So annoyed. Arrived to store at 6:50PM on Monday 8/25. Doors closed. Mall still open. Two employees at register. I try to open the door. Employee comes to door, "We closed early for a staff meeting. Registers are already closed." I looked on Yelp. Hours said they were open 'till 7PM that day. Terrible customer service. 1) Staff meeting could've been an email. I came here yesterday. I had browsed this store a few times but never really shopped or tried anything on since they moved from the Vistas (the outdoor part of the mall) to this location inside. I had found an item on the sale section of their website that intrigued me, though not in the right size. I happened to be in the area and wanted to see if they happened to have that size in the store. The employee I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though they ultimately didn't have the specific tank top I wanted, I tried on some other items from the sale rack and found an awesome pair of shorts for less than half of the original price. The customer service I received at this location was overall very pleasing, and I love the reusable bag that you get when you make a purchase. Yes, lulu is pricey, but their products are high-quality and last a long time. They are also the most fashionable workout clothes I have found. Their yoga mats are the best on the market too. I have been in some very sweaty yoga classes over the years, and when I'm using their mats, my hands and feet NEVER slip. I highly recommend lululemon. read more

Although I only came in to return something, I talked to one of the sales associates about an upcoming trip to Africa. The lululemon in cherry creek is amazing and everyone is so nice and helpful but this location is the exact opposite. I have gotten leggings replaced in the past for something that wasn't a manufacturer defect, I got them snagged on a chair. So when I fell and ripped a new pair yesterday I thought they would be helpful again. The lady in the hat greeting people was so rude, I understand you can't always fix the problem but it would be nice if she cared. I get that due to COVID-19 there is a lot of restrictions and rules to follow to take extra precaution, but lululemon has completely gone overboard only letting in around 4 people and making you wait on a "virtual" waitlist which is ridiculous when there ends up being a 3 hour wait and no one ends up showing up and they still make you wait, it should be a line outside like any other place has been doing. I have shopped at lululemon for probably a decade, and I have never encountered such a disgruntled employee as Sara Beth at Lone Tree. My experience with Sara Beth was the worst experience I've ever had in-store. Usually the employees are KIND, HELPFUL, and CLEAN, like the store motto. However Sara Beth was dressed in all black with long black nails. Instead of cheerfully help with my return, Sara Beth made my experience really terrible and did her best to not help, though I was within the 30 day window so she HAD to. I buy a majority of mine and my boyfriend's active wear from LuLu and always really enjoy my shopping experience at the Cherry Creek and Boulder locations- the employees are always SO sweet and helpful! That is definitely not the case with this location. If you're going here do yourself a favor and have an exact product/perfect size in mind because NO ONE will help you and if you do manage to flag someone down they will most likely be fairly unfriendly and short with you. The only reason I'm giving this location an extra star is because of the size/large selection they carry. read more

I stopped by Lululemon at Park Meadows yesterday and could see two customers in the store. The girl at the front said there was an hour wait but she would put me on her virtual list! I declined but wandered back an hour later and could see no one in the store, but she now said it would be a 45 minute wait. We all want to be safe with the virus going on, but this was ridiculous and several others there walked AWAY (you lost some potential great sales!) disgusted. I would never go back. The ladies there were SO beautifully involved and committed to community activities and every person who walked into their doors. I have been to this Park Meadows store several times, for purchases and alterations, and I have NEVER had even a lukewarm-ing experience. Being ignored, overlooked, and rudely spoken to has made this particular store the WORST of any one I've ever been in. I will never support this store ever again. I'd rather drive the extra 25 minutes to the Cherry Creek location, where they have always been warm and inviting. I've had 3 pieces altered there and they never called to inform me they were ready either time. So, professional follow-through is also lacking. Tsk-tsk. I have also been taking all of my out-of-state yogis/Crossfitters to the Cherry Creek one, and they've also had great experiences. I tried one last time tonight. Never again. Chances are gone. I'd rather shop at Lucy. The second my mother and I walked in, the staff were looking us up and down and were incredibly rude the entire time we went there. I do hot yoga and prana shatki yoga, so I honestly use these pants for what theyre worth. They pill and the fabric is see through, which the CEO claims is due to fat women wearing their pants. I weigh 130 and I lift weights, my mother is a body builder in her mid 50's and yet we weren't good enough to shop here. Last summer when we went in, my mom and I walked around the store glancing at different pants. One staff member went as far as to scoff at us and tell her co-worker 'Don't bother with them, they're not going to buy anything'. As if assuming by our appearance that we weren't. You're right. I'll buy my pants at Lucy or Prana from now on because their staff members don't treat me like scum because I'm not covered in 200 dollar neoprene and mesh. Get over yourselves, Lululemon. The only people I ever see wearing your clothes are overweight soccer moms. Next time a customer walks into your store, greet them and ask how you can help, not stick up your nose at them and make a snap judgement, assuming they're too poor to shop there. My rating for this store is based on my experiences in this particular store, not lululemon products, which are awesome. I love lululemon and would direct anyone to this store if they are looking for a specific product. If you are unfamiliar with the brand and looking for an "experience" as I would call it, I would recommend making the drive to Cherry Creek, where you have a much better chance of someone taking the time to help you with a marathon try-on session. I have to say that Timm S.'s comment that "this store seems to have a bit of a reputation...and not in a good way" does not surprise me. I am the duchess of the Cherry Creek Lulu store and know how well their educators (sales associates) treat their customers because I am in there so often. This store is the stellar opposite. The girls here seem to gather around the studio section table and chat instead of offering to help, or even just acknowledging your presence. I waited a while to write this review because I kept thinking I must have caught them on an off day--time and time again. I don't like writing less than flattering reviews, but I also don't want to see a brand hurt because someone thinks that the treatment they receive in this store is indicative of what they can expect from Lululemon as an entity. First of all you pay over $120 for a pair of pants if they get a snag or a whole the store goes ballistic and blames your laundry technique -your dryer -the fact that you didn't wash it alone- and then says "our clothes don't do that" when you buy Nike Nike never falls apart- last for years -and you never have to return them. And may I say much cheaper when you buy at other stores especially TJ Maxx who has a great assortment! Won't be buying much LuLu stuff in the future- not with that attitude read more

