Even though nothing had been processed yet, they refused to separate the order. I've also missed out on multiple stamps because the shop was frequently out of new stamp cards. Unfortunately, instead of accommodating simple requests, the interaction often felt more focused on debating policies than customer service.

It was obvious the spoon had been used in the kiwi before touching other ingredients. When my dad tried to address this, they argued and denied everything instead of taking our concerns seriously. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and extremely unsafe especially for someone with a life-threatening allergy. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this immediately.

She said she couldn't because that would ruin the donut. She tried to explain that it should be eaten as is, but I paid for it so it wouldn't affect her if I wanted to microwave the donut I paid for.
