They said they would be able to fit me in seeing as they close at 7PM. Well first off the lady that did my hair is very rude! She started off nice I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair done. But she didn't even strip my previous hair color and just put hair dye on the frontal portions of my hair it cover my white hairs. At no point did she EVER APPLY DYE TO MY WHOLE HAIR. I mentioned it to her but she advised me she knew what she was doing. After washing out the Dye to move on to the streaking process she asked to see a picture of the color and way I wanted it done . Well while she was doing the streaks she mentions "Hey I am only able to do half you're hair today" , it was odd to me but I agreed seeing as she was the professional at NO POINT DID SHE MENTION SHE DIDN'T KNOW how to achieve the color I wanted!! Had to mentioned this is the beginning I would't of decided to dye my hair.!! She then proceeded to charge me 110 $ Need I Mind you I provided a Tip . Any who I mentioned that the price was High for only doing HALF MY DAMN HAIR she said if I would've done all of it it would be way more. My hair looked decent because it was Wet but today after a shower and air drying it looked a HOT MESS. My hair is made -up of about 3 different hair colors my bottom portion is the Solid hair color I went in with she only dyed my hair hair in the frontal area and she added highlights to the top half of my hair (Which has an ugly burgundy brown color) HORRIBLE service unprofessional I went in today to as for her to fix it and she REFUSED!! She stated she advised me before hand that she didn't know how to achieve the color I wanted , but my daughter and Son-In-Law are my witness that she NEVER mentioned that to me all she mentioned was that she only had time for half my hair but the hair dye was already on my head what was I supposed to say?! She refused to fix my hair or provide me with at least a partial refund. I will NEVER recommend this salon to anyone she Rushed my hair service and finished by 6:15 when the salon states it closed at 7! If she knew she was unable to finish or achieve the color I wanted she could have advised me before hand something that a true professional would do! Not like and Mickey Mouse a job to earn BUCK .

I was seated right away for the fill and my daughter was taken right after me. He nails were bitten down a lot and they made them look nice. Mine were messed up from a beauty school and the tech made them look nice and he was so quick but they turned out perfect! The pedicure was also nice. I don't usually get a pedi but I decided to treat myself and I'm glad I did. I will be coming back in a few weeks for another fill, I have found my new nail place.

The salon is off Dune Palm, there was plenty of parking. Really nice large space, I arrived a few minutes early and Sophia took me right back. I would never say that waxing is fun, but Sophia was very friendly and made me feel at ease, and the time actually flew by.
