Nice selection of clothes, but the staff here are so stuck up, and for what? Like I've been to so many Lululemon stores, and the staff are my favorite part.... but this store, the employees are the worst! Half of them stand around and chit chat with each other, while the other half are stuck doing double the work with clothes. Lululemon staff are supposed to be educators, yet they have never, yes NEVER, approached me and asked if I need anything, or talked to me about any of the clothes. (I go to this store 2-3 times a month, by the way) It's a bummer because I really do love Lululemon, and am very passionate about their brand, but the staff could not seem any less interested in it, and probably only work there for the discount. read more

So annoyed. Arrived to store at 6:50PM on Monday 8/25. Doors closed. Mall still open. Two employees at register. I try to open the door. Employee comes to door, "We closed early for a staff meeting. Registers are already closed." I looked on Yelp. Hours said they were open 'till 7PM that day. Terrible customer service. 1) Staff meeting could've been an email. Let's be real. 2) The mall closes at 8:00. It's reasonable for your employees to come for a staff meeting at 8:00PM instead of 7:00PM. 3) If yelp says you're open 'til 7, then be open 'til 7. read more

I was speaking to this nice girl who was helping me with pants and this guy who said his name was haimae proceeded to butt in and completely disregarded everything she was saying which was so unnecessary and rude. I just felt really awkward standing there when he was being so rude to his co workers. All the other people are so nice. Just an odd day at park meadows I guess read more

Zoey was super helpful during my visit. She took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process really easy. I appreciated how friendly and patient she was. It made for a great shopping experience, and I'll definitely be coming back read more

This greeter was the rudest Lulu employee I have EVER met. I understand that things are different now and there is a wait list but I don't think that excuses rude employees. Eye contact would have been great but I gave her the Beni fit of the doubt that she was helping associates on her phone...nope she was looking at Instagram read more

lululemon athletica - The rudest employee ever - Sports Wear Near Me - Lonetree, Colorado

The store layout is nice and "open", the decor minimal but uber cool (the teardrop at the front of the store was a fun touch) and the patterns on the athletic jackets are to die for. Seriously, I like lululemon's leggings and more so the colors of the tops. Good quality. I never was bothered once by a sales associate, so not sure if that is good, or if they were "typing" me. read more

Tell me why all the workers are super rude. They literally eye you down from head to toe. Just because I wasn't wearing a "lululemon outfit", I was treated different. The workers didn't help me at all. Everyone kept mugging me, some even followed me around the store. I will never be going back to that store, don't even think I will support lululemon from here and out. Very disappointed read more

I came here yesterday. I had browsed this store a few times but never really shopped or tried anything on since they moved from the Vistas (the outdoor part of the mall) to this location inside. I had found an item on the sale section of their website that intrigued me, though not in the right size. I happened to be in the area and wanted to see if they happened to have that size in the store. The employee I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though they ultimately didn't have the specific tank top I wanted, I tried on some other items from the sale rack and found an awesome pair of shorts for less than half of the original price. The customer service I received at this location was overall very pleasing, and I love the reusable bag that you get when you make a purchase. Yes, lulu is pricey, but their products are high-quality and last a long time. They are also the most fashionable workout clothes I have found. Their yoga mats are the best on the market too. I have been in some very sweaty yoga classes over the years, and when I'm using their mats, my hands and feet NEVER slip. I highly recommend lululemon. read more

I buy a coat online and after one week the coat goes on sale for $40 different I go to Parkmeadow to get my $40 the manager was so rude they did not give me the difference , I have to return the coat, the manager of Parkmeadow don't have no customer service , the was so rude to me read more

If you expect $120 for a pair of leggings then your return policy should reflect the confidence you have in your product. I received a gift from a barre studio that seemed perfect. After wearing them for a day they kept falling down. Obviously the wrong size, for the price an exchange should have been no problem. No satisfaction from this leggings wearing yogi. I absolutely will not be shopping with your company. read more

The lululemon in cherry creek is amazing and everyone is so nice and helpful but this location is the exact opposite. I have gotten leggings replaced in the past for something that wasn't a manufacturer defect, I got them snagged on a chair. So when I fell and ripped a new pair yesterday I thought they would be helpful again. The lady in the hat greeting people was so rude, I understand you can't always fix the problem but it would be nice if she cared. And then she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to buy a brand new pair at full price. $120 leggings are not something I can easily justify buying. Won't be shopping here for a while. I thought your customer service would be better for being such an expensive company.. This girl was burnt out and shouldn't be in customer service. read more

