    I've been sleeping on Dick's! Wait, that doesn't sound right. I am constantly struggling to find a store that has a decent selection of athletic shoes and I was SHOCKED when I walked in to see the shoe selection here at the Northridge location. Woweee! I was able to try on any style of any brand I was interested in. Inventory was an issue in my size. I was a little annoyed that the one pair I came into the store for listed as being in stock at the store and when I got there, they didn't have them. Nevertheless, I got to try on so many styles in one place and I was pumped about that. From Nike, to New Balance, to Vans, Birkenstocks and more! Shoes are also organized by type, so running, athletic style, etc. There is also a big selection of socks right in the shoe department for convenience. I had to wait a while before someone was able to help me in the shoe department, but once someone came, they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the different styles of shoes they had. I didn't have to wait very long at all for them to bring my shoes out to try. Also shout out to the team here who very calmly and gracefully handled someone shoplifting right in front of my eyes. They seem to have great communication and didn't cause a panic by any means. Next time I am looking for a new pair of kicks, Dick's will be my first stop!

    I'm not surprised your store has a 3.5/5 rating. If I could give 0 stars, that would make more sense. I want to make it clear that this incident has already been reported to corporate. Manager: Martin A. Cashier: Debi Date of Incident: 3/31/2025 Time: 10:30 AM With baseball season approaching for my kids, we bought some baseball gear two weeks ago, including cleats, pants, and a backpack, totaling around $256 (we have receipts). This morning, around 10:30 AM, my wife went to the store to exchange a pair of pants. For some reason, one pair wasn't listed on the receipt, which was clearly a mistake on the cashier's part for not ringing it up. When the cashier pointed this out, she spoke in a tone that seemed to suggest my wife had stolen the item. She raised her voice, making sure other customers could hear, which was extremely embarrassing, especially since my wife was with our 9-year-old son. Debi even offered to review the store's CCTV footage, which my wife agreed to. However, instead of following a simple "no receipt" exchange policy (which only requires a driver's license), the cashier chose to publicly embarrass my wife. My wife also spoke to the manager, Martin A., who failed to help resolve or de-escalate the situation. If my wife were white, I'm confident this wouldn't have happened, and she would have been able to exchange the pants without any issues. Eventually, my wife insisted on seeing the CCTV footage immediately, but both Debi and Martin refused, saying they had "more important" things to do. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I've filed a formal complaint with your corporate office.

    My home and business is gone.     So shame on you both.  May the lord put peace upon your harts.

    To Debi and Felicia. I am a fire victim who was trying to return some gifts that don't fit my paperwork burned down. With everything I owned. And they reused to help me get store credit. A hoodie that was $150 only want to give me 35. And a belt that was $50 was giving me $30 which I was ok with but refused with an attitude. Not sure why and what reason. Telling me I needed an identification and that's the only way she can do it, which is untrue because I did trade back something else and they override it, but Felicia just didn't wanna do it. That's the problem with people like her. Two higher management you really need to do something with a person like that she does not need to be in charge.btw Debi I was not lying that I lost my home in the fire. Your response was you went through it to. I'm sure you did not lose your home. I hope you did not because it's the worst filling in the world this was devastating I don't wish this upon anyone. It's a nightmare. You saying that you lost your home going through it as well. With no remorse to a fire victim a reel one. So sad that you responded that way.

He started closing the store early and shut down the register before the doors are closed. This is a major mistake in business because you lose out on potential $400 sales like mine. 2. Always serve the customer. It was very clear that it wasn't that they couldn't take the order that he was lazy and wanted to go home. That's fine, but this is why you're stuck doing this the rest of your life instead of finding a road to success. I've worked with the Dodgers as a vendor for many years and I'm quite certain they wouldn't be pleased by this

    I love this store!…read more Niky's has a great selection for soccer fans in Los Angeles, whether you're a Galaxy fan (or that other team) or looking for gear for the World Cup. As a paying customer and parent purchasing expensive sports gear for my child, this feels incredibly dishonest and disrespectful. Companies make mistakes -- that happens. But refusing to take accountability, refusing to address obvious product inconsistencies, and leaving customers stuck with unusable merchandise is unacceptable. I will absolutely never order from Niky's Sports again, and I strongly encourage other parents and teams to think twice before spending their hard-earned money here. Terrible quality, terrible customer service, and an overall terrible experience.

    My sons got some vouchers for free baseball cards so we checked out this store as it was our…read moreneighborhood card shop. From the second we walked in, I was really surprised as how much they had inventory wise. They definitely had a little something for everyone. From jerseys to artwork to cards of all interests. They've got you covered. I haven't collected cards since maybe the early 90s so I don't know if the prices are good, but they seemed like they were on par with what you would be paying these days. Staff was...ok. It took awhile for one of the employees to acknowledge my sons who were patiently waiting to be helped. Instead they were focused on a group of of about 3 other people just chatting away about something or another. When they finally did address us, they seemed a bit confused by the vouchers, but eventually went in the back and brought out some 'pull night' packs for baseball and a few extra NBA cards for good measure. I appreciated that they gave out a little extra to some very appreciative kids. Parking is really the only major drawback. It's a small lot and there's only really one in and out. Be prepared to either wait a bit for a spot or finding street parking and walking.

Very unprofessional, they over charge yet claim it's 'taxes'. They openly criticize customers as soon as they leave the door, but have no guts to say anything when the customer is inside the store. Not real men, just kids running a shop and the owner is no better. He made comments about me as I left but because of his ripe age I'll reserve my comments. That man needs to take care of his health, walks a little funny.
