Service: Super friendly every time, answers any questions and always gives me what i request. Of course I do give guidance throughout any service but they definitely get the job done and i'm satisfied. My boyfriend stepped on my big toe and it ended up falling off. so the new nail growing in was just so ugly. The girls at Nails for you suggested i do acrylic and gel on my other toes and my big toe nail literally grew back so quickly and healthy. The vibe: i feel comfortable every time i go. the location might seem rough to some people but don't leave anything in your car you don't want stolen and you'll be fine lol Overall, this is my go-to spot for pedicures! read more

Wen and his wife have an amazing crew and just an amazing environment to be in. I've been coming to them for 10 yrs and I don't really see myself going to another salon. I am a heavy duty worker so my nails when gotten need to atleast last me longer than the 2 weeks. Wen, is my go to tech and understand my work as well as my day to day mom life so when I get my set done he does his amazing work and always sets me up with a nail set that last about 1-2 months with little to hardly no growth back or little to no damages to my real nail nor to the acrylic. read more

I have not had my nails done since PRE-COVID after the salon i normally frequent was shut down during the lock-down. I found out about this place from a friend of mine whose nails were adorable. It wasn't until after scrolling through their instagram was I sold on making this my new shop. I called on a Monday and they got me in for a full set the next morning. I didn't catch the gentleman's name who did my nails but he did such an amazing job. I showed him a design I wanted and he nailed it! I'm a happy client and i will be returning :) read more

I was a bit hesitant in waiting 45 to get met nails done, but I'm sure glad I did!! I got a great and warm welcome from Wen, a funny and talented co-owner. He really took the time to get to know me and was SOOO happy to hear that it's a family business and he works along side his parents, siblings and wife! Gave me all the feels haha The place itself is pretty clean, had a variety of colors and services to choose from. Product wise, I got an acrylic set with gel French tip. My only complaint is that the acrylic may not be thick enough and I fear breaking a nail too quickly. I would definitely return. read more

Would give 0 stars if i could! Never been so disappointed in a nail service, asked for almond shape and they gave me uneven thick button nails. The french tips I got were uneven and crooked. Only gave me half a refund of $50! do not come here! read more

So I don't mind spending money on something I need. When it comes to a mani and a pedi. I want the works for my buck. My Pedicure was great. I got the bang for my buck. $55 for my pedi and I can't complain. She was great! $35 for gel and just for my hand to soak in water. I should've just said I wanted a polish change. If I knew they're manis were so simple there. Plus, she didnt want to give me what I want and laughed at what I wanted. So I went with the simple white tip. WHEN ITS NOT WHAT I WANTED. I used to go here as a child with my mom. It used to be great. Now, this time just ruined it for me. I will NOT be going back. read more

I remember coming here and they used disposable pedicure Instruments. Yesterday, that was not the case. I gave the older lady the benefit of the doubt and thought , maybe she cleaned them before using them on my feet. She did not. As soon as she was done she dumped all the instruments she used into my feet water and put them back into her little closed case. The next person came along and she didn't even wipe down the foot area for the next person and proceeded to use the same tools without wash. I'm pretty disappointed, because I love getting my eyebrows waxed here and thought to treat my self to a pedicure. I now. am battling a fungal infection on my toes and worried it is in my toe nails. Next time I will go some where , with disposable pedicure equipment. It does not matter how well a job is done, if your going to be given an infection over unsanitary equipment used by staff. read more

So I've been to a couple salons out here in the desert each one has its ups and downs. This place is no different. Here's my tips after being a regular here for over a year -make an appointment if you don't want to wait. -Liz gives the best caring pedicure -Lynn gives the best thorough pedicure All manicures I've gotten have been amazing with Wen giving the best artistic ones! Go on a Monday or Tuesday when they are slower if you want extra TLC If your having and issue with the way something is being done say it and ask for help if you feel their is a language barrier. The team here deserves respect and is doing their best. I honestly love this place the only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is because their is always room for improvement. This is in Indio next to a Cardenas you're getting the best bang for your buck. read more

Someone should really call Health dept on this salon. A man did my nails they looked pretty good but took the liquid that he was dipping and using on my nails and poured it back into the bottle that he poured it out of to begin with! Completely unsanitary. Then got a wax and the woman double dipped the stick the entire time. All of these are not up to code. Also came here once with an apt wanting the same design on my toes (for vacation might I add) I had gotten on my nails after my toes are painted white im told that only one girl does that particular design and that she had an apt which hello I did also one that I paid 10$ for! After that and the unsanitary visit I was just done. Won't Go back again. read more