The customer service exceeded my expectations-we had a pair of leggings not very old with a small rip near a sem and the staff did not hesitate to help get us a new pair of leggings. I was so appreciative for the help that I ordered a second pair on the spot. i truly appreciate you standing behind your product, it is expensive, but worth every penny. I am a lululemon shopper for life. read more

Although I only came in to return something, I talked to one of the sales associates about an upcoming trip to Africa. I'm more of a Sierra Trading Post shopper than a Lulu shopper, but she was remarkably helpful and talked me through different options for sturdy but lightweight pants. I was skeptical about the price but ended up buying them. I think they will be perfect. Sarah Beth was incredibly kind and had a great sense of humor. I appreciated her help so much! read more

I get that due to COVID-19 there is a lot of restrictions and rules to follow to take extra precaution, but lululemon has completely gone overboard only letting in around 4 people and making you wait on a "virtual" waitlist which is ridiculous when there ends up being a 3 hour wait and no one ends up showing up and they still make you wait, it should be a line outside like any other place has been doing. The worker up front also told my sister and I it is a "security law" and we couldn't wait out by the front of the store. Rude and totally unorganized. read more

I buy a majority of mine and my boyfriend's active wear from LuLu and always really enjoy my shopping experience at the Cherry Creek and Boulder locations- the employees are always SO sweet and helpful! That is definitely not the case with this location. If you're going here do yourself a favor and have an exact product/perfect size in mind because NO ONE will help you and if you do manage to flag someone down they will most likely be fairly unfriendly and short with you. The only reason I'm giving this location an extra star is because of the size/large selection they carry. read more

I have shopped at lululemon for probably a decade, and I have never encountered such a disgruntled employee as Sara Beth at Lone Tree. My experience with Sara Beth was the worst experience I've ever had in-store. Usually the employees are KIND, HELPFUL, and CLEAN, like the store motto. However Sara Beth was dressed in all black with long black nails. Instead of cheerfully help with my return, Sara Beth made my experience really terrible and did her best to not help, though I was within the 30 day window so she HAD to. Lululemon has a standard, as does all customer service, and I was shocked with how poorly Sara Beth treated me for literally no reason. read more

Good luck getting through on the phone or via email, or if you do get through finally over the phone you'll just get hung up on :)

Lululemon has great products- but you can only shop there if you are a size 12 or smaller. They say they don't discriminate- but they do- you can only buy the larger sizes online- you won't find them in the store. read more

Clancy, Anna + Sammy (sorry if that isn't how you spell your names)...yall are gems + made my day thank you for being so helpful, kind and generous. Everyone I ran into in this store was super sweet and bubbly. My day was made after leaving their store. Their leggings are a worth while investment and always exceed my expectations. Thankful for the quality and the employees! read more

I stopped by Lululemon at Park Meadows yesterday and could see two customers in the store. The girl at the front said there was an hour wait but she would put me on her virtual list! I declined but wandered back an hour later and could see no one in the store, but she now said it would be a 45 minute wait. We all want to be safe with the virus going on, but this was ridiculous and several others there walked AWAY (you lost some potential great sales!) disgusted. I would never go back. Its already overpriced so if you can't get in and I guess its no loss. read more

I had no idea just how very lucky I was to be/feel involved in the Lululemon community in Tucson. The ladies there were SO beautifully involved and committed to community activities and every person who walked into their doors. I have been to this Park Meadows store several times, for purchases and alterations, and I have NEVER had even a lukewarm-ing experience. Being ignored, overlooked, and rudely spoken to has made this particular store the WORST of any one I've ever been in. I will never support this store ever again. I'd rather drive the extra 25 minutes to the Cherry Creek location, where they have always been warm and inviting. I've had 3 pieces altered there and they never called to inform me they were ready either time. So, professional follow-through is also lacking. Tsk-tsk. I have also been taking all of my out-of-state yogis/Crossfitters to the Cherry Creek one, and they've also had great experiences. I tried one last time tonight. Never again. Chances are gone. To you young, rude little girls and boys at Park Meadows- we have money and we will spend it...anywhere but here. read more

