Such a cute and cozy cafe with a focus on nutritious foods and a few Brazilian dishes as well. It feels very local / family owned which I love. I got an avocado toast with avo, egg, and tomato which also came with sprouts on top which I love. Also got a caramel latte which came with sugar free syrup (which I often ask for but most places don't have). The owner was so sweet and gave me literally 7 small smoothie shots as I was doing some work on my laptop to try all the different smoothies! My favorite was the summer smoothie! Service is top notch. Great ambiance to spend a few hours catching up with friends or just doing some work. WiFi worked great. It's been on my list of places to go for a couple months now, and I finally had the chance to try it. I was aware this cafe was attached to a church from other Yelpers, so be aware when you're looking for it or you just might miss it! The atmosphere is charming, warm, and eclectic. I was there on a Sunday afternoon and they were playing relaxing jazz music that made me want to melt into my seat! All four employees that I encountered seemed genuinely caring. The happiness oozing from this place is contagious! Beyond the service and the atmosphere is the amazing food. I got Luciana's bowl with chicken. The ingredients were fresh, the food healthy. From the moment I walked into this cozy, eclectic cafe, I felt welcomed and appreciated. As I entered, I felt a warm embrace from the emerald green sitting and yellow lighting and the owner behind the counter sparked a conversation, keeping me company as I waited for my order of the peanut butter and chocolate Miguel's protein pancakes and the hot green macha picked from the long menu with unique/healthy combinations. The familiar scent of the pancakes on the pan was truly exciting and when the lovely lady brought it out, I wasn't prepared for the huge portion sizes. Both the pancakes and mug were sufficiently enough. The macha was rich and had a subtle sweetness. I clarified that they don't use wheat for the protein pancakes which was perfect for me. It came with a side of syrup and a light caramel drizzle which only elevated the peanut butter flavor that was hidden in each piece. The only downside was that it had more peanut butter than chocolate. The location is also perfect because it was easily accessible by bus and it's a few steps up from the street, in a church compound with lots of parking. They mentioned that they were moving to a new street with a different name so I'm excited to visit a lot more! read more

What a great find!!! I stopped in with my mom after an appointment in the city. Thankfully I used my gps otherwise I probably would have drove right past this place!! First of all it's located in a church, they had a few parking spots out front by the main entrance, but they were full and we had to drive around back to the main church parking lot. We made our way into the cafe and we entered the main part of the cafe. This first area is where you order and they have a bunch of tables there too. We grabbed a menu and made our selections, I ordered at the counter and paid for our order. The person at the counter informed us that they had another dining area in another room, I went off to investigate that area. The other area was a large church hall, decorated nicely and even had chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, and lots of tables including high tops and couches. I went back and got my mom to bring her to this quieter area. When our order was ready they brought it to us. My mom got a berry smoothie with a Nutella croissant and I ordered an iced mocha and a bagel toasted with cream cheese. My mom loved her smoothie and Nutella croissant and she ended up with Nutella all over her!!! She was a mess : ) My iced mocha was very good, but a little too sweet for my liking (the chocolate syrup on the bottom) and my bagel was good, but could have used more cream cheese (whipped cream cheese would have spread better too!) This place is really a special place, everyone who works here was so friendly and welcoming, service was excellent. I'll definitely come back to try some other things they offer! read more

Don't let the fact that it's part of a church dissuade you!! This little bistro has the best vibe...charming decor, *delicious* food, and the staff are sooo friendly and helpful! Jeff and his wife run it and Jeff sat down with us to make sure we liked our food and drinks. Everyone had a big smile on their face and you can tell they had pride and love in the food! Came to here from yelp. And I will honestly said it's not that good like yelp showing. Their ice latte with oat milk is $8.5 dollars. Probably the most expensive latte I've ever had recently. But the quality is not good. They should use better beans and better oat milk to sell this price. The garden toast is very good. I like it a lot. But the pancake is very very very sticky. I love going to this place when my family comes to visit. I am a vegan and my family is not, so it is often hard to settle on a place where everyone can get something equally satisfying. This is that spot! The front cafe area is adorable, and the gold room is beautiful and inviting. All of the staff I have have been incredibly friendly and welcoming. My partner and I went with her mother a couple months ago and loved it, so I went back today when my dad was visiting and he could not stop raving about the steak sandwich and how good it was. I have had the vegan margarita pizza and the life vegan sandwich-- both delicious! I also had the iced protein coffee with oat milk-- not only was it so yummy but it was gorgeous, sprinkled with edible gold glitter. So cute!
