Well word of mouth was right on. This place has no shortage of healthy options. Lots of options. Wrap, bowl or salad and the. You start adding your proteins, rice, beans, veggies, cheese and then any one of eight sauces. Portions are huge. Ate half and I was really hungry after a little range work. Drinks are next. Plenty of choices some of value some not. If that doesn't float your boat you can have a smoothie. Friendly staff explained it all clearly. Being a new location and I was the first customer of the day they needed to get the register all up and running but all good in the end. Clean simple booths and bar seating. Only draw back is the music was load and I had a hard time hearing the server. So I am thankful for a healthy choice here in Doral. This place is soo yummy and healthy. You can choose from a wrap, bowel or salad and you can choose chicken or steak. Pretty much you can choose whatever you like and make it as healthy as you want. They also have smoothies that are amazing! You can choose whatever you want in them, from kale spinach, strawberries, mango, ginger, beets, carrots they have such a wide variety. I absolutely love this place for a quick healthy lunch. Everyone is very nice inside and they great you as soon as you step in. The location is small they don't have too many places to sit in, so not good for a big group. But you can always order take out or delivery, they have both which is great ! Overall this place is very good and I almost forgot the most important thing. Make sure to always order all three sauces on whatever you're going to order. They are absolutely amazing! I'm giving this small little gem a 4 star! Decided to swing by for lunch with my mom since our doctors office was near by. We found this spot on Yelp and luckily it was across the street. Loved the healthy and fresh options they had to offer. Once we arrived, they had a cute lime green chair/throne themed out for pictures. We took a couple and decided to finally eat. We we're welcome by the owner/manager who asked us if it was our first time and was kind enough to go over the whole menu with us. Loved the menu! The concept is very unique as it is a butcher knife and when opened, displayed the options you could choose. It's almost like a fast easy way to order what you want. Pick your protein, the way you'd like to eat it wrap, bowl or salad, pick your beans, pick your veggies, sauces, extras and drinks also smoothies. My mom and I decided to share as I was going to order a couple of things. I'm vegetarian. So I chose the Veggie Choice for $7.69, bowl with white rice, black beans on the side, I added all the veggies and the additional $1 charge for the avocado slices. Mozzarella cheese and we were recommended to try all house sauces *tomato basil, *garlic pesto cilantro and *spicy guava I also ordered extras: diced chips and pico for $3.25 and a strawberry banana and acai smoothie $5.49 !!! Everything was absolutely amazing, great customer service and fresh food. The only complaint I have was that I feel if you have to pay extra for avocado slices there should be more than what they offered. Also, at first, the idea of the sauces kind of thew me off but it was absolutely delicious! Would deff come back again and bring friends. Great simple fresh concept. I use to be a chicken kitchen fan until I heard about Diced. The parking situation is a little tight. They do have a few tables to eat at the restaurant. The staff is always nice and welcoming Depending on the day I will either build a bowl or make a wrap. Every time I go the chicken is super fresh and soft. I always add all the extras (cheese, beans, quinoa, onions, corn, tomatos, lettuce, avocado, cucumber). You can also build your bowl with steak, tuna, and veggies. Once you are done dont forget to try their home sauces. I usually combine all their sauces to make one flavor. Sometimes I'll just go to get a smoothie! The smoothie are also amazing. Unbelievable gem of a spot. I've lived less than a mile away from this place for about 8 months now and I finally decided to come here after a workout one day. Based on others recommendations, I got a Tuna Bowl with Spicy Guava Sauce, all the Veggies including Avocado, Mozzarella Cheese, Brown Rice, Black Beans, and a side of Chips with Salsa Dip. I swear this is probably the best Tuna I've had in my life. Better than the raw tuna you get from ordering a Tuna Salad at your typical restaurant. It's shredded and cooked, but most importantly, it is Extremely fresh. It tastes like it just came off the boat. Those of you who have walked around a river/oceanfront before and sniffed real hard know what I am talking about. The Spicy Guava Sauce is not spicy at all, but it's not very sweet either, and I think that's a huge plus considering it added flavor to the Avocados. The only downsides is there was too much Cilantro in the chip dip (organic chips were great btw), and the parking lot kinda sucks, especially in rush hour traffic where you can't make it to the other side of 67th. If you're looking for a great post-workout meal, looking to eat healthier, or you just got tired of ordering the same thing over and over again from Chipotle, then DICED has your back in more places than one. read more