I'd rather shop at Lucy. The second my mother and I walked in, the staff were looking us up and down and were incredibly rude the entire time we went there. I do hot yoga and prana shatki yoga, so I honestly use these pants for what theyre worth. They pill and the fabric is see through, which the CEO claims is due to fat women wearing their pants. I weigh 130 and I lift weights, my mother is a body builder in her mid 50's and yet we weren't good enough to shop here. Last summer when we went in, my mom and I walked around the store glancing at different pants. One staff member went as far as to scoff at us and tell her co-worker 'Don't bother with them, they're not going to buy anything'. As if assuming by our appearance that we weren't. You're right. I'll buy my pants at Lucy or Prana from now on because their staff members don't treat me like scum because I'm not covered in 200 dollar neoprene and mesh. Get over yourselves, Lululemon. The only people I ever see wearing your clothes are overweight soccer moms. Next time a customer walks into your store, greet them and ask how you can help, not stick up your nose at them and make a snap judgement, assuming they're too poor to shop there. Absolutely horrifying service. read more

My rating for this store is based on my experiences in this particular store, not lululemon products, which are awesome. I love lululemon and would direct anyone to this store if they are looking for a specific product. If you are unfamiliar with the brand and looking for an "experience" as I would call it, I would recommend making the drive to Cherry Creek, where you have a much better chance of someone taking the time to help you with a marathon try-on session. I have to say that Timm S.'s comment that "this store seems to have a bit of a reputation...and not in a good way" does not surprise me. I am the duchess of the Cherry Creek Lulu store and know how well their educators (sales associates) treat their customers because I am in there so often. This store is the stellar opposite. The girls here seem to gather around the studio section table and chat instead of offering to help, or even just acknowledging your presence. I waited a while to write this review because I kept thinking I must have caught them on an off day--time and time again. I don't like writing less than flattering reviews, but I also don't want to see a brand hurt because someone thinks that the treatment they receive in this store is indicative of what they can expect from Lululemon as an entity. I sincerely hope there is some catalyst for change in this location in the near future. read more

I LOVE Lululemon. The clothes are comfy and stretchy. Perfect for working out, running or relaxing at home and watching a movie. Unfortunately this store seems to have a bit of a reputation ..... and not in a good way. They seem to have snotty attitudes and not very helpful. I have been in the store several times and have been treated the same each time. It is VERY unfortunate because I LOVE the clothes. I will be shopping elsewhere if attitudes aren't dropped. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service at this location. This was my first time ever in a lululemon store and Avery went above and beyond to help me find a pair of shorts that I loved. Especially since I had no idea on the length, sizing, etc. She was super helpful! Everyone else seemed very nice as well. read more

Most of the girls who work here are so snobby and rude, especially the fitting room ones (maybe the put the mean ones in the back of the store). There are definitely some that are nice and helpful, but the majority are not. Every time I come in here and I try something on, I have to go and grab other sizes/colors rather than asking an employee because they are too busy socializing with fellow employees. They are usually knowledgeable but don't really help out. I love the clothes but not really the customer service. read more

If only I could give them a zero, I would be happy. As for customer service, there is none,. I ordered these overpriced shorts for my granddaughter (and I never will again) and here is where the fun starts. One of the genius's who packages the merchandise sent my order to Texas and I live in New Jersey and I received her order. We laughed on the phone when I contacted her to inform her that I had the items she ordered for her daughter and she had mine. Since the famous " because of Covid" is the new excuse for everything, no one answers the phone or email. So, I spent my own money to send the lady in TX her order and had the nerve to ask them to refund the shipping cost to me. Got a big fat nothing form my trouble. Sorry, but your merchandise is not worth it. read more

I'm an avid yogi and love LuLu products, never had any problems until my husband gave me "The Mat" as a gift. He purchased the last mat LuLu had in stock, which unfortunately was light pink, not wanting to hurt his feelings I made the mistake of not exchanging it right away for a darker color. After two uses in noticed slight stains from were my forehead rested on the mat during child pose and nothing gets it out. The response from the employees when asking them what could be done to help with the issue was rude and unhelpful. The sales reps response was "maybe you should wash your hands", huh? Followed by "with our mats, they actually preform better once they get dirty". Great products in general but poor and snotty customer service. They have lost a loyal consumer, good thing Lucy is across the way. read more

