latte was in a mason jar. I would definitely come here again with family and friends as a hangout.

Free safe parking behind the building. Clean and spacious restaurant. Ordered at the counter, and an employee brought food and drinks to a table in a beautifully decorated dining room. I believe the dining room used to be a church. The food was small portions for the price but super delicious! I would definitely come here again as a treat.

Their coffee remains consistent and they brew the best bean in town. Truly a hidden gem...literally. They're hidden in the back of Rotmans (old furniture store) and you'll never see it from the main road. I drink coffee on a regular basis and could probably consider myself an amateur coffee snob lol. Lately I have made a purchase for teas and my wife didn't like the selections I've chose so they were welcoming and honored an exchange. I just had to pay the difference which I was glad to. We had good company with us and so there's also ample seating in the next room--you can enter from the front of the building as you enter through the main entrance or go through the back. Cheers

I stopped by to get a couple of coffees to go, and a pastry. The staff was very patient and pleasant to chat with - something I really miss with the larger coffee chains. The coffees were made exactly as I requested, and the pastry was warmed up and wrapped in a foil to maintain the heat. I really love the attention to detail. I'll note that I noticed they use Monin brand syrups (my favorite!). They are not the cheapest option, so it goes to show that the folks at Acoustic Java care about quality over maximizing profit. The location is great - a bit hidden, but the industrial vibe just fits for a small roasting company. I love that the roastery is visible through the glass panels. The packaged beans are all laid out for you to easily read the labels and shop. I love that they carry quality tea for non-coffee drinkers/tea lovers. The merch is also cute, I was very tempted to add yet another coffee shop tote bag to my hoard. They carry a huge variety of used and new books - and they offer the most unique pricing I've ever seen. You can look up the cost of the book online - so long as the condition is roughly the same, that's how much they will charge you for the book (+ tax)! That's amazing, and I don't know how they can possibly even make money with this policy, but with the giant chain and online retailers, it's really the best incentive to get folks to support local. I think one of the biggest highlights here, on top of the great coffee, ambiance, and service, is that they offer various tastings, classes, and live music events. Personally, I feel like this is key in building a community, and I love that they do this. You can look up the different events on their website, some of which are free to attend. I can definitely see this as a place to come read a book over some tea, catch up with a friend over coffee, or take a date to a barista class for a unique experience.
