Never in a million years did I think I would be able to have something delivered and set up for me in my home. Then I made the wise decision to call Fitness Gallery. I spoke with a very kind and exceedingly helpful young man named Ryan. Trust me. He went above and beyond to help me and I put him through the wringer with a ton of questions, hesitations, and more questions. Even if I sent him an email on a weekend, he responded quickly. His knowledge of their products and patience were unlike any I have seen in a very, very long time. In fact, I would go so far as to say he restored my faith in customer service and attentiveness. Then, today, two young men pulled up in my driveway after a drive of nearly 5 hours. In around 30 minutes, they had my treadmill set up and ready to use. They were courteous and hard-working. This may sound silly to some, but I even noticed how straight they installed the floor mat and the treadmill in my office. I'm very much a person that likes to have things neat and orderly and I could not have done it better myself. So today, I have the privilege and the pleasure of reading my owners manual and finally having a treadmill in my home with which to improve my health and well-being. No more dreading the gym because of how many people will be judging me for my size and lack of physical fitness. No more embarrassment. I can focus on what matters most. My health. The ability to do so is all due to Fitness Gallery and the helpfulness of Ryan Greer!

It was a flat bench with an upper and lower pulley ~~ pretty simple. These units are sold with a "lifetime warranty," which is a main reason to buy one. About four years ago I had a pulley cable break. I tried calling and e-mailing Tuff Stuff, which is headquartered in Chino, CA. No answer either way. Fitness Gallery was sympathetic but it was a "manufacturer's issue." I bit the bullet and had Fitness Gallery repair it. This cost me around $150. Last month the cable started fraying again. FG sent out another repair guy to replace the cable. This time it was $318. So I'm into this for around $500 ~~ just for cable repairs. Keep this cost in mind when you are looking at buying any Tuff Stuff equipment from Fitness Gallery. The "lifetime warranty" isn't lifetime, and the Tuff Stuff isn't tuff. Buyer beware. * The max load I put on these cables is 180 lbs for back rows.

Wanted to replace an old Horizon treadmill that died years ago with another one or a Nordic Track…read morebrand. Had not heard of the True brand & after having Wes Bryant explain the basic features, options & interface console he gained an understanding how we intended to use it & narrowed our focus to 3 treadmills that felt like good fits. I made the purchase that day as I felt he listened & didn't act like a salesman trying to upsell to the most expensive one. Seems like this product will be much more durable, has a much thicker belt than I expected, heavy duty motor & was very quiet & stable while running on it. That's where I went today to purchase a birthday gift for my wife and it will probably be the last time I shop with them after today. Today was at least the 3rd time that I've purchased an item that was marketed at a significant discount but was rang up at full price. The first two times, I thought it might be simply errors in merchandising and signage. To be clear, I purchased two different sizes of a jacket off of a circular rack that held at least 6 more of the same style and color jackets. The signage on the top of the entire rack clearly said "40% off." I left the store, checked my receipt on the way to the car and returned inside to point out the discrepancy. The sales associate (different from the one that had checked me out) responded by saying "Honestly, these weren't the items on sale." She didn't bother to walk back to the rack to check the signage. She didn't apologize for the conflicting messages. She didn't call a manager to try making the customer happy. I do realize that it is not the sales associate's fault for deceptive signage so I wasn't rude or angry with her. I did keep my purchases (with the intent to return one when I figure out which size is the correct one for the recipient). But, I also did say that this was not the first time I had encountered this "clever but deceptive marketing in this store." And, I'm really tired of Dick's Sporting Goods in Lone Tree, Colorado playing their pricing games. I did double check online after leaving the store. Online the jackets I purchased are still listed at full price so I think I paid the correct price. However, management should verify and keep signage related to pricing current and accurate; and they should also correctly merchandise their stores. The fact that I have encountered this issue at this same store several times should give one pause before shopping here. I also realize that deceptive advertising is not legal and that I could also report this to the Better Business Bureau. I've considered that but decided to just take my business elsewhere.

Everywhere here the folks are knowledgeable and super nice. We've been coming here for years now but just now writing a review. We came in a few weeks ago for seasonal rentals and the guy that helped up was amazing and helped my little brother like he was his own. We had a gal help us in helmets and found us a good one for my little brother that he could grow into as well. I went in earlier this week to try on some boots and to get feedback on a pair I had to buy online. The gentleman helping me was amazing and super helpful in letting me know the ones I got were not suitable for my calf type and helped me find a very comfortable new ski boot. This shop offers a good selection of these bicycles along with helpful and friendly staff. It reminded me of a neighborhood bicycle shop. I am shopping for a bike and wanted to try a certain Liv. There is a nice office park area to test ride a bike with little traffic and bike lanes over plenty of roads. And the tax rate here is only 6.75%. A very large selection of bicycle bells and lights!
