Tammy and Natalie did my nails and they were very patient and accommodating. The design I requested was a bit difficult for them as they have never done anything like it before. But as we went through the design process, Tammy was very patient and asked me if I liked the design or if I wanted to change it every step of the way. The salon was very clean and there are a lot of colors to choose from. They also have a lot of gemstones, glitter, beads, fairy dust, chrome dust, etc, anything you could want for designs. The woman who took off my fake nails, was rude and bothered, didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted my nails shaped, she seemed in a complete rush! My first time visit, I could have Added Large tip. Seemed like she could care less if I was happy with my service. Never returning here again. Left my natural, nails the worst I've ever. And I was gonna ask for shaving for the holidays, and she didn't even have time for me to ask her for that. Just because it's a cheap service, doesn't mean that I won't refer people, or come back for higher paying services if you treat me well the first time. Too bad! So I've come here twice since it's very close to my house, here are my detailed experience with both visits. First off, my first experience was with the owner Tammy. I was pretty satisfied with the Acrylic Gel Nail Manicure I got with her. I didn't schedule an appointment, I just walked in and they got started with me right away, so that was nice. I believe Lesly did my nail prep and Tammy did the Acrylic and polish. I work a lot with my hands and they get dry easily so a few days later my cuticles were hurting and peeling back red and bleeding. I feel like Lesly took too much off with the drill tool, it looked very clean and nice the first day, but for my working hands it wasn't good. Also Tammy was very persistent I pay with Zelle and not card, which kinda annoyed me...I get it, but I put everything on credit cards to collect my rewards points and keep track of my spendings, so I didn't like how she was persistent and was a little rude about if the money went through properly or not when it showed on her phone. This was my first time with them and it was $45 for initial acrylic gel manicure, they had a holiday discount at the time. So now for my second visit, I called ahead to make sure I could walk in and start my manicure without waiting. I'd told them on the phone I'll be there in a few minutes and they said I could come in right away. Once I got there I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes! Yes they had people they were working with, they that were late to their appointment, but I was not anticipating the wait, especially since I had called in ahead to make sure I wasn't gonna be stuck waiting. So I finally sit down to get my nails done and Steven is doing the prepping for my acrylic fill, I made sure to tell him to go easy on the cuticles with the drill tool and he did great! I was very pleased with his work and he was very detail oriented and I was able to talk to him about the exact shape I wanted and he did an excellent job! (Honestly he was better than the owner Tammy) Lesley did the gel polish for me and she did good too, though polish is easy. I like to mix my colors so I'm glad she delivered. (Tammy messed up the pattern the first time I asked for different colored nails and had to repaint a nail) This fill was $40 with no discount, I thought it was going to be cheaper but oh well. I didn't tip both times, first because she was persistent and rude about me using Zelle and not card. And the second time because of the unexpected wait. I will be going a third time and maybe I will tip if everything runs smoothly, they'll have my 4 stars then, ambiance could be better. My suggestion to the owner would be: 1. Don't be so persistent on your preferred payment method 2. Go easy on the cuticles with the drill 3. If I have to wait unexpectedly at least start me with something or offer me a discount for the inconvenience. 4. The ambiance could be better read more

Tammys nails never fails me! Tammy herself is so sweet and kind, remembering and getting to know her customers. Her staff is so kind and always gentle. I would always avoid getting my nails done because I would get burned by the drill or they wouldn't be what I wanted, but I have never had that problem over the past 2 months i've been coming to Tammy. Steven does mine and my sisters acrylics, they always turn out amazing, with a great shape and design no matter what it is. This set imaged is a free hand design Tammy did. She completely revamped my nails after they were horribly done by another salon and always makes sure I like it what i'm getting. Had an amazing experience at Tammys nails. I was a day of...walk in new client, hoping to get a pedicure and gel nails. I've been contemplating acrylics (it's been years!) but assumed as a walk-in there wouldn't be time. I had an event this past weekend and was really hoping for acrylics. Tammy was accommodating, quick and efficient. My pedicure was incredible, probably one of the best I've ever had! Not sure what polish brand they use but I'm constantly cleaning, opening boxes etc... my nails and toes still look perfect a week later!! Customers kept coming in and she was so focused on getting appointments and accommodating to everyone else and completely ignored who was in front of her. That's how I ended up with these ugly bubblegum nails. I asked for almond shaped with a design. Of course she couldn't do the design so I said just paint them. Oh and that's not all she was upset when I told her I didn't like them and the design was no where near what I showed her. Ladies don't say I didn't warm you. Don't go!! Terrible service, not enough employees for starters. The older woman who did half my pedicure was good but the man who came over to paint my toes didn't know what he was doing. If I didn't say anything he would have let me leave with toes that looked like a 2 year old painted them. The salon was dirty and looked chaotic. The entire experience was horrible. Horrible Experience. I thought I would try a new nail place since I prefer the Dip method and my usual person has left the salon I have frequented for years. My manicurist was Tammy, the owner. She was very pleasant and professional until I noticed that the color that she was putting on my nails didn't look anything like the color I had chosen from the color book. I asked her if they were going to look darker and match the color in the book once they were finished and top coated and she immediately became very defensive and said they were the same. I asked to see the book again, and compared what was on my hand, and pointed out that it did not match at all. She said "This company's samples don't match a lot" and brought me another color book. I had mentioned to her in the very beginning that I prefer the Dip nails to be thin, not thick, and she said that she would have to do "8-10 coats" for the colors to match the colors in the book, which is patently ridiculous. I have been having my nails done with Dip powder for years and have never had this happen, or had a manicurist say this. Tammy consistently argued with me, standing over me, yelling at me at some points that I was "wasting her time". She was aggressive, rude, and unprofessional and yet when anyone would come in to the salon while this was going on she would smile at them sweetly and turn on the charm. Don't be fooled. That woman is HORRIBLE. I wish I would have just left when the whole situation started but I really needed my nails done today and had limited time. Incidentally, the second color that she had me pick from the second color book also ended up looking nothing like the sample. Not sure what she is doing wrong because as I said I've never had this problem before, but now I'm walking around with hot pink Barbie nails when I wanted something subtle and professional. Awesome. I also noticed once I was home that she didn't even bother cleaning up the underside of the nails that are still full of powder debris and glue. Don't give this person your business. I started feeling unappreciated as a customer and she can be rude by how she speaks to you . I also noticed she didn't offer me water like the other customers.
