It was hopping on a random Thursday night, so I know they get good business, and my expectations were high. But... It's okay. It's satisfactory. I think a little TLC could go a long way in making the customer experience more enjoyable from the chairs to the table setup and silverware, glassware, plating, etc. the fettuccine alfredo wasn't spectacular, but my sister got he eggplant parmesan, and that was definitely delish. I tried a bite and wished I's ordered that! The house salad was decent and the tomato cheese bread was like a french bread pizza - yum! The staff, I must say, were stand out and made this place even better. I've no doubt they play a role in customer retention.

This is an unassuming place off of Rattlesnake Hammock Rd. It looks smaller from the outside but is rather large on the inside. We arrived early for dinner at about 4:45, and it's a lucky thing because the dinner rush really filled the place up. But even as it filled, the background noise was not an impact on our dinner. The waitress was kind and attentive. The chicken was so tender it truly melted in your mouth! I had Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and it was delicious. The sauce was flavorful and full of cheese but wasn't so thick that it congealed. It wasn't soupy either! Just perfect. My father had the Chicken Marsala and his chicken was just as good! He had cauliflower that he said was very tasty and not mushy. Although there isn't much to be said for the atmosphere of the place, I highly recommend the food and the service. Would absolutely return!

We have to enjoy a night at DiJulios when we are in town. Old school Italian and reasonable prices. Start with the garlic bread and enjoy any of the specials or the pasta! I loved the peanut butter pie for desert!

Delicious food at a reasonable price! I had the lasagna with meat sauce. Came out HOT just the way I like it! My daughter had rigatoni with sausage and enjoyed it very much! Took home a piece of the peanut butter pie to enjoy later! Will definitely be back!

This restaurant is located in a strip mall, with a laundromat, beer store and a Dominos. When you walk up to the doors, they are tinted so dark you can't see in. There is a small waiting area inside with a host station, and NO musty smell was noticed! We were seated right away. There are 3 dining room sections. We arrived around 6:30 and there were approximately 30 patrons inside seated. From some previous reviews I didn't know what to expect. Hopefully this review will give you a current idea of what to expect when you dine here. Joyce was our server and was nice and patient with us when we were indecisive. The three adults had the Caesar salad and it was the bomb! I could tell immediately that this was homemade dressing (and it is)! This is the best Caesar salad I have had at any restaurant anywhere period! The little one among us had the vegetable soup. The only one of us that knew what he wanted was my grandson, lasagna was his choice. My Step daughter picked the Zuppa De' Pesce and loved it. My wife ordered the Chicken Cacciatore and liked it. I had the Chicken Marsala, this was the best I've had IMO. The sauce was not thin and watery like most restaurants, the Marsala sauce was reduced properly and thicker with good flavor and there were plenty of mushrooms on top! The rolls were fresh and very warm when they arrived and were refilled after our meals arrived. We did not order from the bar. The prices were appropriate for the portion sizes, unlike some of the fancier places a few miles away! The restaurant could use a freshening up to appease the younger crowd. I don't care what the decor looks like (with the exception of filth) as long as the food and service is good! DiJulio's did both very well and I recommend them for your next Italian meal.

It's one of those places where you pause for a second, take it in, and realize this isn't meant to be rushed. Yes, the prices might give a day-tripper a moment of reflection. They didn't bother me. At this point in my life, I don't care what strangers think about prices. What you're paying for here is the experience and it starts with the menu. Reading about the drinks, understanding from the waitress how they're infused, what goes into them, and then tasting them...that's half the fun. These aren't "order and forget" cocktails. They're meant to be considered and enjoyed. They're gorgeous to look at too!! Frankly, how great would it be if they offered a flight of drinks? A way to really explore what Vine Room is trying to communicate to the customer. Because the drinks are that good, thoughtful, balanced, memorable. You don't just drink them. You notice them! Jesus, another tag line I'm giving you guys!! Hire me.. Hire me.. The atmosphere hits exactly where it should. Music at the perfect volume. Not crowded. No fighting for attention or waving frantically to get another drink. Service is attentive. And those potato chips? Just salty enough to keep everyone ordering another round. Now, one small annoyance, the dress code. It's listed as Semi-formal Chic with no ballcaps, no athletic wear, no sleeveless shirts. Yet we saw shorts and sneakers slide through because they were attached to a rich mommy and daddy. Fine but I liked looking at the beautiful people more than spoiled kids (over 21 just attached to mom and dad). All that said, this place is far more than its current 3.6 stars on Yelp. Vine Room is one of those spots where you either get it and you'll be back, or you tried it once, didn't understand it, and went online to bash it for no real reason. And that's fine, not every place is for everyone. But if you want really good drinks, exceptional service, and an outstanding sense of comfort and vibe, Vine Room on 5th is absolutely worth your time and your money.

I got a text exactly one minute after our reservation time, we checked back in with the hostess and then were walked to the corner table we had wanted earlier. It seems like they could both improve their turnover and customer service with some adjustment to how they allocate their tables. We started with drinks, I had the Classic Mai Tai and it was delish. We had the Coconut Shrimp app and it was very tasty, a nice mix of savory shrimp with a bit of salad. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and it was a very nice dish as well. The lady had the Thai shrimp and scallops and really liked it. I had a bite and must agree. We were too full for desert but will have to come back and try that sometime. Service from Warnell was top notch and we also got a check-in from the manager. We liked the casual ambiance although the place was a bit loud and the singer's volume could have been toned down.
