My niece went there a few days ago. She had a picture of what she wanted - the longest nails they have in a set but she wanted them a tad shorter. As she started to tell Jack, the technician, that she didn't want them as short as he was going to cut - he was talking to another tech, ignored her and basically cut the nail in half. He never even bothered to ask if the length he was going to cut was what she wanted. My niece is a timid girl and when her mother and I saw the nails, I told her that she had to go back. The nails were uneven in size and the gels were thick on one finger, thin on the other. When she went back to the salon Jack clocked her, had a woman come and speak to her. My niece shows her the reference pic and her nails. Jack then walks up and starts basically yelling at her, saying she didn't speak up. She said she did but he ignored her as he was talking to someone else. He tells her to have someone else do it later in the day cuz they were busy or get a refund. My niece got a refund cuz she had errands to run but told him to keep his tip cuz she appreciated that he did her nails even if he messed them up. He snapped at her, saying "I don't want it" and walked away. She felt so bad, she came back to the house and cried. There was no need to yell at her in front of people because he messed up. I loved my nails absolutely done correctly but I had an issue with the payment they told me to pay with Zelle when I offered to swipe my card. Of course I did it with Zelle which I did, got the right number, had a code and everything and I waited for a while I had to use the restroom and I sat right back and one of the people who did my nails said loudly if I paid which was embarrassing because there was a lot of people! I'm ALWAYS a paying customer. Not only did I have to pay through Zelle I offered to pay it again with my card. I don't mind paying but to have someone raise their voice enough for the whole salon to hear if i paid!?! Beautiful work but need work in customer service. I went for the first time today, not really familiar with nail shops in the area I am not from here so I just looked i some up, and this one had some decent reviews so thought it was worth a try. The service from the nail techs was good they were very nice, however, I got a gel manicure and the gel polish they use is very very cheap. The polish is already coming off my hands and I just got them today less than 8 hours ago, I'll provide a picture below...mind you..I got GEL...there is no way my GEL POLISH should be coming off in the same day it was installed, the gel is VERY cheap, and they charged me $40 for it, definitely not worth it! The nail techs although nice, we're also not very skilled as well, the nails don't look clean, they don't fully cover the whole nail in polish, and I'm just really unhappy with my experience over all. Would not recommend coming here at all, but maybe I caught them on a bad day idk. But the gel is really cheap they should def do something about that, or lower there prices for gel because they are swindling people. read more

By far the worst pedicure I've gotten. The guy who did my pedicure cleaned the polish with his own dirty nails scratching off my skin and didn't even paint the entire nail. To top it off when he filed, he would file onto my skin and at the very end to spray rubbing alcohol! I will never come back here again. And I would not recommend this place to anyone! He didn't even know how to get the water temp right and burned my feet and when I told him it's too hot he went in to feel and flinched his hand so fast that he wet me all over with the burning hot water. They took us right away. The hubby and me got the full treat..i loved the couple's mani and pedi. Right after we got up and proceeded to fall. I didn't know why I felt, but I was embarrassed none the less. We had them include a leg med massage complete with hot message and heated. They used hot oil and smooth river rocks to message . 99.5% of the bad review here start with a pricing, you paid for what you get guys, i go here for almost 2 year already, this place is amazing, its true that the pricer is a little higher but the quality is so worthed, even if you break your nails they'll fix it for you, a rhinestone fall off , they'll put new one on for you no questions and no charge, its like a guarantee. Of course they cant make 100% of thier customers happy, but they always make it fair to the customers, if anyone is unhappy with their nails they'll have someone to fix it or give you a big discount for your next visit, unlike other shop charge you less but couldn't be more careless about what happened to your nails or it lasting 5 days. This place is a great; I wouldn't go anywhere else. The quality of my nails are always amazing & my nails don't break. I am sooooo serious when it comes to my nails. I've been getting my nails done for many many years from many places. I'm from the Bay Area so you can't even imagine the amount of places I've visited to try and get 100% completely Satisfied with the work. But I moved to Palm Springs about a year ago. And this was the first place I went to. I swear to you guys. EVERYTHING about my nails I was SUPER happy with. The shape, the filing, no lifting, the color! Well I tried this place because my original gal was on vacation from my regular nail salon. Terrible work, let's start with my pedicure. My nails were not trimmed even and my polish doesn't look