I thought I would give it a chance ... Prices are reasonable and the salon is clean. I had a really nice manicure done by Victoria. She was understanding when I told her that I did not want gelX as I don't have a routine of getting my nails done. I got a deluxe pedicure by Tony. He was really great at the massage and callus treatment. However, I ended up with a small cut around the cuticle area and a few days after my pedicure, my toe is swollen and in pain. Embarrassed to post a photo, but it is what it is! There was some water that didn't get cleaned in between foot soak and rinsing, that could have contributed. Anyway, now my toe is infected and that is ultimately what brought my review down a couple of stars. read more

I'm a clean guy I went in there to get an manicure and I asked her to cut the part that looks white and she hurt me. She did not know what she was doing. The service was bad. Customer service wasn't what I expected. I could go to my house and get these myself because she still left what I did didn't want. read more

I was a walking customer on Wed Morning. My regular salon was booked. I gave this salesman n a chance to win me over. Joe greeted me pleasantly. He also completed my gel nail manicure on my nails! Kim completed my pedicure. Three days later (Saturday) my nails have chipped. See photos below! I'm so disgusted!! Wasted money!! So far my toes were done by Kim are ok to wear sandals so far.... But I'm fearful toenails will chip any minute! I Dont recommend this shop. Gel Nails should last longer than 3 days! read more

I was really trying to save this place from the horrible reviews but please try a different spot if it's your first time. I got a regular pedi and asked for callus removal but it was so light that I still have callus left. The tech scrubbed very lightly. They also didn't have a lot of colors in stock. The ones in stock looked very old and dry. Also, before I arrived, they said I'd be attended to right away since it was slow; however when I got there, they sat me quickly in a chair but wasn't attended until 30min after. I saw about 3 techs just on their phones or lounging around while I was waiting. Please do yourself a favor and try a different spot. read more

I was a walk-in customer looking to simply get my nails painted. It took an hour and the quality is terrible. Good thing it only cost $10. I removed the polish when I got home and repainted them myself. The technicians were kind and used a phone to translate, but I won't be back. read more

Johnny & Victoria are the best! love them! I have been going to them for years! They always make time to fit me in their schedules!

I do not recommend coming here at all. Service wise they messed up my brows and were really rough with the process. The place had an oder and its room seemed unkept and unclean. I only got this app to spread the word. read more

I ask for a specific service and ended with something completely different they don't listen at what you want. Wanted an ombre pink gel mani and finish with yellow and white. Don't waste your time and money. Take yourself somewhere else read more

I'm not a very picky person when it comes to nails, given that I came in for a basic gel manicure, I didn't think someone could really fuck that up. Howeverrr, the coat was uneven, one was bubbly, two are chipping after only 4 days (normally last me 1 1/2 weeks without chipping) and last I have a lot of pain on one due to the tech cutting way too much of my side nail/cuticle off. I mentioned it hurt during the appointment and she said it was normal but fast forward 4 days and I have a minor infection that I have been curing with alcohol. Definitely will not be coming back here. read more

To all my girls please give Glamour nails a try, they never disappoint! they're fast and efficient. I always go for the very short cute gel acrylics and they always come out on point and I seem to get ton of compliments, even though this nail style is "boring and short" hehe! Also, if you want a REAL clean, detailed and THOROUGH pedicure, come here because as a woman having pretty clean feet is a must and this place will give you that! read more

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR NAILS LOOKING LIKE THIS!!!!!! First of all the lady who did my nails was aggressive and did not listen to me what so ever. I spent 75$ for unprofessional looking nails. The "nail tech" did not bother to take off the residue of the nail polish off my hands nor fingers, she left the design looking crooked even though I had put my input on them, she kept telling me "its fine". Please do not waste your given time or money on this place. I do not recommend coming here! read more

Great service, great prices, great quality, and they take their time! Husband and wife took care of us, got exactly what we wanted!

