Linda is spectacular!!!! She's the best ever .... In terms of mani pedi acrylic nails. All I did was show her a picture of what I wanted and she did my nails too perfection. read more

The communication and kindness from there employees. Im getting my nails done and Linda told me to leave my hand in front of fan. I held it there for a while and told her it hurt. She didn't care, we argued and she raised her voice at me. Then on another day my mom calls to schedule me and her to get nails done. They didn't do mine because communication wasn't clear enough. And I go in by myself and get turned away. Unprofessional. read more

Love the service here. Clean and professional salon. Walk-ins are welcome, but book an appointment to make sure you get in.

Always happy with the service at the locations here in the Coachella Valley we love the cat eyes

Just very crowded in their and they should treat everyone the same I didn't feel like they were fair

Horrible place, I do not recommend. Go to a different nail salon, don't bother with them. read more

I've gone to them since moving here a year ago, was excited to see that they were open again. my hubby and i went in for pedicures and they had people in every other chair...which is great. Except they wanted me to sit in the 'empty' chair between my hubby and another man...which put me about 2' from the unknown person. I said 'no thank you' and had to wait about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I was ok with that and All was ok until the place started to fill up... right before i left, i counted 17 people in a small salon. There were 6-8 standing in the waiting area and the chairs were full. I guess i would say if you are at all concerned about COVID (like we are) then don't go here. They are NOT limiting the number of people inside and it's not that large a shop... i will find another place to go until there are more people vaccinated and this settles down. Sorry Fancy Nails... i love the girls here and you do a fantastic job but you aren't following precautions and I'm not going to put my health in danger. read more

Nice and clean, salon I would recommend to my friends and colleagues. Great job on my nails.

There is a very rude man working in this salon (Hai?). On the first occasion he jerked my hand around and gets annoyed if the finger won't positioned like he wants it. He has a very sour personality. The length and shape of my nails were different - not uniform. The second time I went in (giving the benefit of the doubt) I explained what I wanted several times, yet he would not understand. I say "would not" because he was antagonistic as I was very plain, stating "I want them short", so nothing to get lost in translation there. My daughter was with me and witnessed it all. I finally stood up and told him he was rude last time and I'm not going to let him do my nails. He continued to be rude. I left the salon at that point. I wish to add that the ladies who have done my nails there have been polite and professional. read more

I just went here and bought the Deluxe Pedicure ($38 vs regular at $26). I should have tried this place before upgrading my service. What a disappointment. The older gentleman who was my technician ran through my service in 25 minutes and was so fast with his hands during the massage that it wasn't relaxing. He did paint my nails beautifully but I could have gotten that for $12 less. If you pay by card they charge you an extra dollar which was irritating just b/c they didn't tell me in advance and I could have paid with cash. Needless to say, it was such a letdown and I won't be going back. read more

This place is horrible. Not going back again. I've had two incidents here... this place used to be good. Incident one happened when they proceeded to make my mom and I wait for our pedicure and manicures even though I called ahead of time and they said they could see us right away. Then an American couple walked in and they sat them first.... We had literally been waiting before them and they had not called in nor made an appointment. We're Hispanic by the way. Incident two was today. I took my 15 year old sister to get a pedicure and full set for her quinceañera. She walked out crying because her nails hurt and they were horrible. She had cuts on about 5 fingers. Her cuticles were hurting her so bad. In two fingers the cuts were so deep you could see the flesh. She had mentioned she told the lady that it was hurting yet the lady didn't stop or try to be more gentle. They also use the sharp metal shaver on the sole of my moms feet which is illegal. Going back to my sister's nails...She asked for long nails and they were short. They looked nothing like what she asked for and on top of that the lady left her nails crooked. Mind you it was $60 just for a full set. Also I'm not happy about the remarks their employee made about my sister's skin color. She had asked for a magenta green and the lady told her to get another color because "her skin color didn't look well with the green". Racists much? I won't recommend this place to anyone I know. I'm so saddened it went downhill and dissatisfied. I hope my sister doesn't get an infection since I'm sure they use the same nail filers on everyone. Side note: I did call them and they kept on making me repeat what had happened. They would pass me from one person to another.... Be careful people. This place is a joke. read more

Three stars because I am happy with my pedicure, but I had also asked for a full set. I waited a good 15 min for my pedicure that's fine but I asked when I would get my full set they said after my pedicure, yet there were two people next to me who got there services at the same time and a lady walked in after me and got her nails started right away. I wont be back here. read more

I'm very picky when it comes to a pedicure most salons will have you paid the highest price for a pedicure and they rush you in and out like less than 35 minutes. I've been to many salons this is the best place to have a pedicure Lynn is fantastic I won't go any place else read more

I've been going to Fancy Nails in Laquita for years, Henry is the Best, Kim does my pedicure which no one can come close to her work. Not only are they good, the atmosphere is like getting service in your front room, very calming no upselling which is a plus nowadays, the prices are extremely reasonable the best in the Valley, I won't go anywhere else! read more

The technician was very kind, but my nails cracked within 2 days! I have had much better experiences elsewhere.