shiny. My nails are even worse. I went in for a fill. I asked her to file my nails down which she ignored me. Then proceeded to fill my nails and not to any filing except with an emory board. So they look all fat and clumpy. The polish job is even worse. I had to go home and try to refile my own nails to the shape I had which was "coffin". Never again. Your asking why for I leave the place was packed and it was the 4th of July. On vacation and needed a fill and pedicure. Thanks to yelp came across this shop which was not far from my resort. The lady who did my pedicure took her time to ensure she made them look nice and clean. I ended up doing a French pedicure which was very neat and clean. I enjoyed the message with the hot stones. For My hand nail fill I choose a metallic color. I like them! Very different however I feel they're thicker than I'm used to I understand each shop has their own technique. I just prefer them thinner. One last thing was My cuticles weren't cleaned from the excess glitter/paint. I'm pretty clean and neat with my nails so that bothered me a bit but the gentleman took his time to make sure the outcome of the color matched what I requested which it did perfectly. First of all me and my friend came to this place because they have an amazing instagram and a lot of our friends have came here and their nails were also amazing our experience however was not amazing! I only gave this place a 1 because I couldn't give them a 0. They were very rude and pushy.. when asked what number I wanted on their menu for pedicures I kept saying number one and they kept trying to pressure me into getting a more expensive one...I get it they need to hustle and try to make there money but they literally asked me 4 times in a kind of rude and disappointed way when I kept saying no and that number one would be fine. Then they asked if I wanted gel... my regular nail lady only charges 5 dollars more when I get it from her so I had it previously I told them no thank you not this time because they wanted to charge me 15 Dollars extra.. the guy proceeds to tell me that if I don't get gel they are gonna charge me an extra 5 dollars for taking off my old gel so I might as well just pay for it so I said ok I guess. The lady cut me and made me bleed and gave me an unapologetic sorry... I was almost late getting my daughter from school because they took TWO HOURS on my nails that I hated! They are all uneven and just weird and they charged me $105!!! Then me and my friend are talking about how much we HATE our nails and we realize that they charged me almost double what they charged her! And double what I usually pay anywhere else and I usually get way more detail and way better quality! Their phone was busy 10 times when trying to reach them and when I finally get thru the guy tells me "oh well we must not of charged her for her pedicure tell her it's okay and that its on us this time and sorry for the confusion" then this guy has the audacity to call me back and say "hey call your friend and tell her we're just gonna add the pedicure to the tip line"! I wish I could give 0 stars. Like other reviewers, they really have went downhill. They rush through your appointment and focus on getting it done fast. I asked for a pink french tip with glitter under the french shape and all of my nails looked different. Some nails had a longer french than others and it was completely off. Not to add the lady cut my finger and had the audacity to say "beauty is pain" no ma'am. I've gone to plenty home based nail artists and they're gentle and definitely do not cut into your skin. For their prices, you should be receiving more. Instead, it is shitty, low quality work. Never again! Save your time and look for better salons! read more

I paid $65 for getting nails no where near what I asked for and I cried so much because they were my birthday nails. She took two hours to complete this bad nail job and she also cut me and made me bleed often during the process. It was a horrible experience because I went in with such high expectations and was beyond angry and disappointed I paid for so much for such a HORRIBLE job. However I did contact the person running their Instagram and they were willing to change them but after reading the reviews I realized I was most likely gonna get charged more although they did the poor job. Gave this place one star. We had set an appointment for two pedicures and one manicure. Came in at the set appointment time and waited 45 mins before even getting in a chair. When they started they failed to start one of the pedicures. By the time the manicure and first pedicure were done, it was a two hours since arriving. Never received the second pedicure which was for a child they disappointed. We ended up leaving and all we got was a sorry. Overbooked themselves and did a horrible job. read more

