I live in a small town in Southwest Colorado. I canceled my gym membership due to feeling uneasy and self conscious. Never in a million years did I think I would be able to have something delivered and set up for me in my home. Then I made the wise decision to call Fitness Gallery. I spoke with a very kind and exceedingly helpful young man named Ryan. Trust me. He went above and beyond to help me and I put him through the wringer with a ton of questions, hesitations, and more questions. Even if I sent him an email on a weekend, he responded quickly. His knowledge of their products and patience were unlike any I have seen in a very, very long time. In fact, I would go so far as to say he restored my faith in customer service and attentiveness. Then, today, two young men pulled up in my driveway after a drive of nearly 5 hours. In around 30 minutes, they had my treadmill set up and ready to use. They were courteous and hard-working. This may sound silly to some, but I even noticed how straight they installed the floor mat and the treadmill in my office. I'm very much a person that likes to have things neat and orderly and I could not have done it better myself. So today, I have the privilege and the pleasure of reading my owners manual and finally having a treadmill in my home with which to improve my health and well-being. No more dreading the gym because of how many people will be judging me for my size and lack of physical fitness. No more embarrassment. I can focus on what matters most. My health. Fitness Gallery - Treadmill - Fitness/Exercise Equipment Near Me - Highlands Ranch, Colorado

For some reason yelp has me as living in California, when I actually live here in Colorado. I bought a Tuff Stuff bench from Fitness Gallery here in Colorado some time ago. It was a flat bench with an upper and lower pulley ~~ pretty simple. These units are sold with a "lifetime warranty," which is a main reason to buy one. About four years ago I had a pulley cable break. I tried calling and e-mailing Tuff Stuff, which is headquartered in Chino, CA. No answer either way. Fitness Gallery was sympathetic but it was a "manufacturer's issue." I bit the bullet and had Fitness Gallery repair it. This cost me around $150. Last month the cable started fraying again. FG sent out another repair guy to replace the cable. This time it was $318. So I'm into this for around $500 ~~ just for cable repairs. Keep this cost in mind when you are looking at buying any Tuff Stuff equipment from Fitness Gallery. The "lifetime warranty" isn't lifetime, and the Tuff Stuff isn't tuff. Buyer beware. * The max load I put on these cables is 180 lbs for back rows. read more

Terrible service! Ordered equipment, told it was in when it was not.... two weeks later I finally get in touch with my sales rep "Bret" after calling approximately 10 times! Sickening that I'm told my order is in, that a tracking number exists, that the stuff is ready for pickup when I made arrangements and the resolution is to simply refund my money (we will see) because what was told to me was not true. Not sure on an equipment review seeing as it was all a lie about it coming in, the service however is hands down the worst I've come across in the fitness field.... I do not recommend this store. We paid them to pick up our weight machine for resale on commission. Despite innumerable calls to check on the status of the resale, they provided no updates. The machine then simply disappeared and we were told the employee with whom we had dealt no longer worked there. We were never paid our promised portion of the sale price. Wes at Fitness Gallery's Colorado Boulevard (Denver) store is phenomenal. He helped us re: a replacement for a 30-year-old treadmill. He knew absolutely everything about the products. He was incredibly patient as we had lots of questions. While, at our request, he showed us several treadmills at various price points, he recommended one of the less expensive (but not the least expensive) ones for us based on how we typically use our treadmill. He also recommended a pad the lack of which might have aided the demise of our old unit. We never felt pressured nor did we feel he was trying to upswell us. He clearly was focused on us and our getting exactly what was best for us. Lots of companies and salespeople would do well to learn from Wes. read more

As a follow up to Melvin B's post, I had a very similar experience in that I ordered weights on 8/2 and have gotten very bad communication on when this would be in. I eventually just canceled my order and still waiting on the credit. It reached a point of frustration as this company does a lot of radio advertising and the owner came on and said that they had the greatest stock of weights in the Denver area. It seems like most reviews are positive so not sure why the disconnect but be sure to ask about delivery times as they ask you to pay up front 100%. read more

We had a few glitches with email, but we set up a store credit for him since they don't offer gift cards.