Wen is very disrespectful always talking about ppl when they ask how long is the wait! I got priced for a set and when the lady was almost done he came up and changed the price! He has unlicensed ppl getting the work started. Then he finishes the work . I was going to the nail shop for almost a year! The last time I was there I was digested to see him charge a sweet old lady 125 for a set nails were so small it's just sad don't go there please ! read more

I went to go get my nails and asked for short nails, and as the lady who was doing my nails was almost done I've notice 2 fingers of each hand wasn't the same length as the rest. Told her if she can shorten it a little and all she told me was "than what the hell do you want" I was shocked that she said that but tired because I got out from work. Had a bad experience here. And won't be coming here. read more

I went in a few weeks ago with my husband for pedicures and I left extremely upset!!! After waiting over 30 min, our pedicure took about 15min. Both the owners (husband and wife) did our pedi. The lady didn't even bother to cut my husbands toe nails at all (I had to cut them when we got home). She hardly even filed them. We pretty much just soaked our feet for 30 min, and got 2min massage... paying almost $50. I understand they're short on staff but this is ridiculous. I've been going there for about 5 years now and it's just not the same anymore. I'm glad I found a better nail salon that truly cares about their clients. Sad to say but I won't be returning to Nails for you.... read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE ! Always greeted and friendly environment!! Hanna is the go to girl for pedicures. She is very friendly! Very careful when dealing with nails & she takes her time! For acrylics I would go to her boyfriend! The young man! He is excellent at getting your nails the way you want them done. Prices here are decent and are not expensive at all. Waxing I guarantee to go to the owners wife or Hanna ! Very gentle when dealing with eyebrows and how you want your eyebrows done. Over all, I highly recommend nails for you! :) read more

Wen did a great job on my French gel mani. Also one of the older men there did a great job on my pedi. They currently charge $28 for french gel mani and $18 for regular pedi. It's the best price in town. I recently moved back to the area and had to call around for pricing because where I moved from getting pampered costed less than here. I do recommend this place. read more

I've been coming here for a couple years now. 7 to be exact and each year the service declined. Today was the last straw. Last time I got my full set here I left the salon with bloody cuticles, bumpy nails and an empty wallet. I still gave them another try because I wanted to be loyal. Big mistake. I leave again with poorly done nails, cuts and slices along my cuticles bumps & bubbles throughout. They're made into a quantity not quality store now. Don't waste your money or time!! read more

Extremely Bad customer service, starting with the manager (Peter) and a very rude female (Jackie). I will never go back there again, and I do not recommend at all. Too bad I had already requested most expensive pedicure and manicure for my daughter and self. I asked for professional advice on design and they refused to give suggestions, not politely, but extremely rude and bothered. When I then suggested a simple small butterfly design they said they could not do a butterfly. Excuse that nail was too small. Everything seemed impossible for them to do. The bad customer service cheapened the place and brought establishment down, in my eyes. Horrible business, and horrible experience! This was first time there and last time. read more

Found by luck! Great place! Nice people working there and super clean! I loved the hot stones that came with the pedicure! Very affordable!

I do not recommend ! They have bad service and they did a horrible job on my nails and were charging me 70 for just acrylic with a small design. They did my nails horrible I told the guy I didn't like them and he told me to leave. Very rude! I do not recommend. Also this female worker took a picture of me because I told them I was not paying for the terrible job that they had done. Very bad service I would not recommend ! read more

I've been coming here for years and although they have a lot of new faces...I still think they are the best! The owners are very personable, nice, and professional. They always seem to get me in and out even when they are at their busiest. I always get gel manicures and they seem to last me the longest here! I love that they added the hot stone massage to their pedicures. It feels amazing. I wish I could remember everyone's name but the two owners are awesome. Do not go to this place they gave me nail fungus! I pointed out that my nail had white spots and they said I left the polish on too long which I always go to them every month. It wouldn't go away so I went to the doctor to ask and she definitely said it was nail fungus after I went to the salon to speak to them they said your nail is healthy looking and they could perform a pedicure which Is probably how I got it in the first place they will do it on anyone just to get money and do not disinfect their things they also said my doctor was wrong! Now I have to use medicine for 4 months Do Not Go To Them read more