Stopped by tonight to get some last minute Christmas nails. I SHOULD HAVE JUST GONE WITHOUT. My lady didn't bother to greet me as I was sitting down. She just straight away asked me what I wanted. I asked for a full set of acrylics with gel polish. She starred at me blankly like she had no clue what I was talking about. So I explained and she said okay. DIDN'T KNOW I HAD TO EXPLAIN WHAT A FULL SET WITH GEL POLISH IS. After she placed the extensions on, she went into placing a top coat and then pulled out the dip gel. I stopped her after she dipped three of my fingers, and I told her I don't want the dip as I've heard bad things about it, and that's why I asked for just regular acrylic. She then huffed and closed the bottle. It was almost as if she wanted to do the easiest thing. She kept telling me how the gel and acrylic do not go well and they "look thick". I told her to just do what I was asking. SHE HUFFED AGAIN AND AT THIS POINT I LOST IT. I asked her if I was upsetting her or bothering her bc she seemed bothered with me from the get go, and told I can wait for somebody else if she wanted me to. She painted my nails and then set them under the blue light and then disappeared for like 10 minutes. While she was buffing my nails, she cut me. I had to ask her to clean the excess acrylic off from under my nails. My nails were nothing what I asked for, until I had to pry for it. Sorry but i feel that since I'm paying 50$ I should get what I ask for and not be pushed to change my mind to make it easier on the manicurist. DO NOT GO HERE. I don't care how good Jack is at design, this place is horrible. $81 before tip for a basic pedicure and acrylic nails with gel polish- wow! I had an appointment and they were 25 minutes late. When I said something they got irritated like I was wrong for speaking up. They had SO many people packed in here during COVID19. Not social distancing at all. They try to be sneaky and up-sell you on everything. When you call you get one price, then when you get there different prices. They give you a pedicure list to choose from and the pedicure price quoted on the phone isn't there- it's all more expensive options to choose from. Pedicure was horrible. Liner in the bowl, but no powder bomb- just water. The person clipped my nails, scrubbed my feet for about 1 minute, slapped some lotion on (no massage), rubbed a hot rock on the bottom of my foot (cause that costs them nothing) and then painted my toes. Some of the paint smudged and she just painted over that so the paint job looks terrible. The person who did my nails did a good job. But, then they charged me extra money to take off the nails I had on previously- you should tell the customer that before hand. Then when I was told the total for the pedicure and nails it didn't add up with their price list. All this nail salon wants to do is quickly turn customers to make as much money as possible. No quality with the pedicure at all. They are sneaky with pricing. And the fact that the Corona Virus is happening and they had the placed packed with people is beyond terrible. They all had masks, but everyone was no where close to 6ft apart and some of the staff didn't have gloves on while working on customers hands. Every station was open when it should be every other to social distance safely. You are so close you can tap the person next to you on the arm- that isn't 6ft. I used to frequent this location prior to the pandemic and loved this spot. This is my second time in 30 days and I will never return. This was such a horrible experience for a service that is supposed to be relaxing. I took my daughter (7) grandmother (92) and asked how long to wait to have our nails done around the same time so they don't have to wait too long. They told me in 20 min we can be serviced together, so we waited. The tech did my nails first and was completely rushed and rude since I didn't want gel on my toes or extra services.towards the end of my 30 min pedi I kindly asked if she was the only tech that was going to do all three of our nails because they had my grandmother and daughter sitting in chairs without any nail techs. She kept assuring me other techs were going to come but they didn't. Cleary she planned to rush through mine, then the rest of my groups and hoped we wouldn't say anything. When she finished mine and wanted to start my grandmothers, I told her we will make an appt to return as my grandmother was getting tired and didn't want to start her service after mine was already done. She turned completely rude and called us cheap. I couldn't believe it. They have gone so down hill I was shocked and didn't even give a response. As I left, I thought the best thing to do was spare the next patron of this location the hassle. I'm guessing The place is Walmart is probably a better bet! I've been here a few times Tiffany helped me the first time and was amazingly sweet and I felt did a great job. I came back and a guy took me in as a client since I didn't make an appointment for Tiffany (I never make appointments because I rarely get fills or get nails re-done). So anyway I walk in to get a fill, the guy who took me was considerably rude when I showed him what I wanted. Short, pink, squared nails. Idk if he was mad at the fact I didn't want crazy nails or designs so he couldn't charge me an arm and a leg or what the issue was. First of all, TERRIBLE at laying the acrylic down. Terrible beading and he oversaturated his brush so the acrylic power kept sliding off the nail. He cut my skin multiple times, skipped steps like filing my nails on my right hand but filed the nails on the left. He criticized my nails for being "crooked" and wouldn't stop complaining about them. He rushed the job and I had to pay plus with a $20 tip for something I wanted to cry for when I left. He then had the nerve to charge me $65 for the worst manicure of my life!! Two girls both on my left and right got beautifully long and intricately designed nails and walked out only having to pay $10 more???? What kind of pricing is that???
