While the space is small, their variety of weight lifting equipment is great. I've never really had to wait on any equipment, even during 5 o'clock rush hour. Yes, the equipment is dated but they keep everything clean and in working order. The bathrooms are always clean. I truly can't think of anything I would change. Except that the dumbbells are so old that you can no longer see the weight labels on them, which forces me to do math in my head, i.e. adding up the plates plus 5 lbs. for the handle. It's purely a weight lifting gym, with a few cardio machines. If you're looking for a sauna or massage chair, you're in the wrong place. If you're bothered by big dudes slamming barbells on the floor, you're in the wrong place. If you're bothered by patriotic flags honoring our military, you're in the wrong place. If you're bothered by motivational flags using the F word you're in the wrong place. If you're a germaphobe who brings a pristine white towel to the gym you're in the wrong place. It's always blazing hot inside at all times of year. Makes working out extremely uncomfortable. They also only have 3 fans available in the entire facility. 2. The music is so bad. It's like a mix of oldies and soft rock. Nobody wants to work out to that. 3. There has not been a single time that I have asked a staff member a question when they actually knew the answer. It is the most infuriating thing to hear "I don't know" to every little question that you have. PLEASE train your people better or hire individuals that actually care to learn how to do their jobs.

Such a missed opportunity, IMO. The best you're going to get is a small rag to wipe your sweat for an additional $5 per month. If 24hr provided towel service for showering, this really could be a 5-star facility.

My name is Jeffrey S. Bowerman, and I have been a dedicated member of your gym, frequently working out with my wife, Debbie Bowerman. The incident leading to this ban occurred in February 2026 and involved a staff member named Cindy. At the time, I was dealing with significant personal and health challenges, including a broken foot and multiple hospitalizations, as well as serious illnesses affecting my brothers. During an interaction regarding the recovery and tanning beds, there was a misunderstanding about my membership level and the use of the mobile app. While I admit I became frustrated, I immediately apologized to Cindy and explained the personal stress I was under. Unfortunately, when I asked to speak with Chris, he upheld the decision to revoke my membership across all locations without, to my knowledge, reviewing any video footage of the interaction. My wife and I valued our time at Chuze Fitness, as it was a vital part of our routine and wellbeing. Being restricted to the local recreation center has been a poor substitute for the facilities and community at your gym. It has some spare time so we stopped in to swim. They have a great pool and a lot of good swimmers, including Jo and Robert. Both of whom were very kind and open to sharing Lane's with us. This facility does Prefer Lane reservations for use of the swimming pool, which we made once we got there, but Robert and Joe accommodated us earlier. We also talked with a general manager, Brittany, who was most welcoming and accommodating. This is another fine facility in Colorado athletic club collection.

The establishment is located in a plaza that can get busy during peak evening hours, mainly, due to the daycare centers. My suggestion is to always turn right out of the plaza and go to the Parker Rd light during those times. It's less of a headache in the long run. Within the facility, there is an office or two, bathrooms, and a cubby area for belongings. The studio itself is nice. It's a medium-sized room with two walls occupied by full-length mirrors and a window respectively. It's comfortable right now (only referring to Zumba) but I can see the need for an additional Zumba time each day, in the near future, if more bodies show up & decide to become regulars. The class was lead by Keith, the owner of the studio and it was high energy. Keith is engaging, full of stamina, entertaining, and an interactive instructor. He can use an assistant to help him juggle various tasks in between classes (i.e. greeting, punching cards, questions, liability release, etc) but he manages. The playlist was non-stop, the music had great rhythm, beats, and sound (thanks to his new subwoofer:)), and the class was full. The class schedule seems to be organized well, offering one of each class available, at least, once a day including weekends. The class times were recently adjusted but seem to work well for most 9 to 5ers. He also has several trial and/or discount offers out there. I look forward to continuing the Zumba classes lead by Keith and the other instructors and eventually working into the other classes available. The studio is also offering virtual classes now so I'm excited to experience that. All of the staff were happy & helpful. After getting set up I recieved a full tour of the space and it was perfect. Besides the wonderful equipment, the extra amenities made it even more special. Stream room, sauna, cold plunge, the whole nine yards. Very happy I found myself here and will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.
