I've had it with Dickey's BBQ, it's just not a place to go for value. The prices have gone way up, the portions have gone way down. The last 2 times I've ordered takeout I got home to find the $10 sandwiches to have about half the meat they used to. A very tiny side is $3.50 or $3.99. When I eat inside, the ice cream machine is always broken... every .... single ... time. The app is embarrassingly bad. I always have fits with it. Can't believe anyone said "Yes, this is the app we want our customers to use." There used to be deals on the app that would make their meals more affordable, but now they only seem to be for the less popular selections. Today, after sending in the order on my app I went to the drive thru to pick it up. There were 3 cars in front of me. It took almost 20 minutes to get to the window. People say this is just average barbecue. I beg to differ. I will offer that this is good barbecue with a great selection of sides for an amazing price. Not only was she knowledgeable but she was also very personable and attentive. My fiancée and I noticed her treating all her customers in the same fashion, which was all the more impressive considering that the place was pretty busy and she was the only person running the bar.
