This is the best bang for your buck healthy bowl in Miami, period. They are quick, friendly, fresh, and good on your wallet. The staff are also attractive, an added bonus. Dine in or get takeout. The location is clean and there is always ample parking. Get all three sauces and try the mango sauce--yum! read more

First time trying this place. Walked in and the first thing I noticed was the smell of burned chicken. I was starving and the menu looked pretty straight forward (healthy) so decided to give it a try. I asked for sauces on the side, since most places pack on so much sauce, that though you are eating a healthy meal, you end up consuming more calories, than when eating a burger. The sauces tasted pretty good, basically a mixture of what you probably have tried at a chicken kitchen or chicken grill. I thought visually the plate looked fantastic, they really do a great job at that. However, I can't say that the taste/size was any better than what I would have received at a more affordable location (chicken kitchen is my usual spot), it pretty much is the same thing, just different placing of items on the bowl (this location makes it look theatrical). I really did enjoy the food, and the smoothie was pretty good. I like that there are healthier options in this area, so probably would be back if in the area, but definitely keeping in mind, that I am to pay $3-$4 for a more "visual" plate. read more

I love this place! Get the forbidden rice with your bowl. I've never tasted anything like it. And getting all 3 sauces is a must!! I'm there at least twice a week. read more

So I stopped in trick up a bowl for lunch and they have a nice selection of proteins. Then your rice also nice selection, beans and your other toppings . The bowl is a nice portion. The bowl came out with Tax to $10.45 I was to suppose to get two sauces with my meal but instead I got one as suppose to carrots too and my bowl had none? So my first impression wasn't great but what I did get like the grilled chicken that was flavorful, the veggies were fresh , the brown a nice texture and taste of the one sauce I got as a bit bland. I guess I was hoping the sauce would have had more flavor. Overall I still enjoyed my salad bowl. read more

What a great experience!!! These people are top notch. The place was clean, the people are super nice and attentive and the food is fresh, healthy and delicious. It was my first time and they took the time to explain everything to my mom and I, even though it's a very simple process. I much rather see these small businesses succeed than the big chains like Chipotle!!! Will definetly be going back! read more

So happy this place opened!Other than 3 chefs there's no other healthy options to choose from in this area! If you're not into healthy eating, it's still a great spot! The food is fresh, filling, tasty, cooked when ordered, prepped to your liking and ready in minutes! Even the pickiest of eaters can enjoy the food. Went with a few co-workers during break and we are definitely coming. read more

Diced seems to be one of the few healthy alternatives in the area. Since my office is somewhat nearby I make the trip to Diced at least once a week and thankfully I always tend to make it right before the lunch rush. I was really impressed with the concept and the choices they have. I always opt for the brown rice chicken bowl with red beans. The only complain I have from that dish is that the beans are usually missing some flavor but everything else is great. The staff is very helpful and courteous with a smile every time I've gone. The place is small and it has limited seating. There are some seats outside but with Florida's unpredictable weather that can only sometimes be an option. Ahhh and you cant forget their dummy that they usually dress up as Trump or any other presidential candidate, I'll continue to come here for lunch. read more

Thank you yelp for finding this hidden gem for me! I work in the area and besides three chefs (love that place) and cafe 1909 (which isn't the same since they relocated) there's not many healthy options for lunch. So when I found this place on yelp I was definitely excited to check it out. The place itself is very small n clean set up well with only few seats inside and a couple small tables outside. The employees are very friendly and accommodating calling you by your first name and making sure your satisfied with everything u ordered which I absolutely loved. The manager (well I think he was lol) was super nice and made sure I loved everything. He told me they only have been opened for 6 weeks. Now the food....one word DELICIOUS!! I ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice. It's made to order so no old chicken flavor here, the brown rice was so tasty and I added lettuce spinach cheese black Beans and of course the sauces!!! I read every review on this place and everyone had something to say about the sauces and I know why! So good! This place is great def will be coming back soon...maybe even tmrw hahaha Go try it now! read more

Thank you Yelp for allowing me to discover another great place! This new healthy place is in a small plaza a little hidden! Being my first time, I walked into this empty place and the gentleman (I believe he was the owner) asked me if it was my first time and went ahead and explained to me the menu. I was curious on how they prepared their quinoa so they gave me a little to sample and wow just the quinoa by itself was delicious! I went ahead and ordered a steak bowl with quinoa, spinach, lettuce, cucumber, cilantro sauce, and sriracha to give it a little kick. After paying, I decided to add avocado slices also and paid the lady $1.00 for the addition. Upon arriving to my destination, I noticed they had forgotten the avocados. I called back and Natasha kindly apologized and told me that next time I go, they would give me avocado free of charge. I strongly believe in having the appropriate people represent your company. I've gone to "healthy" restaurants/juice bars and the people behind the counter are overweight. It's like going to a hair stylist with a horrible hair-do! Everyone at DICED were in great shape and you could tell they are healthy people so it made the place trustworthy. Not only that, but their containers are also green-friendly so that's a plus! I am definitely coming back here since the ingredients were very fresh and had great flavor! Love the cilantro sauce also, kinda reminds me of the one from pollo tropical lol. Instead of going to chipotle I'm going to come here only cuz of the quinoa option. Oooo and if you input your phone number, you get $10 off after your 10th purchase!! read more

