Purchased a Kayak from them in July. In August the bottom and top split which was a manufacturing issue and was outside of the 30 day store return policy. Not only did they still honor the return policy but they made it so incredibly painless. In addition they gave us 10 % off our next purchase due to the inconvenience. These guys rock read more

Typical Dick's. Big store, always fairly busy. The employees were helpful and even though they didn't have what we were looking for, they were more than happy to assist us. This store doesn't have the same layout as some of the others so it can be tricky to find what you need. read more

Huge store, and guess what? As soon as you enter you are greeted. I don't know if that happens all the time but that is a plus. Also, if you are browsing and have the "I need help" face, someone asks if everything is ok and if you need help. At least that is what happened during my experience. Store was clean, employees friendly and willing to help, and things seemed organized. I got what I needed and was out in a decent amount of time. I wish they had more registers open because there was a little bit of a line, so one star knocked off for that. Other than that, I will come back whenever I go to the mall sometime. read more

They need to work on their service! The park meadows mall location. The first time I went there they hadn't opened their door in the mall yet, but they were supposed to be open. I waited outside the door for at least 15 minutes with the workers inside just staring at me and walking by. I tried to say something and they ignored me. I got frustrated and found an open door. When I said something after that they finally responded saying they couldn't open that door yet, and kept ignoring me after. My second visit, i couldn't find anyone to help me get something off a locked hanger. So I walked after 10 minutes of trying. My third visit, I had my bike serviced. Dropping it off wasn't a problem. But when I came to pick it up, it took 20 minutes to get service. And then they couldn't find my bike. They told me they would talk to their manager tomorrow. On our way out they called and said they found it, but parts were being ordered. Which is wrong because the manager told me parts were ordered over 2 weeks before and the bike was ready. A few days later the manager said it was ready again. Took another 10-15 minutes to get service again. And the bike didn't look like it had been cleaned up at all like I asked. I purchased 2 diamondback bikes for my sons, I also purchased the No Sweat Protection Plan for each bike. We took a bike in for repair, a repair that was supposed to be covered by the NSPP. I was contacted by an employee from Dick's Park Meadows store informing me that he could not find our protection plan. I told him I purchased the protection plan and had the receipt to prove it. However, I was told that I needed to call NSPP directly. I called NSPP directly. The customer care rep told me she could see my information, last name, address but because my phone was secondary on the account and not the primary number she was unable to help me. I went back to the store to find our bike hanging with a post-it note that read NO NSPP. I again talked to another employee, bringing him up to speed on our situation. I was supposed to receive a call from Dicks 3 days ago, that didn't happen. Today, I placed a call to NSPP. The care rep I talked to was very helpful, found my account provided with a contract number for the NSPP. She also me the store was supposed to register the bike with company when the NSPP was purchased. After speaking with her, I called the Dicks at Park Meadows to follow-up on the status of our claim. This has been on going issues for over 2 weeks. I would not recommend their NSPP I have invested so much in getting this situation resolved. My expectation is they should have been more helpful and I shouldn't have had to be involved with the miscommunication between the store and warranty company. This has been such a frustrating experience. I was going to purchase 2 more bikes, however, I will not be purchasing the bikes from Dicks. read more

I came here the other day just to browse, hoping to find something for my flag football league and when I came here I was approached by a sales associate and he asked me if he could help me find something, I just told him I was looking around for stuff for my game. He was so helpful, pointed me in the right direction and started making suggestions of what I could buy to help make me look more ready. I normally don't shop here for workout clothes because I know I can find name brands for less at TJ Maxx for a lot less but just this experience alone made me want to give them 4 stars. The person helping me was very helpful and it didn't seem like he was pushing anything on me, he even called someone on his radio to check if there were other places in the store where I could find other things that could help my appearance while I rocked the field playing flag football. They also have really cute clothes for the winter and spring. read more

So first the website said they open at 9... nope it's 10. Then I went in and started looking at some weightlifting equipment. I walked around the downstairs for about five minutes and couldn't find anybody. Finally I have to go back upstairs and asked the cashier if you could send someone. He gave me a very bored expression and very casual he went about doing that for me. I went back downstairs and waited a few more minutes. A young man meandered over and asked if I needed help with treadmills. I said no I want one of these weight racks. He looked at it and look back at me and said, I'll have to see if I even have one. But I'm busy so it'll be probably about five minutes, and then proceeded to walk away. Unbelievable. read more

I had a terrible experience. It took me 15 minutes to check out and I was third in line. There was only one cashier in the middle of the day on a Saturday. No one cared, not even the "manager". I would have complained to someone else but I got the feeling that no one would have cared. I'll never go to another Dicks again. read more

Terrible customer service. I attempted to use a gift card I received for Christmas. Despite double confirmation by the manager "Lindsay" my purchase was declined. I was told that they would hold the items overnight until Loss/Prevention green-lighted the buy. At that point, I could drive back to the store and use the card? Again, Dick's corporate had already confirmed that the card was valid. Yikes! Never again to this store! read more

I was just there since someone bought me a shirt on sale for $20. It didn't fit, so I decided to exchange it. Good idea, right?? But the problem was they didn't have anymore of the shirts on sale and after looking throughout the store ... I was flabbergasted to see that they actually had just, regular T shirts for $35.00?? What do you think the markup on that might be ... about 1000%! Now, these are the same T's that you can get at other stores for $10.00! Why so expensive?? I used to shop at the Dick's in Burlington, VT. The manager(s) were fair and helped one save money etc...they really appreciated your business; in Colorado OUR PATRONAGE is NOT valued like it was elsewhere. Maybe they make enough money here to NOT CARE IF YOU COME BACK (i shop ONLY at Cabelas for the last few years). One example: we order things...and in Vermont that was a good deal. Here they tell me I can buy my son an ADVERTISED safe for his collectibles and hunting things for 3-400 dollars..this specific one...uh but "WE all sold out on those since day one...we only got a few delivered...if you want the same gun-safe you will need to pay $300 to deliver it...that deal they say is TO GET YOU INTO THE STORE...for 6 months they advertised a false deal in their store and elsewhere...FORGET YOU DICK...dick DICK....I BOYCOTT YOUR SLIMY WAYS...see u at CABELAS. read more
