Even more, all of the coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging. I have learned so many helpful tips to better complete exercises in the last three months, more than I have learned in years at other gyms. The workouts are well though out, there is definitely a method to the madness pairing certain exercises together to get maximum burn. Because of the variety of classes, I would recommend this gym to all individuals - those at the beginning of their fitness journey and seasoned fitness veterans.

I am highly disappointed with my experience at this gym. When we tried to resolve this, the owner, Sage, called me a liar, hung up the phone on us, and completely refused to have a sit-down meeting to discuss the situation. The facilities are poorly maintained. The equipment is consistently dirty and dusty, the Wi-Fi rarely works, and there are only four stretching mats available for the entire gym. I have also noticed bugs on the carpeted areas. The bathrooms are equally neglected. The women's restroom has been out of toilet paper for days at a time and is frequently dirty. To make matters worse, the owners are never present to assist members or manage these ongoing issues. I do not recommend this gym. The ownership handles customer feedback with hostility and fails to maintain basic cleanliness and amenities.

I've been going to this gym for years now and seen very little improvement. For over $200 a month…read morethe equipment needs to be improved upon. One smith machine is crazy. There is way too much room dedicated to classes at this gym as well. Good luck trying to get an actual lift in when they have the vast majority of the platforms reserved. Cleanliness gets a 2/10. Stop sending teenagers to clean the gym floor in the middle of the day, it makes it extremely annoying to work out. No one likes breathing in those chemicals, or having a broom basically under their foot mid workout. They should really have an after hours cleaning team come in considering this is a "luxury" gym. I understand the casual cleaning but a midday deep clean should not be done at the detriment of those working out. It's also weird because there is still so much dust all over this place. The men here are much creepier than other locations, I've had multiple of them make weird comments and witnessed them recording women. I've gone to a variety of gym around Colorado, including other Lifetime locations, and haven't seen this behavior as much in those other places. The major saving grace of this gym is that the staff is very friendly. The trainers are approachable and the newer ones are very knowledgeable. All this being said, I do still drop into this gym when I'm in the area but do not enjoy working out here nearly as much as other gyms.

We've had bad experiences before, but today was infuriating. They really need to stop hiring teeny…read morebopper lifeguards or at least be more selective, and actually train on autism/special needs. A) Opening waterslides for only 10 minutes is absolutely ridiculous B) Don't just tell the attendant at the top of the slide not to let my daughter go anymore after asking my daughter if she needs help getting out and she stares at you. She's autistic- not stupid. She's been swimming for 4 years and can get out of the pool just fine. If you have concerns or questions, talk to the parent. When I overheard him and asked why she can't go anymore (she had gone 2X already), then he said she was struggling to get out- which she wasn't. Then he said she could go a few more times. C) My daughter walks up the stairs and waits her turn to go one last time before they close the slide. THEN when its her turn, the attendant sends her down and says she can't go because she doesn't have a wristband. If you're going to enforce a wristband, CHECK IN THE BEGINNING, not let her go twice, give her trouble, say she can go, then refuse to let her go and send her down again. My daughter was absolutely heartbroken. These incompetent little teenage "lifeguards" really ruin the experience. I definitely foresee a lawsuit in their future. I also waited 20 + min for a $15 burger I asked to be plain for my daughter and it came out covered in sauce and with tomatoes and lettuce, so my daughter couldn't eat it. This location really stains the Lifetime Fitness brand.

We had ages 4 to 12 year olds, boys and girls, and every kid had an absolute blast. The two coaches that were working with the kids were fantastic. These outstanding young men were so sweet to all of the kiddos, really helping the younger ones out so they had just as much fun as the bigger kids. It was so easy to book and the set up was perfect. Tons of room for the food and gifts, plus room for the parents to hang out while the kids played. Everything just went so smoothly and unlike most birthdays I have hosted, it was really easy and I actually had time to watch the kids enjoy themselves and socialize with the other parents. I'm just so impressed by the staff I worked with, the instruction that was given to the kids, and the facilities. We really can't wait to host another party there and hoping to possibly sign up for one of the summer camps. Thank you so much Path Movement for giving my son such an unforgettably fun birthday and for making me look good for choosing such an awesome place! Every parent that came couldn't say enough how great it was!
