Was not happy at all. I keep my nails short (always have) and I hadn't had a manicure in 3 months due to surgery (my old manicurist moved so I had to find a new one). Because I knew my cuticles needed TLC badly I planned on tipping 25% and ultimately did 26-27%. Later that day (after manicure) I had a nail split and then later that day I felt the edges of my nails and they were ragged not smooth. And my cuticles are still a mess. Amazing! I got exactly what I wanted. They're so friendly. I came in as a walk in last minute to get a fill on a set of T.A.P gel nails I got done there and they were able to fit me in and only had to wait about five minutes. They offered me water while I was waiting. Very affordable in my opinion. For a French tip Almond T.A.P it was $65. For my fill for gel polish it was $45. My appointment was less than an hour but never felt like they were rushing even when people were waiting. read more

And the third time they couldn't do what I wanted and made me change what I initially came in to do. This is sad because while most of the staff was friendly , the last time I went in they tried to tell me I was wrong about what I wanted and were honestly kind of rude. read more

This is a picture of my nails after getting the acrylic removed that I had from this place. The licensed nail tech I saw today told me that this place over filed my nails down to my nail beds. She said they also gave me contact dermatitis from putting acrylic on raw skin from a broken nail I had. When doing a soak off on the remaining nails I had, she said they most likely used a monomer that is not allowed in the state. They damaged my nails so much and the new nail tech I found informed me of the nail salons that cut corners to get more people in and don't focus on quality. read more

I was able to get in for a last minute appointment for pedicures. This place is very close to my home, which is awesome. There are a ton of chairs, which is rare in most salons. I think the problem they have is they have to many clients and then you finish your pedicure and you have to wait again to have someone do the manicure. The young man that finds who will be your nail technician needs has much to learn. So people don't wait between their services. It's a pricey place they should be more organize. read more

I had a gel nail fill on December 24th. It was busy at the salon but we had booked an appointment. I asked for a gel nail fill and was charged $64.00. After 12 days, they didn't push my cuticles back only drilled them, I need another fill. I am very disappointed and won't be returning. My pedicure is ok but nothing special for $46.00. read more
