This location is in Downtown Summerlin, the open air retail, dining, and entertainment center. This is a full line department store. I just gave Dillard a call to see if I could potentially get store credit for an order made online and received February 7, 2026 (keep in mind February was a short month). So as of today, March 15th 2026, the store manager was very ECSTATIC to inform me that they would not even be willing to consider an exchange or give store credit. For the few times I visit this store I've found it to be very nice. Spacious. Clean. Well organized. Friendly staff. The prices are reasonable on some items I've been interested in. Popular designer brand merchandise is priced as I would expect. I like the department lay out. The holiday decor sections are very nice. I typically find myself visiting the store during the Fall holidays as the presentation is very visually appealing and there is a considerable variety of home goods and decor on display. read more

This department store is located in downtown summerlin. It's right next to the Nordstrom Rack. This is the first time I've visited the store since I've moved here 4 years ago. The reason I visited the store was because I was shopping for a free people sweater that I found online. I called twice before stopping in. The staff doesn't seem to be too helpful over the phone. I think they have really cute clothing. On the way out I saw camo splendid PJ which was super cute. It also looked like it would be really warm For the winter. If you park next to the parking lot close to the Nordstrom Rack, you enter The door Right next to all the makeup. They carry splendid, Kate spade, Ralph Lauren, free people,, Vince Camuto and Calvin Klein. They have men's gear on the first floor along with lingerie, makeup, accessories, & shoes. The women's apparel I found upstairs. It was really difficult finding a register that was open. One of the employees advised me that they were really busy with the clearance markdowns. Love this Dillard's for how spotless & neat everything is! I also appreciate the second FL's kids department. They have an amazing selection of toddler boys' shoes. I love shopping here, in which the distance is only about 10-minutes drive (one-way) from my house. Thus far, the cashiers have all been courteous. I don't frequent Dillards that often, but Sunday I had such a pleasant experience there. I went in specifically to visit the La Mer counter to inquire about their foundation. I'm on the hunt for a new one but wasn't sure if their foundation was for me. However, I do use the eye concentrate and original cream and adore both! So, I met Sarah at the La Mer counter and she was absolutely lovely. Honestly, I don't like going to Dillards because I've found the beauty consultants to be quite snotty and unskilled but Sarah was so different. She was knowledgeable, honest, friendly, helpful, generous and best of all, not pushy! Ultimately, I didn't end up going with the La Mer foundation (went back to my trusty Cle' de Peau) but I highly recommend Sarah. She knows how to treat people and is an excellent brand ambassador. read more

Imagine going to shop at Dillard's the Summerlin location and the sales reps don't greet you or ask if you need help. I've been here several times as this is the closest location to me and the employees are rude on purpose. I mean this is Dillard's not Saks Fifth, not that it would make a difference but you know. Especially the shoe department they're the worst. They'll even stand there and watch you without asking if you need help. Seriously? Not sure if they are selective with certain customers. That man who works at that watch counter needs an attitude adjustment I came in to look for a cute watch and I'm not gonna lie I looked a little trashy but it's not your job as a salesman to judge people off their looks because he straight up was giving rude energy about this watch I thought was really cute and I told him let me take a lap around Summerlin and decide if I want to buy this watch right now cause I just had gotten there and I come back like two hours later he's still there I ask him if I can buy the watch that I was looking at earlier and he goes yeah sure and diddles with whatever watch he's holding in his hands right now and then walks next to me and fiddle with his display for five minutes he literally touches all over the display but movemoves nothing and is just playing in my face and I literally have to ask a second time can I get that watch and it's like his brain clicked finally and was like oh this guy needed help let me actually try to help him now I really like to watch I still ended up buying it but to think I gave this man his commission for treating me like I couldn't afford it as well as giving bug eyed confusion realness is just so odd to me I don't think I'm ever gonna come back to the dillards again I don't need that man to play in my face again read more

