One of the nail technicians was extremely rude throughout my appointment. She never asked how long I wanted my nails. When she finished shaping them, I realized they were longer than I wanted, so I politely asked if she could cut them a little shorter. Instead of simply adjusting them, she responded, "Why are you asking me this now?" in a rude tone and threw her tools into her cart because she was upset. Later, I asked if she could paint one nail with a color I was deciding between so I could compare it. After seeing it, I politely asked if we could use a different color instead. She became visibly irritated and said, "This is what you asked for," then continued painting with the color I had just said I didn't want, even after I repeated that I wanted to change it. The entire experience made me feel uncomfortable, and I won't be returning. read more

I saw my best friend's nails & it looked beautiful! She recommended me this nail salon & CHOUU IS AMAZING! She is talented & has attention to detail! 10/10! She did exactly what I wanted & I'm very impressed. I will be coming back read more

I tried T Nails after seeing good reviews while looking for a regular nail spot in the desert. During my appointment with Chao, I mentioned my gel nails tend to chip easily and was recommended an upgraded "harder layer." I agreed, not realizing it was an additional $20 until after the service. About a week later, the same nail began to chip, so I returned for a repair. The visit felt uncomfortable and somewhat disconnected, with very little direct communication, which made the experience feel dismissive. During the original service, a handheld gel curing light was used directly over my nails and the heat became very uncomfortable. Overall, I expected better communication and consistency, especially with an upgraded service. read more

I'm still here waiting an hour after a set appointment. I see they are busy but I made an appointment and as a local I would have been here in the summer when others are gone. Silly me I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. They had a 10% off so I came for a 12:00 appointment and finally left after waiting for 30 minutes. This is after they rescheduled my 10:00 this morning because I was running 10 minutes late and they had already taken walk in's ( no problem ) but, when rescheduling another 2 hours later you'd figure they would be ready and not take additional walk ins when they know they have an appointment. Bottom line , they simply do not honor appointments so if you have nothing else going you can just wait around. No thank you ‍ read more

Excellent quality and great service. Beautiful facility. The staff is great and very professional

Friendly clean atmosphere. Very professional staff. Always ready for me. Never a wait

Not bad, not great! I was immediately serviced once I arrived. I paid $55 for a pedicure that seemed a bit rush and my heels felt like they hadn't been touched once I left. Great polish job though. read more

I'm a returning customer to T Nails because I had a great first experience -- I received a gel builder fill and a deluxe pedicure and left feeling relaxed and happy. I even planning my next appointment right away. Unfortunately, today has been a completely different experience, and I'm writing this review while still sitting in the pedicure chair -- because instead of enjoying my service, I'm feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. I asked for the same services as before: a gel builder fill and a deluxe pedicure. I was looking forward to another relaxing visit. However, shortly after my pedicure began, another technician came over and started working on my nails at the same time. I asked politely not to have to reach awkwardly across my body, and they adjusted -- which I appreciated. But then, while my feet were still being worked on, the technician began prepping for an acrylic fill instead of the gel builder I had specifically requested. On top of that, she walked away mid-process to consult with the lead technician, leaving me trying to communicate while still getting a pedicure. When I asked to finish my manicure after the pedicure so I could actually enjoy my service, a customer nearby turned to me and yelled, saying I was complaining too much and ruining her experience -- which made things even more uncomfortable. I understand that salons get busy and try to be efficient, but I really wish someone had asked my preference before deciding to double-book the services. This visit feels rushed, overwhelming, and ultimately disappointing. Would I recommend T Nails? Only if you clearly state that you'd like your services done one at a time -- not simultaneously -- and that your experience matters just as much as their schedule. Today, instead of relaxing, I feel attacked, embarrassed, and unheard. That's not the experience I came back for. read more

i am from sacramento-- completely out of town! i searched up gel x online and found this salon. based on reviews, i saw that the nail tech chou did great nails with designs. i am not disappointed at all!! the salon was clean, and the music was very relaxing and serene. at the beginning of the service, i showed her a reference photo and she immediately went to find different colors to match my photo as quickly as possible. she did not stop looking until both of us were satisfied! she was very meticulous throughout the service, and she worked efficiently. she checked in with me throughout every step to make sure i liked what was going on, and i walked out extremely happy! 100% recommend this salon, and 1000% recommend chou! i wish i could take her back with me to sacramento haha read more