First of all you pay over $120 for a pair of pants if they get a snag or a whole the store goes ballistic and blames your laundry technique -your dryer -the fact that you didn't wash it alone- and then says "our clothes don't do that" when you buy Nike Nike never falls apart- last for years -and you never have to return them. And may I say much cheaper when you buy at other stores especially TJ Maxx who has a great assortment! Won't be buying much LuLu stuff in the future- not with that attitude read more

Stopped by to pick up an xmas gift for the gf. Entire store was full of helpful, knowledgeable, friendly people. The staff made purchasing a pair of leggings very simple for someone who knows nothing about leggings. read more

I came here for the first time expecting to be blown away because lululemon is the bomb but boy was I wrong. Which is a shame because it's a beautiful store. I understand it's busy but a simple hello would be nice. Not one person was helpful and the woman at the register was rude. To the point where I almost walked out mid transaction the only reason I didn't was because we only went to that mall for lulu. I will never step foot into that location again. read more

Pants. Long, comfy pants. Pants for yoga or, if you put them with a little bit of a nicer top/sweater/jacket, you can even get away with wearing them to work. It's true! Comfy pants at work. And long pants. Long enough for tall, tall women. Good stuff! Oh, and they do some cute tops and jackets as well. And their men's line has anti-bacterial properties built into the fabric. What man doesn't need anti-bacterial properties?? Good, good stuff. read more

Good products but men's sizing is highly variable. The staff are kinda clueless - maybe it is just that they are overworked? I tried to return some pants and it took them ages to round up enough cash to pay me back. Store is often too crowded to try on clothes. Having some pants altered right now (length) and they don't answer the phone so I don't know if they are ready. Not looking forward to fighting the crowds to pick them up. I feel like this is a business that charges a premium price but doesn't provide premium service. read more

Not sure why there are bad reviews for this location but I definitely did not feel that when I visited. The team members were very helpful, welcoming but not pushy. Of course I wanted to buy the whole store but had to take control. read more

Love this store. Pants are SO worth the price!! Reasons I love the store: - The sales associates are divine. They are super helpful, excessively peppy, and compliment your ass. - So much color. - Free yoga! - The hem all of their pants for free! Reasons I love the pants: - Did I mention something about asses before? Oh yeah, they make yours look good! - The fabric is so soft and divine. - The "Wunder Under" (my favorite kind) have a little credit card/cell phone pocket. - I wear them almost everyday. I rarely want to spend that much money on a pair of pants, but they can be dressed up/dressed down. Just trust me on this. read more

I'll have to admit before walking in I had the notion that there would be snotty sales girls, outrageous prices for basic workout gear and most likely would walk out empty handed - but I had to understand what all the hype was. And SO glad I went in - was greeted promptly by everyone and shown what lulu gear I'd be interested in based on my workout style. I browsed a little on my own and then some very personable and friendly sales girls showed me the collections and advised me lulu's sizes ran small. Got a fitting room started right away and they happily switched out sizes. I never felt pressured to buy anything the whole time but ended up finding some cute bras which the sales girl ended up finding me one on sale! Soo ended up paying 62.00 for 2 lulu sports bras score! read more

I called the company today to assist with an order. I began this process at 12 o'clock. I called and told that hold times were long and I should expect a 35 minute wait time. I waited listening to the same music and being told an educator would be with me shortly. After an hour and 10 minutes I was forced to hang up for a work call. I immediately called back and was told the wait time was 15 minutes. I waited an hour and 15 minutes before being hung up on. In the mean time I also sent a text message at 2:50. I did not receive a response until 5:26. I also tried to contact help via their chat service. No one ever responded. It's now 5:36 and I still have not heard from an "educator" other than to be hung up on. I'm incredibly frustrated that I have wasted over 5 and a half hours over three separate platforms to be ignored. I have never in my life experienced such horrendous customer service! I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

I understand that due to Covid-19 certain regulations have to be put in place at stores but there is no reason to be blatantly rude and talk to me the way the worker at the front did for not knowing about their new wait room policy. It's always a pleasure shopping at Lululemon! Good quality products, excellent customer service and the store is pretty good looking too!

I have tried for the past month to get into lululemon and it never happens. They were closed for 2 weeks renovating and now they have over an hour wait to get in.
