Love this location! The online order/pickup process is so easy. The staff is friendly. I always get the Small Sub w/Everything Bread, Roast Beef, Turkey, Provolone Cheese, Oil Dressing and Spicy Mustard($7.69). They do a great job making the sandwiches. They are always delicious and filling! I recommend you try this location asap.

Antipasto salad & Classic Turkey salad. Generous potions.

I have been a big fan of DiBellas for awhile now for one big reason- that everything bread! Why are other places not doing that?! But I digress. A low carb diet and a coupon brought me in today, to torture myself with the smell of fresh bread, and to get a sad salad (as sub place salads usually are). But I was wrong! They really did capture the essence of their sandwiches in the salads- a turkey & mozzarella for him and an antipasto one (basically the ingredients of The Godfather) for me. By far the best salad base- a good mix of leafy romaine and tender spinach. I am very picky about lettuces and I would have been thrilled with this as an entree salad at a restaurant, so totally unexpected at a place that focuses on sandwiches. I was happy to have the option for my meats/cheese to be grilled first since I prefer them warm. Also, Stacey, a Manager, gave great customer service.

This has gotta be one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been in!! Staff pleasant and professional. It's remarkable. Can't wait to eat my veggie sub. Hubby ordered a Di Bella's cheesesteak. Takeout.

My sandwich was delivered and has MOLD on it. Mold. This is disgusting. Could make someone very ill or possibly kill them. The potato salad I received as well as clearly been sitting for weeks. This place is garbage and should be treated like such. I will be reaching out to the health department next

I have a good friend that lives up in Mason and loves Dibellas, he's always telling me how I have to try it, but to be honest my thoughts have just been "it's a sandwich chain, who cares?" Then when walking by the Clifton location every day I saw the "Join Club Bread and get a free sub!" and I love nothing more than free food! So, it's now time for me to check out Dibellas right?! Going in I was surprised at how much space was inside, it was a full set up restaurant, with a large ordering counter, and the offer of table service when your food is ready. The new decor looked sleek, and the girls working were friendly. I walked in with a craving for a cheesesteak, but I was worried it might be some subway style microwave and then drop it on a piece of bread cheesesteak (again, I love Subway, but lets be honest...). I was very impressed to see they were actually working on a real flat top to crisp up the (pre-cooked) beef, soften the onions and peppers, and melt the cheese. It all came together on a great sesame bun, which I could have selected a whole wheat (my normal choice but I'm feeling ambitious today), a plain bun, or the everything option. I added lettuce, tomato, and cucumbers, because even when I'm going in on a cheesesteak I love me some veggies! I was even more impressed when I got the sandwich home, unwrapped it, and dug in - very tasty! Was absolutely the best cheesesteak on the block, better than the one from Chicago Gyro, Penn Station, or Highway 55. While mine was free, they of course won't always be, and the price for a "small," which was more than filling, was under $7. Dibellas' veggies were fresh, meat was tender, cheese was melty, service was fast and friendly. all in all, a great experience. I can see why there's the love now! Update - I wrote this review initially about a month ago and never posted it. I've since had two really good experiences, the first one was basically the same as before - ordered, picked up sub, all was good. The second though is noteworthy and had me come back (when I realized I never actually hit submit here) - My brother flew in to spend the CHristmas holiday here with my family, but since he was flying in on Christmas day and we hada 3 hour drive, I knew we'd need something to eat with nowhere open, so I called on Christmas Eve to order subs for the day to come. I called about 2 oclock to place the pick up order, and I told the woman that I wouldnt be able to pick the subs up right away (even though she said they'd be ready in about 5 minutes), because I was working at the time, but I would DEFINITELY be by before they closed at 5 for the holiday. She let me know that they might be closing even earlier because they were getting no business and might need to shut up, so she asked for my phone number in case that came to pass. At 330 she called to let me know that they would be locking up, but still had cleaning/out work and my subs waiting, so if I came by I should give her a call and she'll let me in to pick up (and pay for) my food. Long story short - that's exactly what happened, I made it there, the extremely polite and professional woman let me in, checked me out, and wished me a Merry Christmas. The subs we got were well made, loaded with meat and good toppings, and held up just fine in the fridge for a day (the whole wheat bread got a little dry/crusty, but that's life). Three great experiences here have given me ample reason to return frequently!

Small corned beef was amazing and filling!

We took it outside to eat at one of the tables and the goetta is kind of a fried grain/meat patty with a perfect egg on top and cheese and the bun was perfect for it. Nice and hot and not too expensive, I would totally recommend this place for someone to try goetta for the first time and all the clientele had smiles on their faces. There is also a cool Reds mascot statue on a bench that makes for a good picture. Good stuff, try it for sure!

Luckily, we didn't have to wait since they were all ready for us when we arrived. We had their goetta, egg, and cheese sandwich, which was really good. There weren't any tables so we stood to the side to eat our sandwiches, but right outside there were plenty of tables in the market so that would be a good place to sit down and enjoy your food. Next time we go to Findlay Market, we'll be sure to stop by and try some other tasty treats!

We had no idea what we were in for, but we sure were happy we stumbled upon this gem! The selection of cheeses is chef's kiss--so many varieties, all expertly curated, and the staff is happy to walk you through the options like they're your personal cheese concierge. The vibe? Cozy, welcoming, and totally unpretentious. It's one of those places where you can feel fancy without feeling like you're trying too hard. And don't even get me started on the wine pairings... If you're a fan of cheese (and who isn't?), this is definitely a spot you need to visit when in the area. It was so cute and shaded, a great spot for a lunch or to hang out and enjoy some charcuterie with friends. We enjoyed sitting out there while my sandwich was being made and they brought it back to me. It was wrapped up so nicely and the chopped ingredients make it so every bite has a little bit of everything in it. So good! We ended up walking around the area before heading back home and there are a lot of cute places on the block.

She kept gushing about how much she enjoyed it once we left, so, for that reason alone, it's a five stars by default . And I loved it, too! First of all, the service was awesome - everyone was not only sweet but also super accommodating & helpful, even though we came in maybe 20 mins before closing. Food came super quickly, too! We ordered: - Classic Omelette: So tasty!! Loved the cheeses especially. We also subbed the bacon for white cheddar. My mom wanted me to mention that the mushrooms were fresh/not canned lol. Came with a side of fried potatoes that were also great (mom especially loved them), though I felt they were on the saltier side. - Plain Biscuit: Mom loved it!!! - Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Latte: Solid - The B-Roll: I have yet to try this one, as we got it to-go lol. It showed in the service which was a bit grumpy. However understandable given the large numbers. We had the place mostly to ourselves and we did enjoy it, but I missed the southern charm and hospitality I have felt there in the other locations. It is a small spot but has plenty of windows and cheer. The water is self serve, and their counter is quickly when you enter. I missed the menu board as here they only have menu cards to peruse once you enter. So best to look at menu before arriving so as not to feel rushed. You immediately order at the counter and then pay, and get a card for a table. It is actually more like a fast casual set up which is fine and helps with the flow. I found though that when I wanted more lemonade (free refills) I wasn't sure of the protocol for getting more. (This is where grumpy servers were a bit off putting.) I eventually went to the bar to get my glass refilled. The salad was great and loved the tea. My companion loved her food as well. Great ambience and plenty of seating. However I'm not sure I would go back. If I can I'd go to Nashville and experience the full ambience and flavor as maybe this was an off day, but for someone just visiting once it did not impress as a spot to go back to. But maybe that's just me. And the food is good!