Finally decided to get something healthy while visting Miami and this didn't hit my 5 star expectations. The pictures look great and reviews are good but my tastes buds ain't feel it..! I wish I could give it 3 and a half mainly because of the smoothie. Yep smoothies are good good!! I mean good GOOD lol. I got the chicken bowl with mad veggies. Basically all the veggies. Chicken wasn't as seasoned as I would like and over all flavor I just didn't care for. The total came to about $28 for smoothie and two bowls with added avocado( avocado is always extra $). I will say it's one of the healthier options tho. Try it for yourself. read more

We've been customers since we moved to the area in 2017 and we are always pleased with our food. However, this last year we have noticed a change in their quality of beef and chicken. Hopefully, this changes back! read more

Great food and friendly staff. I pick up diced whenever I'm in this neighborhood. Healthy alternative to some of the options around here.

Holy cannoli this place is amazing! After a workout at the gym I was looking for a food place that would be quick, healthy, and delicious. Diced delivered on all three! Being my first time here I noticed how great the decor of this place is right off the bat. Very clean and modern with a great outdoor patio area. When I walked in, the girl at the register asked me if it was my first time there and walked me through the menu/ordering options. I was torn between the bowl and the wrap, but she suggested the wrap. Great suggestion! I ended up with a spinach wrap with chicken, cheddar cheese, quinoa, cucumbers, carrots, lettuce, and a mix of all the sauces (another great suggestion by the staff). My guy wanted a strawberry banana smoothie, but a gentleman (he appeared to be the owner) explained he didn't have any decent strawberries and he ended up getting a mango banana smoothie that was delicious. This place has all of the elements I look for in a healthy restaurant: friendly/knowledgeable staff, great ingredients, and a well put together business model. I'm so glad I found this gem. I will definitely be back! read more

So... I ordered the salad using Uber eats. I added all the toppings and the sauce. Quinoa for the base. It arrived quickly and the driver was pleasant. I tipped him right away and put it on the counter for my husband to eat. My husband arrived an hour later. He opened up the container and found a hair. One dark straight hair. It wasn't long, but stuck out under the sauce. I removed it and didn't tell him because he's like me. We won't eat it. It's gross.. Please use caps, check your food before sending it out. Itq disturbing to find. Update: someone reached put to me minutes after I posted my review. They have great customer service. read more

Diced is a great little spot to order food to go. I visited the location in coral way the store was very small to enjoy your lunch in peace. However the food is delicious! Diced is AWESOME!! The food is so fresh and delicious. I've been coming here for a while and will continue for some time to come.

Whoa! After coming here for lunch and thinking Diced was good but not necessarily fantastic or extraordinary, I logged on to Yelp to review it, only to find that this restaurant has an overall rating of 4.5 stars!?!? In reading the more spirited reviews, it appears people are thrilled that this area of South Miami finally has a healthier restaurant option, or that this general area finally has a decent non-Latin food option, etc. but those raves and high marks would be given to ANY restaurant filling that void. Diced just happened to be the first (local chain) restaurant to do it. For me, Diced is similar to a handful of other "fast casual" eateries that offer wraps or salads...Moe's, Lime, Chipotle, etc. You look at the menu and pick a protein, tell them if you want a wrap, bowl or salad, choose a style of rice, beans, cheese, and one or more vegetables and sauces that you can have drizzled onto your food or served on the side. IMO Diced isn't cheap, especially for lunch. A wrap, bowl or salad made with beef, for instance, is nearly $9.50 before tax. That doesn't include any sides or a drink (at Moe's or Lime, you get complimentary chips and the salsa bar with the purchase of a wrap/burrito) and Diced charges extra for some of the sauces, veggies and rice that you can have on your food. My steak wrap was good, but not memorable enough that I'd rush back here to have another. Perhaps if I lived in this area and it was indeed the only decent restaurant option, as many of the reviewers who've rated it highly have commented, that may be different. When you arrive here, you go to the front register and order, and your food is handed to you at that same counter once it's prepared by the team working in the adjacent food prep area. There's stool seating at the front counter and along a rail that faces the front windows, and you'll find high tops and tables for two, but if you come here as a group, there's only 1 table that seats more than 2 people and it's outside. read more

