I bought several DSG ( their own private label products which are Amazing!) that had to be exchanged for different sizes. Help was friendly, efficient, and easy to navigate the process. I found some 2 x 1 running shorts that were on sale on line but not in the store...so check their website.

I came into Sportman's Warehouse to look for a new firearm. Despite multiple patrons at the gun counter, I was immediately helped. The employees were extremely knowledgeable about their inventory and the firearms they were selling. Later, when we were about to leave, my friend and I proceeded to buy a bag of hard candy. When we got to the cashier, he was swamped with other customers at the customer service counter. Instead of having us wait to process the transaction, he simply gave us the candy free of charge. The level of service here is unparalleled. The employees are attentive, knowledgeable, nice, and truly care about the customer. Sportsman's Warehouse in Sheridan has earned my business. I will be buying my future supplies and firearms from this specific Sportsman's Warehouse.

However, it's not a place I go to for advice or help with my questions. The staff doesn't always feel approachable or female-friendly, which can be disappointing, especially in a store trying to reach a diverse customer base. I did find a shirt to coordinate with next time I visit Lead Valley! That said, if you know what you're looking for, it's a decent spot to find what you need. But for a more welcoming experience, I'd suggest looking elsewhere if customer service is a priority.

This entire store is consignment sporting goods stuff. Tents, sleeping bags, fishing equipment, black powder, ammunition and clothes such as boots and jackets. The prices are considerably lower than buying new and the equipment was all in very reasonable shape. This place really is great to just browse. I found a few bags of 45 acp for dirt cheap. You will need to use street parking or a public parking lot such as I did. It's really not bad at all to park away from the location and get out for a nice walk to the store. You will pass other stores and businesses that perhaps catch your eye for shopping. After finishing up at Patagonia I went to Denver Market for an ice cold beverage. The store lay-out for Patagonia isn't bad. It's clean and organized. Staff aren't so helpful. There were two staff members at the front register. Why one of them couldn't be on the main floor helping customers is a mystery. When going to check out at the register one of them pretty much ignored me then caught herself moments later. Management: please improve customer relations. Don't make interactions so transactional. I walked away with what I wanted but probably should have just used another retailer or distributor to get it. I'm in no hurry to return to this location.