Came out to Indio for a wedding and needed a last minute manicure. I had looked up the reviews around the area and this salon did not disappoint. I came in Saturday morning on Valentine's Day and they took me right away. Chouu did an amazing job on my nails. Her work was some of the best I've ever had done but she was also so knowledgeable, professional and kind. I went in looking for gel x and she suggested gel builder which I've never heard of but am so glad she recommended it. You could tell she knew her stuff and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend going to this salon and seeing Chouu. The salon as a whole was clean, relaxing and well managed. I wish I lived closer so I could continue going to her but if I'm ever out here again I'll for sure be back! Thank you Chouu and T Nails! read more

I have been going to Chou for the past 3 months and everytime I am extremely satisfied with the results. Her application is top tier and my gel build last for 4-5weeks easily. I schedule appointments and have not had to wait more than 10 minutes. (I get it). She also texted me and advised she was running behind so I just showed up later to my appointment. Very thoughtful of others time. I highly recommend! read more

I can't say enough good things about my nails and the amazing artist behind them. Chou consistently exceeds my expectations with her creativity, precision, and attention to detail. What I love most is how Chou truly listens to what I want and brings my ideas to life while adding her unique artistic flair. I told her I wanted snowflakes and the snowflake she drew was waaay better than the one I thought. Her work is always flawless and I constantly get compliments on my nails wherever I go! Also, my nails always last the longest when she works on them. Every visit feels like a treat because not only do I leave with stunning nails, but I also enjoy catching up with Chou :) So if you're looking for someone who's talented, professional, and truly passionate about what they do, I can't recommend Chou enough. I'm so grateful to have found her! read more

They are very accommodating. They're all very nice and will actually strike up a conversation with you and not just talk amongst themselves. Which is a huge plus for me. Most of the nail technicians are also nail artists. They do great work. I highly recommend T-Nails. read more

Nothing could be improved. The language gap prevented my technician to follow my concern regarding 2 toenails that were removed by my podiatrist. I had told her 6 times to not touch the nail area at all, but she persisted! Then she asked me if I wanted acetone put on the skin! I did not have the support of the woman working next to her, insisting that she understood what I was asking, but obviously, she did not. Even the customer sitting next to me jumped in with comments The music was relaxing. read more

I went in for a dip manicure and pedi with gel polish. The staff was friendly enough when I arrived and got me right in for my appointment time. The massage with the pedicure was mediocre, to say the least. The lady doing the pedicure seemed rushed and distracted, but polite. She did a good job on the polish, but overall the pedicure was not worth the $65. I was moved to a seat for my manicure where the lady, once again, seemed rushed. As soon as she had filed the top layer of the dip off and asked me to soak my nails, she got up, moved to another station and began working on another customer. No explanation, just got up and moved. About 5 minutes later, another woman came up and told me to move to yet another station to complete the manicure. As a customer who was there to spend money and will tip nicely when it is earned, this felt very disrespectful. The lady who finished my manicure, while very friendly, also appeared rushed and did a subpar job. I went home and finished filing the jagged edges left behind. After paying over $130 for my nails to be done by a professional, I should not have to go home to finish the job. A subpar tip was left to go along with the subpar service. Won't be returning. read more

Great all around! My daughter (11) and I were walk-ins shortly after 5:30 pm on Saturday. The staff was friendly, attentive, professional, and just amazing! We both had gotten a pedicure, my daughter had also gotten a kid manicure with clear polish, and I had a gel manicure. The pedicure was amazing! There are so many great items between various lotions, a legit hot towel wrap, and the massage. OMG! I was so relaxed. The polish was on point, and one of the ladies did the cutest design on my daughter's toe nails. She was giddy. We were only in the town for the day, but when we come back, this will absolutely be a stop for us again. Thank you for taking such great care of us. On a side note, they mentioned the shop had been there a while but under new management. I will say the new manager is doing everything right! read more

First time at this salon. My appointment was with Chow... very happy with my nails. Very clean salon and welcoming . Will go back.

This was my first time visiting and I called to make an appointment. The appointment was confirmed via text which I appreciated. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and I was greeted with a smile and provided with the color chart. Chow did my dip and Tammy did my pedicure. They both did an amazing job. The dip snd nail shape was just the way I like it and I could not believe what I received for a basic pedicure. I will definitely return. read more

I went to T Nails today and received the very best foot and leg massage I have ever had, and I'm rather old and had many pedicures. This one was the best‼. I don't know the gentleman's name, but he was a young man with strong hands and did a great job on my pedicure. I will definitely go back. I also had an acrylic fill and it was super also‼. She does all the latest techniques. I had the mirror finish chrome and it turned out beautifully She is the owner I believe. I highly recommend this salon. read more