If I could put zero stars I would. Left nail glue all over my fingers. When she was filling them down I kept telling her it hurt and she just kept ignoring me. Went in with an inspo pic of a light pink and came out with a pink that looks like pepto bismo. And as she's finishing my nails she scratched my knuckles with the file. Truly don't waste your money here. read more

I would not recommend this place. They can't even do a decent job on glitter ombré. This is such a shitty job. The guy seemed to be in a rush to finish after I asked for a second pass with A LITTLE BIT of glitter along the edges. Don't waste your money here. read more

After going there for 2 years you'd think it would be a nice experience. It wasnt. it was moderately busy and I was scheduled for a pedi at 11. I kept hearing Kim (owner)say.. few minutes, as she was with another client. Few minutes ended up being 40 so I left. Last time I was there Kim rushed thru the pedi, did not do any of the services listed on the "menu." Nothing, a 3 minute massage, no scrub.. nothing. The worst was that she literally snatched the money out of my hands, tip and all. She didn't complete the pedicure, left me to put on my sandals. And yes, most of us do need assistance as to not screw up the polish. Even after asking Kim for helpI got No reply. Put the sandals on myself and yup, screwed the polish. I won't be back. Also it's always hot in there. glamour nails jackson st Indio read more

Update: nails started breaking off after a week of having them First time going here. Absolutely loved the pedicure no complaints there. The lady who did my nails felt like she was rushing and was upset she had to go in a few minutes earlier than she was supposed to. when asking about my nails length I asked for medium and before I could ask her not to cut them where she had the tool positioned she had already started to cut the nails. I asked for French tips and from afar they looked good but as she finished up she goes to tell me she's not good at doing French tips and then noticed the lines were sloppy. I'm not one to complain and that's my fault for not speaking up but they had already made my friend and I feel uncomfortable so we paid and left (she was unhappy with her shaping as well). Will only return for a pedicure if other places are booked. read more

I do not recommend this place at all. My cousin went recently and they did a horrible job for acrylics. The cuticles looks damaged and they left something black along the side of her cuticle. Extremely careless service, but I'm not surprised based on the other reviews. If you're in the North Indio area, go to A&J Nail Salon. They have much better customer service and are much more careful and clean. read more

My worst experience with nail place , I think none of these people they have licensed, for that reason I will call state board and report this place , extremely dirty, they can't even paint your nail , my pedicure lady , she put hot hot water and my feet felt burning, she did not apologize, only ran cold water , please don't support this business should get close soon read more

I question the price on my nails... I paid $95 for mani and pedi.... I was there for 3 hours. Was playing more of the waiting game then anything. They took me in right away but I guess the lady working on me had a scheduled appointment so she stopped our session and put me in the pedicure section... I was sitting there for 45 min with my feet in cold water. Finally someone got to me to do a pedicure. I hated it!! Non of my nails are even. She didn't check what color I wanted just put a clear coat until I told her something but still did a bad job. Finally got back to doing the manicure. She did it so fast she didn't correct any of her mistakes even tho she saw them and I told her about it. Through out this whole treatment she gave me prices. I should have paid $75/$80... but got charged $95. I still gave her a tip... I guess tip wasn't good enough because she snatched it out of my hand all walked away mad... read more

Came here last minute and requested gel pedicure. Susan took me even tho they were busy and closing in 30min. She asked if I wanted a mani too. Moved to the area about 2 years ago and it took me this long to try out a local nail salon, I'll start out by saying I was warmly welcomed by who I think was the owner, very sweet and personable, I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure and both were absolutely perfect. It's rare when you feel like you got what you paid for and in this case I definitely did. Will be going there from now on for my nail needs. read more

Went here for the first time the other day. I got a gel manicure, and it's the worst one I've ever gotten. The owner of the salon was the one who did my mani, it was rushed, pricey, and my nails looked like a preschooler painted them. The gel polish was already peeling off THE NEXT DAY! They seemed to just want to get you in and out as quick as possible and didnt care what you wanted or how the job looked. read more

This nail salon is a complete joke. They don't care for their customers who are paying and it's incredibly rude with how they treated me. I was ignored and put at the end of the line when there were techs free in the back. LAZY store employees and with how often I get my nails done I can honestly say this deserves a ZERO star. Their work ethic is a joke and while I was waiting they had cut another lady's finger which should have been another warning. Don't waste your time. Only clients with history and who've been going to see the techs get good service. DO NOT TRY THEM! I really only review nails salons so you've all been warned. read more

Really bad manners and rude. I would not go again. Spend your money elsewhere where they don't make you wait and then take the person who came in after you before you. It should be first come first serve. You should treat everyone respectfully and equally. Don't lie that someone has an appointment when they don't just to justify taking them first. You will lose customers that way read more