I absolutely cannot believe this store. I was trying on dresses and this worker, who i wish i gots name, walked in on me in the dressing room without a knock or anything. It was completely embarrassing, i was half undressed and she just stared at me and then had the nerve to say "why would you just go into a dressing room" while standing there with my dressing room door open. The other employee had told me to go into the dressing room down the path and pick a room. When i walked she didn't even apologize or anything and rather just asked if i wanted it or not. This might just be my favorite Dillards in town since the one at the boulevard mall closed permanently couple years ago. At this Dillards you will pretty much be able to find anything you could position need for your wardrobe or home needs. They have a huge selection of women, men and kids apparel and huge shoe area for women. Good makeup selection, purse selection could use help and fashion jewelry is okay. They have a home section upstairs which is amazing and for thanksgiving and Christmas they have tons of decorations that are very high quality. I came here last week to buy new Christmas ornaments and they did not disappoint one bit. I must've spent about $100 on ornaments but they are rare and one of a kind and totally worth it if you're looking to have a more elegant looking Christmas tree. Yay! I'm so glad Dillards has the best selection around. It seems that their regional buyer knows what they are doing. And another plus is that the customer service was amazing in the home goods section. The Downtown Summerlin Dillards is the most beautiful Dillards by far! The SHOE department has everything and is very large and extremely well organized!! I have never once stepped foot into a nicer store. The Lingerie Department is amazing as well, directly across from shoes. Cosmetics is in the center that I love along with the fragrance and why would anyone purchase foundation anywhere else? Worst sales associates. I have been completely ignored in this store on several occasions. Never greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I went in last week to check out a bra I had seen advertised and to see if they had them in the store. I wandered around the lingerie department for quite some time and was never approached by anyone even though there were 2 sales associates and no other customers. I picked out some items to try on and went to the counter next to the dressing rooms to ask about trying them on. The associate directed me to the dressing room and said to ring the buzzer if I needed anything. After trying on my items I did need another size so I rang the buzzer and waited for several minutes while I could hear the 2 associates chatting at the counter just steps from the dressing room. After waiting what I considered a reasonable amount of time I proceeded to get dressed and leave the dressing room as they either didn't hear the buzzer or were deliberately ignoring it. I decided to leave at that point because I didn't feel like looking for the other bra and then having to get undressed again. As I walked past the counter where the associates were chatting one of them shouted after me, " You're just going to leave?! You rang the bell!" Very rude and confrontational. I told them I would return when they weren't so busy. There were literally no other customers in the department. I have never been accosted by a salesperson in such a rude manner ever. All I did was try on merchandise, hang it back up and leave when it was apparent they had better things to do than help customers. I didn't say anything or complain and to be shouted at just because I was leaving is unacceptable. I will never set foot in another Dillards again. There are plenty of others stores in which to spend my money. read more

I went to Dillard's on Summerlin to purchase sandals for my wife, almost $200, the agent stated the only ones he has are the one on the shelve (used, dirty ones), he said, he will order new ones, then he'll text me to let me know when those are ready to be pick up. He never called me or texted me. I went to the store 7 days later, I went to the 2nd floor, there were 3 ladies, I was ignored by all of them. I asked Evelyn if she can help me, she reacted like she was bothered by me. I asked for the store manager, she got even more upset and questioned why I need the manager. Store manager Andy or Andie showed up, I explained the above then I opened the box with new sandals and found out the sandals were also dirty, used ones. I told Andy about it, she replied - well, we just got an open box from on other location (she confirmed those new sandals were used not new). I asked Andy to please refund my money. I wrote a comment on their web page, then I got a call from Lauren, Lauren asked me what happened, I explained all of the above (she did not do anything about it), I also explained to her that I have not gotten my money back and that instead I got charged twice, I am not sure if they did it on purpose, that's very unethical; I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. I had to provide evidence, of all of the above, to get my money back. Definitely Andy, Lauren and Evelyn need to understand the job they do. read more