First timer. The ambiance is very relaxing and the.technicians have good communication. The $23 for a spa pedicure is worth it. They do a lotion and stone massage with it too. The best part of this experience was the cleanliness of the spa tubs. They wrap it and fill it in a new bag each time. The cashier greets everyone as they come in the door. You don't have to stand around until someone notices you. It's a really nice customer service gesture. Thumbs up! *bring cash for tip *$1 charge for using plastic read more

I was recommended with peter and was definitely not satisfied . Tell me is this worth $40... I don't think so . I also didn't know what I wanted and they all looked annoyed so I wasn't comfortable even being there from the start . I do not recommend this place read more

I love the great pedicure service with massages, hot towels, hot wax, cooling gel, yummy smelling sugar scrub...you get the picture... It's a wonderful experience BUT the last few times my usual Pedicurist, Lee, hasn't cut my toe nails straight across and what has resulted is Ingrown Toenails... I've almost never had ingrown toenails...so, I tried to tell her to cut them straight across & showed her a pic of my swollen middle toe...she either didn't understand or wanted not to...so, she sweetly tried to match the polish in the pic. I watched as she cut my nails again...she didn't understand my request & cut the corners deeply again and I got an ingrown toenail AGAIN...I tried to say something but there is a language barrier there... I really like 95% of the rest of the service she provides but, I can't go back if I'm going to keep getting ingrown toenails...they're painful! TIP: get your nails cut straight across... Love my mani and pedicure I highly recommend Victor

Always so nice and welcoming! I love my nails every time I come here. They even took in my 8 years old little girls and pampered them.

$16 manicure with regular color. Price is ok. I normally pay $12. But the quality of work is seriously lacking. There's bubbles in polish , the color in uneven, and even after she cleaned up excess nail polish on my skin, there's a ton left. There's always color coming off, which I pointed out, and see just patted the nail. Will not come back. read more

I have always liked this place but today I had a horrible experience there. I asked for pedicure. I was the only one in the store. My girl spent more time during our appointment stopping to watch their Viet Nam shows and stop my pedicure also to socialize with her co workers doing nothing but watching tv. I found it so unreal I do not even know how to comment. In US business this would be COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE customer survive. I feel like it was the twilight zone Don't go their read more

I came to do a Pedi/ Manicure. I have no complaint for the Pedicure it was great. The lady that did it she was very nice and did a great job. But the lady that did my Manicure awful service, she never put nothing to soften the cutícula, she cut some of my skin and the application of the color was bad.. oh when she did the massage on the back God I tough she was having a fight with me. I will never come back, feel bad for the lady that did my feet but I don't need to pay so much for bad service read more

This is the worst place i ever been. this was my first time and last time getting my nails done there, the owner did my nails and nahhh this lady charge me $30 for a whole mess on my nails. she cut my finger for doing it so rough with the nail filer and not only that 3 nails were slanted and one bigger than the other one she didn't even apologize not worth it at all . read more

Never the one to post things like this but by far one of THE WORST experiences and customer service at this place!! Not only that but its expensive, i mean if i was gonna be charged extra just for my nail shape i'd appreciate them to tell me before rather than when i'm already about to pay. I'd think they would charge this much because they do amazing work?! but thats the problem THEY DON'T!! I left very disappointed and mad! she cut my fingers 4 times and left nail polis everywhere around my hands! Not only that but she glued all my skin around the nail which hurt and made my skin start peeling off! Do not ever go to them! such a horrible place!!!! and if youre gonna go do not get the older lady who sits in the first chair! she's the one who did the work on me and was nothing but trash. she's always in a hurry and is extremely rude! read more

I live in LA but visit family in the area every few months. I USED to love this salon. I'd wait on purpose to come here and get my nails done. Well this time was a FAIL. I will find another salon. My mother and I went in for a mani-pedi on a Thursday early afternoon, and we got someone started on our toes in a timely manner. Then when it was time for my manicure, the girl who did my toes just said that someone would be right over and went on to another customer. I waited, and waited, and waited... We kept mentioning it to the lady doing my mother's nails that I was still waiting on someone, but she didn't help at all. By the time my mother was almost done, she complained because they had started on 4-5 new people and left me stranded with no one. Finally the guy at the cash register was about to come by with the water bowl to soak my nails, I told him to forget it, because my mother was already getting nail polish and I didn't want her to have to wait. Why do they always start on new people without finishing their original client?!? When we got frustrated and complained the guy at the register didn't even seem concerned that his customers were unhappy. He just stood there like a lump on a log, without even apologizing. read more

Love it^^!!! I got my eyelashes done by Trish many times, but I didn't know that she can do a very very good job at Permanent Makeup (Tatoo) too! I mean she is just amazing at every things she does. I moved to the desert just over 14 years ago and it is always a challenge when you have to find new places for nails, hair, etc. After trying about five different nail salons, I tried Fancy Nails in La Quinta and I have been going there for my manicure and pedicures for the last 12 years. Lisa has been doing my nails for the last six months and I am very happy with her services. She always goes the extra mile to make sure my nails are shaped and even. She is very good at massages too! Thank you Lisa. read more

First time at this salon; after reading reviews, i wanted to try it out. Walked in wanting a $30 mani/pedi combo but tech handed me a menu so i ended up getting the Royal pedicure ($45) and basic manicure ($13). . David did a fabulous job with the Royal Pedicure. Because it was close to closing and the pedicure takes about 45minutes, he had Tina step in for the manicure. i think she was in a bit of a hurry so i wasnt too impressed with the manicure (cut my nails too short and didn't ask if i wanted square or round). Although, she did massage my arms, neck and shoulders; that was nice. I'm not sure what the security cameras are about in the salon. Needless to say, David did a great job and was very very nice. read more

A typical nail salon but stations are right on top of each other with no privacy at all. While there are some good manicurists there , I am completely upset with their payment policy. First of all , they don't accept American Express. Secondly , they add a $1.00 fee to all credit card sales. This is totally absurd and I have never heard of such nonsense. I have been a loyal customer for over a year , but now thinking of leaving just because of this stupid $1.00 fee that I am most able to pay for. It's the principal of this read more
