1 star. By far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The food was absolutely disgusting -- cold, sloppy, and tasted like it had been sitting out forever. Fries were stale, the sandwich was thrown together with zero care, and the overall quality was unacceptable. Service was just as bad. The staff seemed annoyed to even be there, and the place felt dirty and poorly managed. This location gives Wendy's a terrible reputation. Wendy's is one of the biggest fast food chains in the US and is known to have more quality ingredients than other fast food establishments. The other day we got a craving and decided to pass by the bird road location for a pickup. We ordered their single cheeseburger with home cut fries, some chicken nuggets, and their famous frosty. The burger was delicious nice and juicy beef patty with very fresh toppings. The fries have improved again recently with the right texture and not too salty. The chicken nuggets were good but it needed more in the taste department. For dessert we had the chocolate frosty which is like a very thick milkshake, which was nice and creamy. Wendy's is one of favorite guilt pleasures and I always forward look to make a trip once in a while. read more

The people working here have no clue of what there doing! For one they got the order wrong had to throw my burger in the trash as I'm allergic to mayonnaise which I asked for no mayo . Writing an update since they are now serving breakfast items. I came in to see they're new breakfast menu. It has a lot of variety. There's 9 different breakfast sandwiches, hot and cold coffee, breakfast cookies, biscuits and gravy,and home fries. Today I chose to try the Sausage, Egg & Swiss Croissant, home fries, hot brewed coffee and a protein breakfast cookie. All great in my opinion. I think this menu will give the other fast food chains a run for their money. It's different, and savory. As for the service, it was still awesome. Everyone was super nice and and very friendly and helpful. The dining room was clean. The sauce and utensil area all clean and organized as well. Restaurant and restrooms clean. Staff was nice food fresh. I was able to enjoy a meal while charging my Tesla. Oh and they have free WIFI.

It took me 40 minutes to get an order if french fries here tonight in the drive through and they were cold. I would have just given up and left but that wasn't possible due to the contractors from All American Restaurant Services who parked in the thru lane of the drive through. I asked them politely to please move their vehicle to the endless amounts of open space in the parking lot where they wouldnt be blocking traffic/fire lane but was told "NO, we're working here!". I explained the issue to the manager on duty and she didnt care at all, just shrugged her shoulders and gave me my cold french fries. I will NEVER be back. Go straight to hell Wendy's. read more

I've been going to this Wendy's since it opened; which was 20 +years ago. For the last 15 they have regularly provided service that merits 2 stars or less. The drive through routinely forgets to place items that have been ordered & paid for. They often times have sassy or indifferent employees who operate the window & in the last year have gotten in the habit of no longer giving u a total with your order until u get to the window. The last point may seem petty; but it affects the speed of the drive-thru. As for the quality of the food I would rate it a 4.5 stars based on expectations for what it is, fast food. Sadly its hard to get employees that understand that pride in ones job is not about the job u r doing; but that fact that how you do your job is a representation of you. This one has turned into a dump since Carolina left. Fresh fries mixed with old fries. Luke warm burgers. Sour flies in the dining room. (They probably just came from the toilet!) And as a safety issue, they can never seem to manage the cars that block the exit because there are no signs telling customers to drive around the store to get in the drive-thru line. Local residents have already had to call code enforcement about this because the dummies will back up right on to Bird Road. They put out some plastic sticks but left enough room that the brain-dead just do the same thing and then no one can exit the parking lot and since the city is full of stupid peasants with cars, they just sit there and keep blocking the exit as if it's your fault they can't respect what a double line means and what the plastic poles are for. The bathroom is a touch-less experience; the toilets, urinals, faucet, soap dispenser, AND hand dryer all use sensor technology. The bathrooms are clean and maintained. The staff on board is polite and friendly. They had no miscommunication whatsoever. Went today to grab some nuggets for a quick bite. Was really excited for some spicy nuggets, except they had none!

Ordered cheese fries and after I looked at what they gave me went back to return it. They gave me the cheese fries and the cheese was not melted. The string cheese was just unaffected and there. Manager refused to refund me and said that the fries were hot. Not gonna fight with her. Wendy's uses cheap cups where the colors run off once the condensation from the ice wets the exterior or the condensation from their Frosty's. This causes your hands to get stained and, if it falls on your clothes, your clothes will get stained, too. I would give Wendy's a higher rating if not for this one issue. And it's not limited to Wendy's, either, as other fast food restaurants use these cheap cups. read more

This is a terrible location. No one at this location spoke English. I grew up in Miami and used to hearing lots of Spanish but this was worse than i have ever experienced. The entire staff seemed incompetent and took forever to fill our order even though there were only two other customers in there. I ordered a homestyle chicken sandwich and they gave me the wrong order with cold fries. My mother had a baked potato that was dried out and old. Food quality and service was terrible. This location should not be associated with Wendy's as they are well below their standards of quality and customer service. Their registers must have been down because they would even give us a receipt. I would have definitely taken a survey if i did have one.
