I would like to say that I have been a customer of this place for quite some time . I normally g er my pedicure by 2 certain ladies that's an excellent job!!! but this time that I went with an appointment I was totally brushed off and ignored !! when asking the owner Emily she was very rude and short basically did not care !!! her facial expressions and response where so horrible like if I was asking for something free . it seems like she does not really care about her customers . I ended up waiting for the same person they did my daughter's nails because she was the only one that actually took the time to help me . I've been going here for about a year and I would get acrylic nails and I've noticed a few days later my hands were itchy and they were burning and I went to a dermatologist and they told me I have gotten something called contact dermatitis. Be careful when you get your nails here because now I am allergic to acrylic and I wont ever be able to get them done again thanks to these people here. read more

I just got a spa manicure and pedicure. They were very confusing about the pricing and I am honestly unsure about what services I paid for. The person who did my pedicure was great. The person who did my manicure rushed it. She didn't push my cuticles down, massage my hands, or anything like what you expect from a spa manicure. I also got some stickers for my nails but they are already peeling off and we're put on crooked. Also I noticed they didn't use new equipment or even clean the ones they used on me before using. I didn't say anything right then and there because I felt bad and the place was pretty busy. I called afterwards to complain and they offered for me to come back and get it fixed. Manicurist rushed and left excess paint under my nails, my nails were different lengths, left the underside dirty, paint has already chipped off less then an hour after leaving, jagged edges. I rated this a 4 star because they're really good at designs. The pink flames were done by Lani and I loveee the way they turned out. She also did them really fast which was impressive- you can tell she does them a lot and knows what she's doing. My only complaint was when she took my other set off in the beginning because I was in so much pain and it even hurt the next day, but she genuinely felt bad and that might've also been another nail salon's fault by the way they applied them. Overall, I definitely suggest going if you want complicated designs because that's their specialty. read more

Just did my nails again trying to give them another chance, showed the lady what I wanted and ended up not liking the color and I asked her to take it off She remarked because it was my darker complexion was why I didn't like it. I'm pretty disappointed with my experience here. I got a pedicure that was completed in 20 minutes without a massage or anything special. The salon was fairly empty, and I had employees on both sides of me watching videos on their phone with the volume high. Took them almost 3 hrs to do simple dip nails, started with one girl who started drilling my nails then ended up cutting me with the drill and burning me so bad I jumped and had to move my hand away. After that I waited another 45 mins and a guy finally came to do my nails and he cut me 4 times while filling my nails to the point where my fingers started bleeding. It hurt so bad!! Guy didn't even bother to put the top coat on my nails right, sloppy job. So stay away unless you want all your fingers cut up. read more

She is also excellent at drawing designs for those of you who prefer to have them! She has a new salon in Palm Desert but she mainly works out of the Indio salon. Before even gluing the tips down, the guy doing my nails asked if I wanted them long. I responded with "yes, I like them very long." He said "No long, only medium long." I shook my head no and proceeded to tell him that I wanted them long. He glued the tips on and tried to cut them but I told him that I didn't want them cut. He asked me what shape I wanted and I said coffin. He seemed annoyed and kept bringing all the other employees over to discuss how I didn't the tips shortened. The shape was not how I wanted it and he was not listening to my suggestions to fix it. He cut my fingers multiple times while drilling and made me bleed. After all of that, he painted my nails and they did not dry completely. As soon as I got in the car, I noticed that the gel nail polish was peeling off and had excess polish oozing out from under the top layers. This gel set was not worth $42. I ended up having to take the nails off and will not be coming back. I will continue to going to the brothers nails even with their excessively long wait. read more

Pretty sad to be treated the way we were. Simply asked can you cut nails shorter and the gentleman said a few words in his language and then got up walked away and another attendant came over to finish the pedicure. Pretty disappointing considering we are not from here. We are visiting taking in the city on a mini mid week get away. All I'm going to say is if you come in as a walk in and want nice nail designs of any kind if they give you the older tech at the last station RUN! He does a bad job I've had other friends tell me they had the same problem and I experienced it too. I don't understand what's so hard about being honest and saying you don't know how to do the design instead of wasting time and product on the customer and them not being satisfied because you continue to do it anyway. Of Course money comes first for them but we are the reason you have money in your pockets and I would at least like the job done right the first time.