The service was nothing short of amazing. I was in the Miami area and wanted to pick up a quick bite and Brandi was so helpful. She explained everything to me and helped me order. I ordered the bowl with quinoa and tuna with fresh avocado, the avocado is an extra cost but well worth it as they give you a lot. I ordered a salad also with Chicken and tomato, olives. The dressings/sauces are excellent and they let you try all of them. I would definitely go back, the only thing I didn't like is the tuna was tuna salad. If you're dedicated to the food at Diced, then I would understand visiting this spot if it is closest to you. However, if you can avoid it here then do so. Visit another Diced. The service is slow and immature. Employees making your food are talking about each other farting in front of paying customers, and they were being unprofessional forgetting to make orders in a timely manner. I had to wait over 20 minutes for a smoothie that took less than 3 minutes to make. Even though there were only two customers in front of the counter, including myself, it was as if they forgot I was there. read more

Generally, every time I've come to this location the food has been delicious. Hadn't been here in about a year and this time around I was a bit disappointed. All customization is done at the register with a team member and they call you by name when it is ready. They also had some side options and drinks available. I opted for a vegetarian salad with all the veggie options. The cashier recommended getting a combination of the three house dressings and, while I was skeptical, it definitely worked! One of the sauces had a slightly sweet flavor that I really enjoyed. My salad set me back about $8, which I feel was fair. So I stopped in trick up a bowl for lunch and they have a nice selection of proteins. Then your rice also nice selection, beans and your other toppings . The bowl is a nice portion. The bowl came out with Tax to $10.45 I was to suppose to get two sauces with my meal but instead I got one as suppose to carrots too and my bowl had none? So my first impression wasn't great but what I did get like the grilled chicken that was flavorful, the veggies were fresh , the brown a nice texture and taste of the one sauce I got as a bit bland. First time trying this place. Walked in and the first thing I noticed was the smell of burned chicken. I was starving and the menu looked pretty straight forward (healthy) so decided to give it a try. I asked for sauces on the side, since most places pack on so much sauce, that though you are eating a healthy meal, you end up consuming more calories, than when eating a burger. The sauces tasted pretty good, basically a mixture of what you probably have tried at a chicken kitchen or chicken grill. I thought visually the plate looked fantastic, they really do a great job at that. However, I can't say that the taste/size was any better than what I would have received at a more affordable location (chicken kitchen is my usual spot), it pretty much is the same thing, just different placing of items on the bowl (this location makes it look theatrical). I really did enjoy the food, and the smoothie was pretty good. I like that there are healthier options in this area, so probably would be back if in the area, but definitely keeping in mind, that I am to pay $3-$4 for a more "visual" plate. read more

Finally decided to get something healthy while visting Miami and this didn't hit my 5 star expectations. The pictures look great and reviews are good but my tastes buds ain't feel it..! I wish I could give it 3 and a half mainly because of the smoothie. Yep smoothies are good good!! I mean good GOOD lol. I got the chicken bowl with mad veggies. Basically all the veggies. Chicken wasn't as seasoned as I would like and over all flavor I just didn't care for. The total came to about $28 for smoothie and two bowls with added avocado( avocado is always extra $). So... I ordered the salad using Uber eats. I added all the toppings and the sauce. Quinoa for the base. It arrived quickly and the driver was pleasant. I tipped him right away and put it on the counter for my husband to eat. My husband arrived an hour later. He opened up the container and found a hair. One dark straight hair. It wasn't long, but stuck out under the sauce. I removed it and didn't tell him because he's like me. We won't eat it. It's gross.. Please use caps, check your food before sending it out.
