We visited Tutti Frutti and had a very upsetting experience. When my mom ordered her usual smoothie with water instead of milk, the male employee (appeared Indian) gave her a disgusted look. My mom is severely allergic to kiwi and could die if there's any cross-contamination. When she politely asked to ensure there was no kiwi contact, both the male employee and a female employee (appeared Asian) began gossiping about us right in front of us. While making the drinks, the male employee continued giving us dirty looks, and my mom noticed a bowl of kiwi nearby. It was obvious the spoon had been used in the kiwi before touching other ingredients. When my dad tried to address this, they argued and denied everything instead of taking our concerns seriously. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and extremely unsafe especially for someone with a life-threatening allergy. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this immediately. read more

I have purchased frozen yogurt at this Tutti Frutti at least three times in the last 6 months. I will not go back. I had the same experience all three times. I have been a fan of their other location at the Auburn Mall. Lots of flavors that all work. Tons of fresh fruit toppings along with all the boba flavors. And the staff are always friendly and helpful. But I have found that nearly half of the frozen yogurt flavors at the Gold Star Boulevard Tutti Frutti location are not working or are absent. And they do not have any fresh fruit toppings. I end up using boba only as I am not interested in candy or cookie toppings. When I get to the register I am asked if I am paying cash or credit because they have two different prices they will charge you, but you have no idea as to how much it will cost until you make a final decision. My understanding with MA laws is they can offer a cash discount but not a credit card upcharge. Their payment system is not set up that way. Auburn charges you one price only. Not sure why they do it this way here. I have stopped going here and told others why. They need to have fully stocked frozen yogurt available. They should have fresh fruit toppings for those of us getting frozen yogurt for health reasons and don't want to add all the extra calorie-laden cookies and candy on top. And they need to fix their payment structure. Have a credit card price and offer a dollar off if you pay cash. read more

First Time here after they introduced their Korean food. It was interesting, you walk in and they have the booth with a grill and your usual froyo machines. My visit today I had cupbop with spicy pork. My meal Wasn't bad. It was fast and cheap. Perfect for college kids that don't wanna eat their campus food or McDonald's. Hours there open until 10p daily. Pretty reasonable for a froyo place. This place never disappoints me. Solid 5 out of me. read more

I've only been here for frozen yogurt, but the place is so clean, so well-lit, and so well-organized that it almost seems futuristic. There's usually a pretty good selection of flavors and there are always tons of toppings (that are filled constantly, so nothing looks undesirable or old). There is minimal seating, but what they have is comfortable. The food and service is so great that we couldn't help but become regulars. Really recommend getting a bimbibop with beef. Loaded with veggies, mushrooms and piled high. Better quality yogurt can be found at Wooberry across town, but there's a nice selection of flavors and toppings. Tutti Fruitti brought something unique to their shop and that was the introduction of the Bim Bib Bap. It was nice because it was a nice way to enjoy a quick meal and it was pretty good. However over the last 3 months that I've been going there I've noticed small price changes. I would kind of notice when I started paying a little it more. Well today I noticed their cup bop of steak.. Which was 4.99 at one point.. Is now 6.99. And their Bim Bib Bop is now 10.99 after being 8.99. That is over 30% price increase in the short amount of time they introduced it. They don't even offer as much food for 6.99 as you would get at chipotle for a filling bowl... I'm a huge fan of Korean food, but my go-to little Korean restaurant is in Westboro, and sometimes I'm in the mood to grab something quickly. While this is actually a Frozen Yogurt place, they also have a small section for Korean BBQ. It's a really strange combination, but I was so pleasantly surprised with the food and the service! Not only is the Frozen Yogurt menu fantastic, but they also have smoothies, milkshakes and a wide variety of Bubble tea. The Korean food portion is off to the side in the front when you first walk in, but you order at the same register. I chose the Spicy Pork Bibimbap. A really friendly man carefully prepared it right there in front of me with loads and loads of fresh veggies and a heaping portion of meat. Trust me, I've been to some high end Korean restaurants as well as mom and pop shops, and none of them have loaded on as many veggies and as much meat as I got here. And for under $10! The food was absolutely delicious, and even my friend who isn't really into Korean food scraped his plate clean. This isn't anything fancy, but if you're in the mood for Korean food or just want something healthy/different, this place is highly reccommended. I have to especially comment on how kind and friendly the staff were there as well. They even came over to ask how the food was and if we needed more sauce etc, even though this isn't a full service restaurant by any means. Looking forward to my next visit very soon! read more

Used to love this place. Always had changing flavors to keep me coming back. Begged my husband to take me last week for some froyo and ended up walking away empty handed after our experience here. I asked the man behind the counter if i could have a sample of one flavor, he stared at me blankly and completely ignored me. Found that very odd.. but i proceeded to pick coffee flavor and move on. We got to the register and seeing as how my order was under 5$ we couldn't use a card. I left the ice cream and left. I had cash, but for that experience it just wasn't worth it. Yesterday was the perfect day to try out a new frozen yogurt place. They have an awesome selection of flavors. I think I went with a swirl from every yogurt station. I especially loved the Georgia Peach while my friend thought the banana was heavenly. Nice selection of toppings too. My favorite with the cheese cake crumbles. Fantastic idea and went really well with the yogurt! Decor is nice with plenty of seats. It wasn't crowded when we were there. It is ok, the day I went the music was a little loud which made it hard to have a conversation with my girl. Place was pretty clean and the staff friendly enough. The prices are ok as well. The yogurt and topping selection is like any other typical self serv yogurt place. The one thing I do like is the choice of two different bowl sizes, normally other places only have one size huge and they want you to fill it up.
