They specialize in equipment for professional athletes as well as everyday people who are passionate about fitness, so there's a great selection of equipment to compare. Wes, the store manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between several treadmill models without any pressure. He also helped me put together a weight bench with a leg extension attachment that fit both my fitness goals and the space I had available. The service doesn't end after the sale, either. They deliver and professionally set up the equipment, which is a huge plus for someone who's mechanically challenged like me.

Had not heard of the True brand & after having Wes Bryant explain the basic features, options & interface console he gained an understanding how we intended to use it & narrowed our focus to 3 treadmills that felt like good fits. I made the purchase that day as I felt he listened & didn't act like a salesman trying to upsell to the most expensive one. Seems like this product will be much more durable, has a much thicker belt than I expected, heavy duty motor & was very quiet & stable while running on it. Looking forward to using it for years to come.

Purchased a Precor TRM 425 treadmill from Fitness Systems for home use and I couldn't be happier!…read moreWe had an older treadmill and were looking to replace it with a gym-quality machine since we like the ones we use at the gym. Since this was a long-term purchase and on the higher cost side, we wanted to make sure we made the right decision. The employees at Fitness Systems were great! They happily answered our numerous questions, even reaching out to their Precor rep to get more details. We visited the store at least 2 - 3 times and again, they were fantastic at answering our questions and letting us run on the machines to test them out. At no time did we ever feel pressured to purchase or that we were wasting their time. Delivery of the unit from Precor to the store was a bit delayed (not Fitness Systems fault, issue on Precor) but Fitness Systems kept me updated the whole time and we totally felt taken care of. Delivery and set-up at our house went perfectly too. The delivery guys were friendly and professional. They were more than helpful to answer any questions we had. I also like that they have a long history in the Springs, starting in the 80's. We visited another local shop that had only been around for about a year which makes me hesitant since you're never sure how long they'll be around for warranty or any maintenance issues. I definitely recommend Fitness Systems if you're looking for fitness equipment.

I live in a small town in Southwest Colorado. I canceled my gym membership due to feeling uneasy…read moreand self conscious. Never in a million years did I think I would be able to have something delivered and set up for me in my home. Then I made the wise decision to call Fitness Gallery. I spoke with a very kind and exceedingly helpful young man named Ryan. Trust me. He went above and beyond to help me and I put him through the wringer with a ton of questions, hesitations, and more questions. Even if I sent him an email on a weekend, he responded quickly. His knowledge of their products and patience were unlike any I have seen in a very, very long time. In fact, I would go so far as to say he restored my faith in customer service and attentiveness. Then, today, two young men pulled up in my driveway after a drive of nearly 5 hours. In around 30 minutes, they had my treadmill set up and ready to use. They were courteous and hard-working. This may sound silly to some, but I even noticed how straight they installed the floor mat and the treadmill in my office. I'm very much a person that likes to have things neat and orderly and I could not have done it better myself. So today, I have the privilege and the pleasure of reading my owners manual and finally having a treadmill in my home with which to improve my health and well-being. No more dreading the gym because of how many people will be judging me for my size and lack of physical fitness. No more embarrassment. I can focus on what matters most. My health. The ability to do so is all due to Fitness Gallery and the helpfulness of Ryan Greer!

For some reason yelp has me as living in California, when I actually live here in Colorado. I…read morebought a Tuff Stuff bench from Fitness Gallery here in Colorado some time ago. It was a flat bench with an upper and lower pulley ~~ pretty simple. These units are sold with a "lifetime warranty," which is a main reason to buy one. About four years ago I had a pulley cable break. I tried calling and e-mailing Tuff Stuff, which is headquartered in Chino, CA. No answer either way. Fitness Gallery was sympathetic but it was a "manufacturer's issue." I bit the bullet and had Fitness Gallery repair it. This cost me around $150. Last month the cable started fraying again. FG sent out another repair guy to replace the cable. This time it was $318. So I'm into this for around $500 ~~ just for cable repairs. Keep this cost in mind when you are looking at buying any Tuff Stuff equipment from Fitness Gallery. The "lifetime warranty" isn't lifetime, and the Tuff Stuff isn't tuff. Buyer beware. * The max load I put on these cables is 180 lbs for back rows.