I recently came with my elderly grandmother and realized I stupidly forgot her wheelchair and didn't want her to walk with a walker through the store. I called in advance to see if we could get a wheelchair they said we could buy They apparently have one manager who is the least professional and most ignorant woman I have ever encountered. Went here to do some shopping after Black Friday. The stores men's department was completely stocked and organized. The store associates were so incredibly nice I had to stop and tell them thank you for being attentive to the customer. They told me they really try to pay attention. They had a good selection of suits and jackets, Levi's, casual wear but lacked when it came to Nike. I do not think they carry that brand in store. read more

I'm not sure if the sales associate just didn't like me or didn't like my tattoos, or the fact that I was dressed in very casual clothes, but I watched the sales associate help every single other person in the department but me. Literally went to every other person and asked how they can help them. Except me. Then when I went to the dressing room, they told me I needed to enter through the other door, 5 feet away, that went to the same spot. I have agree with other Yelper that Dillard's has Excellent customer service. I bought a nice blouse on sale on my own and the sales lady said recommended me another blouse I may like. I said no and that I will just take the one I had. On the way out of store, we were confused ‍ in which direction we came from and making a little commotion among ourselves and one young man sales associate came up to us and said where we were trying to go and we said we parked on Macy's Parking lot and he was nice enough to walk with us toward the door and say exit this store and make a right and Macy's will be in front of you. I went in today to get Lancome mascara, which I have used for years. A new salesperson, Hanna, decided to tell me about all the different types of serum and skin care I needed instead. I kept asking about the mascara, and she kept going on about the skin care, and then she stops, looks at me and says "I tell people about their NEEDS, not their WANTS", in other words I need skin care because I am so old and ugly, and mascara is just a want. This girl is a clown, she wears white foundation, dollar store fake lashes, cheap black hair extensions and a bizarre beret (I guess as a nod to the Parisian "Lancome" experience). Save yourself the BS and just go to Ulta or Sephora instead, I know I will. read more

Elizabeth and the other ladies in the lingerie dept are horrible. Elizabeth spent 10 minutes arguing with me, insisting I get fitted for a bra, after I repeatedly told her no thank you. When asked for help she pointed, though there were not any customers and two other ladies were putting away stock, she would not help me or answer questions. When I wanted to purchase two items, they argued I needed to spend more money for the free gift, after I explained I did not want the free gift, but just my two items. Horrible service. read more

I literally haven't been to Dillard's in 20 years and was very pleasantly surprised to make an unexpected visit today. Their men's shoe department is the best in town, even better than Nordstrom. Service was also excellent, with the shoe salesman extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Dress and casual shoes were plentiful although tennis shoes were a little lacking. I walked through other parts of the store which were clean, well-organized and a great selection of upscale brands (Boss and A/X in men's clothes). Definitely will be returning, especially for shoes. Tip: The store really needs to blow out the walls and install glass all around the perimeter so you can see what's inside...i had no idea what was there until I walked in...potentially a lot of lost business due to this poor design. read more

I have been shopping at Estée Lauder inside the Dillards at downtown Summerlin for years and have always been treated with respect and curtesy. I visited this location a couple of months ago and the manager Yester was unhelpful and short with me. I didn't think too much of it but then she reprimanded one of the male associates in front of the customer he was helping at the time, and in front of everyone else that was around the cashier. He must have been embarrassed because he apologized to his customer even though he did nothing wrong. Then, the associate that was helping me, who by the way was phenomenal, started having issues with the computer system while trying to check me out. She called on her manager Yester to help out and she was rude and demeaning towards her. It was really awkward to witness her treating the associates in a degrading manner. I wanted to say something but decided to keep my mouth shut and not make a bigger scene. Today I went back to this location, and again the associate that was helping me was super helpful. The same manager Yester approached us and she gave the associate that was helping me directions on something, but the way she spoke to her was commanding and not respectful at all. I hope that this manager will be reprimanded for treating the employees as if she is somehow superior to them. The associates have been great every time I shop at Dillards and they should not be treated this way, not in private and much less right in front of the customers. Very unprofessional. read more
