I asked whether there were boots for kids, one waved her arm and said they're over there somewhere. I found only a handful of boots on the end cap of an aisle. I stated these aren't what we're looking for. Not one employee offered to help, they just continued their conversation. We left the store and I told them it would have been nice if just one of them had offered to help us. It's clear why the store was devoid of customers.

Workout clothes and gear such as weights and equipment. All the sports goods as the name suggests. The store was practically bursting with clothing and equipment. Aisles were clear and racks were organized but this store has a ton of merchandise. Maybe what threw me off was all the other stores unable to stock their shelves. Not the case here. Parents are visiting from Florida and my Dad was in need of more winter gear. We planned to hit a few stores but Big 5 was our first and only stop luckily. New boots, jacket, base layer, thick socks, and gloves. In and out in a flash too so huge props. Two mangers were working and three general employees. Seemed a bit much for a store of this size but maybe they were just beefed up on staff due to the holidays. Most everyone asked if we needed help with anything. Checkout was quick and easy. This is how shopping should be. Lot of other mini gifts or stocking stuffers too. Don't think this store or Big Five get hit up terribly bad for the holidays in general. Maybe we were lucky but I'd certainly stop in here for camping necessities in figure and skip some bigger store that tend to be crowded and picked over anyway. Told Gini Buckley that what I needed done (new base & Shed installed). The installer, Rickey Wilson (happens to be her brother) set up appt for the following Monday. He called me at 0700 hrs saying he was on his way, 2 hrs later he said my address was not pulling up. He had the wrong address for me. Once he got here, he said he didn't know it needed a new base so that would have to be done. He had an attitude like it was my fault. He came back an put down the shed floor an the sides of the shed. I could clearly see that a new base was not installed, they put new 2x4's on some of the sides and new plywood on top. The floor gives in when you walk on it. They didn't reinforce it. Then he tells me parts are missing and when I get them to call him. He would put me on the top of his list. That was a joke. He never had intentions of returning to finish this. When he was leaving, all the screws were lying on the ground with the manual. I told him these probably need to be moved because we were getting heavy storms that night. He just tossed them to the side with no care. we picked them up and put them under a covered bin and brought the manual inside. I got the parts in on a Friday and he said he would be there Monday. Sunday he cancelled because he had no helper. I asked if he would be here Tuesday, his response was that it depends on if he had a helper. Mind you, he told me that it would take him 45 minutes to finish it. I left messages with the company asking if they had any one else but no response. I emailed them in hopes of making contact with them, no response. I then got a text from Rickey say "Complaining to my sister will not get me over there faster". How professional is that? He told me he would come and finish it and with the date/time. I received a text saying it was his wife and he was in the ER. Oddly he had told me he was in the middle of getting a divorce. There has been several other times he just didn't show up with no notification. I am not going through everything on here verbatim because I am taking them to civil court. With all the pictures of the shed hanging, videos, text messages and recorded calls, there's no way I can lose. All I asked for in the beginning was half of what I paid him, now I've lost work taking off to be here for him, shed is probably too far damaged and I have to pay another person that knows how to do this correctly to put it up. I truly believe they are scamming people, no company would run like this very long. Do not trust them to put up ANYTHING! They will take your money and then not finish. I never pay anyone in full but it looked like he was nearly finished. When we started checking it out more closely, we found that he had skipped steps in the installation. The front roof panels were not lining up. He also did not put any weatherstipping bands on the 2 roof windows and 2 front windows.We had to unscrew the all of them an put that in them. The windows on the roof were also put on the panel from the wrong side. Thank God we caught this, it would have leaked for sure! The company didn't care if my shed was damaged. I informed them the front panel with the doors was barely hanging by ONE screw and it's storm season. The bracket that was holding it ended up bending. I also informed them that all of our stuff that was in the old shed is sitting outside covered with a tarp. It was only going to be out overnight. They didn't care. Rickey will get upset if you complain to his sister and will tell you that he is awesome at what he does and has been doing this for x amount of years without complaints, don't believe him. Save yourself a lot of frustration and money and never use this company! Time for court! If there was a 0 star rating, they would get it. They also go by Professional Assemblers. I was scammed for $570 for this job. I lost work for taking off for him not to show and whatever it will cost to have most of it disassembled and put up....correctly. ***UPDATE*** They have yet to resolve this issue. The partial shed had to be taken down due to it being damage in the initial install. Come to find out, once we could see the base they made, it was not level and no support under it. My old rotted base was still there, they just put a new boards on 2 sides and thin plywood on top. Nothing in the middle. It would give in when it was walked on. That's why the shed wouldn't fit together since it was so unlevel. The shed was $1,400 down the drain an this company doesn't care. I am going after them in court since they didn't care to take my money and not remedy this issue. Un-freaking believable! They are thieves!

Currently, the boom in bike sales and repair due to the pandemic has overwhelmed every shop, including them. But understand that their current operating procedure is yet another reflection of their dedication to each and every customer, rather than trying to cash in quick. I was blessed enough with timing to visit before the bike craze hit. Purchased bikes for my whole family (4) and will be a customer for life. I may have had equal experiences with other businesses, but never better. Every employee (including the owner) is hard working, patient, knowledgeable and dedicated to you. If you want a relationship for all your cycling needs, make sure you email to set up an appointment. Go to Walmart or elsewhere if you just need parts (although in calmer times, get those here too.) I found out that this was their first day on the job. They stayed over an hour and the elliptical arm could not get back on. After a few calls and an email the same two returned to my house a week later. They again could not figure it out but assured me that their manager would come out or else they would call Nordictrack for it to get fixed. No call for a week, I've called, my husband has called and finally I sent an email through the service request form online. I just received an email at 930pm stated that because the elliptical arms were taken off prior to them coming (which obviously they knew before accepting the job) they will not fix it. I paid over $200 and now my elliptical doesn't work. No manager has ever taken the time to reach out, takes days to reply and they don't back their work at all. (After leaving this review the owner decided to belittle me on his Facebook calling me a liar and telling me to delete my "bullshit." None of this is a lie. The company has yet to be in contact with me. I doubt I'll ever receive a refund.) STAY AWAY

I think the owner of the company continuously changes company names to avoid the bad publicity from his old companies. If you search Buckman Fitness you'll see some reviews from what I assume is the previous company which are terrible. Short story, they never showed up for the scheduled install, I left numerous VM to talk to someone and never heard anything back. Finally got an email that basically said we're closed on Sunday, no shit, but you scheduled the installation that day and said the phone number (which was a pain to have them provide) would forward to whomever was on-call which did not happen. Not once did I get a call as a good business owner would have done to at least let me know, hey I screwed up and didn't get my guys out there.
