My mom is severely allergic to kiwi and could die if there's any cross-contamination. When she politely asked to ensure there was no kiwi contact, both the male employee and a female employee (appeared Asian) began gossiping about us right in front of us. While making the drinks, the male employee continued giving us dirty looks, and my mom noticed a bowl of kiwi nearby. It was obvious the spoon had been used in the kiwi before touching other ingredients. When my dad tried to address this, they argued and denied everything instead of taking our concerns seriously. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and extremely unsafe especially for someone with a life-threatening allergy. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this immediately.