Absolutely love this place! Every time I go it gets better and better. Haven't had the steak yet (I heard the tuna is from a can), but the chicken is delicious! Great food, great service and awesome staff! If you are into salad bowls this is a must! Locally sourced food at its best. Do try the spinach chips with amazing pico de gallo. My wife had the chicken and I had the steak. Try it with avocado and also go a bit wild and try all the sauces. The best way to enjoy this food is on an empty stomach as they give you a whole lot. I liked this place so much the first time I visited that I came back two days later for another taste! Parking: in a lot next to the restaurant. Most of the spots say "for deliveries only" but I think it's safe to park there - and also free and convenient. The interior of the restaurant is clean with a ton of natural light and although the place is small, it didn't feel cramped on either of my visits. The first thing I tried was a salad - I chose my base, my protein (chicken), my vegetable toppings, and my sauces. I had the spicy guava and garlic pesto sauce, and was a little worried at first that this was going to be a strange combo, but they tasted DELICIOUS together. The whole salad was made of great tasting ingredients, tender and flavorful chicken, and the sauces just made the salad that much better (and probably that much less healthy). So, since I loved my salad I had to come back a few days later and have more. The second time, I had a quinoa bowl with the same toppings. I have to say I was disappointed. The quinoa was so salty it was almost inedible. I ate around it but was disappointed by the lack of fresh green veggies in the bowl (since it wasn't technically a salad). The sauces still tasted great but overall the bowl didn't work for me. Moral of the story: I will definitely be back and highly recommend you try this place, but I'm sticking to my chicken + salad combo. read more

This place is phenomenal! I love the fact that they did not serve pork and their beans are vegetarian. It is tough finding a decent restaurant in Miami that serves no pork of any kind. Chicken is perfect. I am VERY picky with chicken.. I can usually tell right off the bat if a chicken will be rubbery or lack flavor. I ordered a brown rice bowl with black beans and chicken. I had it topped with all the fresh veggies and toppings they had. The dressings were to die for! I was so tempted to order a second bowl but I'm trying to limit how much eat.. LOL The owner is a sweetheart. Immediately welcomed us to his restaurant and answered any questions I had. I am definitely recommending this place to all my family members and friends. The only downside is that the restaurant is tiny and I felt crammed. I wish they can open another location further north. :-) read more

Okay so getting here is like hell. I almost killed a Jay walking man taking grocery bags across the street. The turn was horrendous to get in lol, traffic, don't get me started! Location could be better. When I walked in the cashier was dry and interrupted me a few times. Typical Miami customer service. Was not enthusiastic at all. The food on the other hand was delish. Amazingly friendly staff. They were so attentive and truly nice. I would recommend this place everyone

My girlfriend found this little place while searching for a healthy alternative to Moes or Chipotle. Their ingredients are fresh and simple. It's similar to the places mentioned above but without the assembly line feature. It's an open kitchen set up so you can see how they make your wrap, salad or bowl. The service was extremely friendly and they were nice enough to take the food to the tables outside so we wouldn't have to get up. There's a few seats inside and a few outside. I saw them also carry a bag to someone's car for them so they wouldn't have to carry it themselves which is a nice touch to service. We had a wrap with chicken, white rice, the fixings and all three of their sauces together which was recommended by the order taker. Also a bowl with chicken, brown rice, pinto beans and the same additions. It was really good. It's good prices for a large portion. Between 7-9 dollars for something that definitely fills you up. Overall a nice little place to get a great bite to eat for a great price. They also offer smoothies, organic teas, sodas, etc. Give them a try! read more

Nice, quick, clean eats shop. Similar to places like Pita Plus, Tabula, Chipotle and burito places where you start with a starchy base, add from a selection of proteins and veggies, cheese and select it as a bowl, salad or wrap and end with a selection of sauces. They also offer mini paleo cookie snacks on the counter by the register. Aside from the food they also offer a selection of fruit smoothies. It is located in the West Miami area. read more

The parking here is pretty bad (you essentially have to parallel park and maneuver a narrow parking area) but I've never run into issues with getting a spot (though I haven't been during lunch). The food has always been fresh and the employees are patient. I like combining the sauces as per the recommendation of one of the cashiers. The smoothies are good and a nice addition to the salads. There is some seating inside and outside, though it does fill up. The pricing is a little high, but as a once-in-awhile healthy meal, it was worth it to me. read more

Although I do appreciate a healthy and savory meal in an area that is scarce with healthy options, my experience was not what I expected. The attendant taking my ordering had the the most annoyed mug on her face. It wasn't even towards me only, even my boyfriend noticed it and he's like the nicest guy in guy whole wide world. I had to wait for them to finish their "guess what she posted on Instagram" story before I could ask if they had avocados. We ended up paying like $30 on a lunch for two which isn't terrible at all but it's just salad and juice. When I went back inside to try to wash my hands, one of the employees was sitting in the customer section on her phone with her feet up blocking the narrow hallway to the bathroom. I had to literally say excuse me while I was standing there watching her play with her phone as she blocked my way. Everyone had a stink attitude and although I inhaled my wrap, the service was beyond distasteful. I mean yeah, it's a decent salad, bowl, or wrap but at what cost ? read more