Most of the girls who work here are so snobby and rude, especially the fitting room ones (maybe the put the mean ones in the back of the store). There are definitely some that are nice and helpful, but the majority are not. Every time I come in here and I try something on, I have to go and grab other sizes/colors rather than asking an employee because they are too busy socializing with fellow employees. I'm an avid yogi and love LuLu products, never had any problems until my husband gave me "The Mat" as a gift. He purchased the last mat LuLu had in stock, which unfortunately was light pink, not wanting to hurt his feelings I made the mistake of not exchanging it right away for a darker color. After two uses in noticed slight stains from were my forehead rested on the mat during child pose and nothing gets it out. The response from the employees when asking them what could be done to help with the issue was rude and unhelpful. The sales reps response was "maybe you should wash your hands", huh? Followed by "with our mats, they actually preform better once they get dirty". Great products in general but poor and snotty customer service. They have lost a loyal consumer, good thing Lucy is across the way. read more

Pants. Long, comfy pants. Pants for yoga or, if you put them with a little bit of a nicer top/sweater/jacket, you can even get away with wearing them to work. It's true! Comfy pants at work. And long pants. Long enough for tall, tall women. Good stuff! Oh, and they do some cute tops and jackets as well. And their men's line has anti-bacterial properties built into the fabric. I tried to return some pants and it took them ages to round up enough cash to pay me back. Store is often too crowded to try on clothes. Having some pants altered right now (length) and they don't answer the phone so I don't know if they are ready. Not looking forward to fighting the crowds to pick them up. They are super helpful, excessively peppy, and compliment your ass. - So much color. - Free yoga! - The hem all of their pants for free! I'll have to admit before walking in I had the notion that there would be snotty sales girls, outrageous prices for basic workout gear and most likely would walk out empty handed - but I had to understand what all the hype was. And SO glad I went in - was greeted promptly by everyone and shown what lulu gear I'd be interested in based on my workout style. I browsed a little on my own and then some very personable and friendly sales girls showed me the collections and advised me lulu's sizes ran small. Got a fitting room started right away and they happily switched out sizes. I never felt pressured to buy anything the whole time but ended up finding some cute bras which the sales girl ended up finding me one on sale! I called the company today to assist with an order. I began this process at 12 o'clock. I called and told that hold times were long and I should expect a 35 minute wait time. I waited listening to the same music and being told an educator would be with me shortly. After an hour and 10 minutes I was forced to hang up for a work call. I immediately called back and was told the wait time was 15 minutes. I waited an hour and 15 minutes before being hung up on. In the mean time I also sent a text message at 2:50. I did not receive a response until 5:26. I also tried to contact help via their chat service. No one ever responded. It's now 5:36 and I still have not heard from an "educator" other than to be hung up on. I'm incredibly frustrated that I have wasted over 5 and a half hours over three separate platforms to be ignored. I have never in my life experienced such horrendous customer service! I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

I understand that due to Covid-19 certain regulations have to be put in place at stores but there is no reason to be blatantly rude and talk to me the way the worker at the front did for not knowing about their new wait room policy.
