The worst French set of I've gotten! They're crooked, messy and they never cleaned up my cuticles even after asking several time. I was gas lit and met with a lot of attitude after speaking up about what I didn't like and what I wanted fixed. They left my fingers a mess with white residue everywhere. read more

BEWARE!!! A great pedicure isn't just about the polish! At this salon they don't seem to sterilize the instruments between clients? I saw the technician take the tools she used on lady next to me and wash them at the sink with water and soap. Then she brought them back to use on me!!! No way!!! When I asked her about it she just nodded yes but didn't explain herself. So I got scared and declined their service and left. Nail instruments should be ALWAYS be sterilized and sealed in a sterile package. A new, unopened package should be used for each client. Why is this important? It's because dirty instruments can make you very sick! I had a manicure sometime ago at another salon that didn't sterilize their instruments. They did what this lady looked like she was doing. Their sloppy technique resulted in me getting a fungal and bacterial infection under my finger nail. The infection rapidly entered by bloodstream! I was hospitalized for 3 weeks with the infection. Then I had plastic surgery to repair my nail bed. Please always check if the salon uses a new set of sterilized instruments with each client before you have a manicure or pedicure. read more

I had used Tiffany one time prior for a powder dip manicure. She did a good job... took all the old stuff off, trimmed cuticles, nice job. Went back to her a second time and it was horrible. She never took all the old powder off, nothing on cuticles and it looked like I had Chiclets gum for nails. Just awful. I can tell she was rushing me through because another customer she seemed to know was waiting for a pedicure. I had booked the appointment with her and after she rushed through my nails she passed me off to someone else to do pedicure... which was terrible. Proceeded to put on gel polish after I asked for plain clear. Charged me 5 extra dollars for the polish to start peeling before I even walked out the door. I like to get my nails done often. This spa with Leyna is very friendly and all the staff are very kind. I recommend it 100%.

I called to see if they do dip color for my nails and they said yes. I got there and they started my nails but once they added the color it wasn't dip color but gel nail polish. I asked for the dip color and they said they don't do that here but gel is better for your nails and stronger. Well not even one day and my nail polish is coming off. I spend $79 for mani and pedi. It's not worth going to this place. That was a waste of money. Very disappointed with them. Won't be going back. Update as my day went on all the nail polish came off my nails. So upset by this. They even said that my nails will last at least 2-3 weeks. It hasn't even been a full day. read more

I'm not happy at all me & my aunt came in to do two gel pedicures & weren't asked what service we wanted they just did a simple pedicure cut our nails super short & didn't even scrub our feet right or do a good clean up. My aunt got a wax for her under arms & still had patches of hair. My lady finally convinced me to get my first pedicure, at age 57. Oh my, it was a revelation. I never had any idea a male pedicure treatment would be so relaxing and soothing. After years of abuse to my feet in a sales job - the treatment was long overdue. I'm now hooked. Nail Tech Bee(Bia) skillfully and masterfully clipped and shaved away decades of callouses, nail fungi and cracked heels. The foot and leg massage was the icing on the cake. Yes, the first visit was not cheap, but I'm told regular follow up visits will not require such extensive maintenance treatment. Do yourself a favor and take good care of those two pods supporting your entire body, day-in and day-out. Stop taking the feet for granted and give them the pampering they truly deserve. I hate to write a bad review, but here goes. I can't even begin to explain what a bad experience I had after leaving a relaxing vacation in Palm Desert. I came in for a pedicure and gel removal and had to refuse a manicure twice. The woman who removed the gel on my hands said, "I'm going to cut your nails, okay?" I said, sure. I reiterated that it was a gel removal only and she said okay. Another woman did a pedicure so messy--in the cut and the polish job--I had to take it off as soon as I got home. I was charged for a full manicure instead of a gel removal, which they discounted a measly $2 because of their misunderstanding. This was the first time I didn't tip a salon artist. The entire experience was a complete waste and cost a whopping $38... $38 for a novice pedicure, a gel removal that should have been $5 and a bad nail cut. Pictures attached. House of Horrors! First time I went, I was a "walk in" & needed a polish change. The place is old, very old and outdated pedicure massage chairs (you know the ones). The "prices" are apropos to the environment, but good luck getting those prices. The lady, Joann did such a great job that I gave her a big tip. I made the decision to back because she was great and the price was fair. Next time I came in, I was charged more money than I was the first time, assuming it's because of the big tip. It made me so mad because I don't give big tips because I'm rich, I work hard all day for every dollar. When I made mention of it, Joanne shot me a stink eye like I've never seen. I still went back a third time because I liked her. The third time was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail place. I was not greeted in the normal friendly way. I felt a weird vibe and when Joanne saw me, she just pointed to the pedicure chair. She had the absolute worst expression on her face and had the most dark, foul energy. Soon after I sat in the pedicure chair, I quietly and lovingly asked her if everything was ok. She shot me one of her "stink eyes" and told me she was tired. I asked her several more times if everything was alright and got the same response. Worst pedicure ever. When I got to the manicure station, I started to realize that she is mad at me! Her station was filthy! She rested my hands on someone else's nail debris. So gritty, dirty and gross. She made me get up 2x to wash my hands which was actually fine. She did not do my nails the way she used to - they were horribly shaped (and shaping is her specialty), ugly different lengths/widths etc. She rolled her eyes a bunch of times and basically ruined my experience. I had just gone through the hardest week and was so looking forward to having a great spa day but that's not what I got - her treatment of me was abhorrent...utterly disgraceful. All of this because I inquired about the price increase. If for some (unlikely) other reason she was in that abysmal state of mind, it is no way to EVER treat a customer. Wow. My husband and I were floored by the scam. Be sure to not only point to the service you want on their menu but possibly take a photo of your finger pointing at what you want done. We only had 35 mins and wanted the basic pedi - which is all we got but evidently they "misunderstood" and charged $90 for an express pedi. Such crap.
