The technician rushed through my pedicure and finished in about 20 minutes. I paid for callus removal, but he barely scrubbed my feet. I even had to tell him to give me scrubber so I could do it, and although he said he would, he still left noticeable skin and calluses behind. It's not okay to pay for a service and not actually receive it. This place is a hit or miss. read more

And I'm 70 so I've had a lot. 20 minutes long, barely did anything, my toenail was chipped and she didn't even file down the chip, hardly touched by feet with the pumice had to ask her to actually use it, forgot the cream then cursory swipe of it. I went in for a specific design and color for acrylic nails. Mind you my cousin and I were walk-in's. There was no clients and it was only me and my cousin. She sits for her pedicure and I get assigned a lady that seems she's to be on a phone call. I showed her the design and just nodded yes. Also, she continues being on the phone while she's supposed to be focused on my service. She doesn't prep my nails at all and just cuts them and starts applying the acrylic nail. Then, she finally ends the phone call and gets upset with me because my nail didn't dry under lap. I was told by her to pay attention for her if the lap light were to be off and not on. After this, my nail seems to hit the lap and she tells to be careful with an upset voice. My nail keeps hitting the lap two more times and I didn't feel any of them hit anything. The lady just keeps getting upset and more since her coworker was just watching and laughing because of all of this. Then, she starts aske s if I want to change the color of my design. Right after this she suggests she does her own design and u said yes. I thought it was going to be something similar to what I showed her. I was absolutely wrong because the design she ends up doing is nothing close to what I wanted. I was too nice to tell her that's not what I wanted and she charge me $75 plus the $10 tip I gave her. Never again do I want to get any service done at this place. I do completely recommend to stick with a nail place you are more familiar with. I go get my pedicures and manicures at Five Star Nails in Indio and wouldn't change them for anything. read more

I've been here twice for pedicure first time the older lady hurt a little but at least I feel like she did something to my feet ei massage, remove dead skin from around toe nails, so I tipped. I will never come here again. The lady hurt my foot twice. When I was saying ouch out loud she didn't even stop or apologize. She took off skin that wasn't supposed to come off during my pedicure & now I am in pain. I hope I don't catch an infection because she went in deep with the cuticle pusher. Also, I am not happy with my acrylic nails. They are uneven & not the same shape. I will have to find a new nail salon. read more

It was my first time coming to this place I asked for a pedicure & just gel polish on my nails (not a manicure) the guy doing my nails was kinda rude to me and I felt a little uncomfortable. When it was time to pay I asked for my total and it ended up being $78... i've never paid that much before I was a little shocked I asked how much were my nails and they said $44?? They weren't acrylic or anything literally just nail polish on my own nails most places i've been too it ends up being around $27 for that not to mention when the guy finished my nails he didn't even clean off any excess powder from him filing them down they just looked ashy and not cute I had to ask for oil so they would at least look a little better. Tom and Ben always take care of you with their mani pedi skills! Super friendly and good service. They do get pretty busy in the afternoons so get there early. I came in today because Fancy Nails was closed due to Labor Day; I should've just waited until they open up tomorrow. My natural nails were pretty long and the lady working on them decided to shorten the ones on my left hand even after I told her to stop. To make both hands"more even" she filed down the ones on my right hand...both hands were not even. She then proceeded to trying to cut my cuticle but ripped a piece off my skin off. I told her that it was fine I was just going to leave and she said no I couldn't leave until she could stop the bleeding. My finger was in pain and she kept putting glue to make it stop but it didn't. Not once did she say sorry. Once she finished my nails she was cleaning up the excess "gel" on my cuticles but just kept pinching my skin. WTH!!! I can't understand how people are giving this place such good reviews, it's baffling! If people knew that there were quality salons they wouldn't be coming here, and neither will I ever again read more

Tom is great and so is his wife. No wonder they've been at this location & in business for 18 years. He remembered my name after only seeing me once, knew almost every name of the people walking in & the one's he didn't he greeted nicely. Clean shop. Did a great job on my acrylic nails with gel polish, and the woman who did my pedicure was good too- didn't rush. I always make an appointment so I never have to wait--sometimes it can be really busy, so plan in advance and you won't have any issues. Everyone is so sweet, and they are a lot of fun. The work is good. I just hate always paying a different price for the same work. Today I paid $74 not including tip. My fill was $28 normal & reasonable... but my moms set was $46 ??? It was a basic gel set... no jewels no design no crazy shape... fills start at $18 I paid $28 (still fine) including $3 more for him to cut them. Full sets start at $25 but I paid $46 ??? Worst place to go‼‼‼‼ DO NOT GO IF YOU DONT WANT TO END UP WITH PAINFUL TOE PAIN‼‼‼‼ I went in for a pedicure and one of the ladys hurt both my big toes buy cutting into them to deep. Now my big toes hurt so bad and are super swollen, it looks to be getting infected and it's painful to even walk. I truly feel like they make there own prices if you look new to them and that I don't like that's greedy and money hungry. I got a full set with regular polish But I did get my nails long and it was 40$ I been to many places in the valley and been charged 28-32$ never 40$ I guess they put there tip already in the price!! Walk ins welcomed, but it was a messy process. No greeting or even anybody up front being a receptionist. Just got a look from the worker already occupied. There was about a handful of people waiting, and I'm surprised they were as patient as they were, thinking they were regulars. I LOVE THIS PLACE, it is honestly my favorite place to get my nails done, I have never had a bad experience and they are always so kind there. They always sing and interact, I find it super adorable and it gets my mind off the fact that I have to sit for an hour to get acrylics, hours turn to minutes and next thing you know I'm already tipping and heading out the door. Once I broke a nail while sleeping (I knew I moved around in my sleep and knew it was most likely my fault) I went back the next day and they looked at my nail and instantly fixed it, no questions asked, and while pulling out my wallet they said "no charge, it's okay" and smiled, so so sweet, will always be my go-to nail salon. read more
