I love this nail salon first Ivy the nail technician always does a great job on my nails she does them so fast like 10 minutes and they always look so amazing. She has so many colors to choose from it always keeps it so fun! The pedicures are so soothing and relaxing they do hot stone massages for their regular pedicures!!!! No one else does that! They are very fairly priced and walk ins are always welcomed! I have referred a lot of friends and they all have had great experiences as well and continue to go to this salon! *Sasha read more

This is a little gem. First, the room smells clean. It's a 3 generation family business. Their services are excellent , proprietor is friendly and very fluent in English, it's a cheery room, and the techs are gentle and competent. I'm glad I found this out-of-the-way place in Indio. Just behind Walgreens across from Home Depot read more

Made an appointment for a gel pedicure and nail fill. I instantly regretted it when I had to ask the older gentleman who was doing my pedicure to remove my cuticles, clean under the nails and explain to him to remove an ingrown nail which he clearly did not understand. I asked the younger gentleman who was working on another client if he could please translate and explain to which he replied "He understands" so then why did I have to ask and repeat myself multiple times? He never removed the ingrown nail because he didn't understand and filed my skin because he was being rough while filing my nails. I grew frustrated and decided to just skip getting my nails done and will not ever come back here. I can almost guarantee the gentleman who did my pedicure is not licensed either. read more

I got a pedicure 6/19/19 & got cut pretty good. A good chunk of skin was removed from side of my nail, not sure why because I had zero issues before this & get pedicures regularly so my feet are always well taken care of. The technician then used her finger nails to attempt to stop the bleeding after cutting me. This cut is now infected has now cost me $$ in 2 Dr appts, 3 different antibiotics, & so far 2 days of missed work. Had to have it cut further into at Dr office yesterday so it could drain better. Not happy. Still not 100% sure oral medication will clear up this infection at this point. Beware read more

Got my nails done by Ivy today. She was quick, efficient and my nails look/feel great.

Definitely not attention to detail Wax was very hot on my skin not to mention wax was left on my hair, when applying the aloe she used her fingers to smother the aloe on, and not to mention I could smell the orange chicken on her breath No price list posted Usually when I have a eye brow and upper lip wax the waxer will where a mask and air out the wax so it doesn't burn the waxer would apply the aloe with cotton balls and at the end trim and pluck my eye brows THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL Definitely not worth coming here, not to mention my eye brows are uneven read more

I have never ever (and I mean NEVER EVER) had service like at Tony's! My pedicure was exceptional. They were in no rush and took their time. Throughout my nail salon experiences, the more clients in a chair the more revenue! Absolutely not the philosophy here! I rather pay a higher price for optimal services. This is what you are guaranteed to get here. Message for Tony: please, please maintain these high quality standards! You and your team are awesome! Keep up the amazing work!!! read more

Garbage!!! took my girlfriend there to get mani pedi left us with botchy nails and didn't take the ingrowns out when we were persistent about it just an overall rushed job of we are paying 174$ plus tip for both we should be getting what we paid for. Definitely robbed us read more

Horrible. The lady took 5 min on my finger nails. Left all the cuticles. I told her no gel polish and she did it anyway and charged me for it Then they put gel on my toes too when I said no. I had a huge bill and crappy nails. I will not go back. read more

Awesome friendly and they did an awesome job. We will definitely come back. Soon to be Vs nail

Very sweet lady but she doesn't speak English so she doesn't understand what you ask for. Not worth the deluxe pedicure if you don't get what you pay for. The plus side they're empty and open on time. I will probably have to go to another place to re-do my pedi. Will not be back to this place. read more

**Updated Review** I had to reconsider my previous review and update it to one star. The eyebrow lady at this place needs to go! I should have taken the good old, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me" into account. Well, shame on me that I gave this place a second chance to do my eyebrows. The lady was grumpy and literally took half of my eyebrow off. I had to walk out that place ASAP before I said some very not so nice things to her. Such horrible, horrible service.** I checked out Tony's salon after I had seen so many reviews and recommendations on Next-door.com. The first time I walked in, I just went for eyebrows and told them I would return the following day for a mani/pedi. As promised I returned the following day and I received stellar service. Since my initial visit to Tony's Salon they have become my regular salon for mani/pedi. I did get my eyebrows waxed a second time and the very nice lady took a little too much off my eyebrow. Luckily, I can easily mask it with some make up but none, the less, my eyebrow was still noticeably off. If it had not been for that one incident I would give Tony's a five star. I will continue to go to them for my mani/pedi but not my eyebrows. Their staff is very friendly and they greet you with smiling faces and prompt service. read more

This is my families first time here. We came at the end of the day before closing and were greeted with great customer service. They took their time and even had warm rocks to massage our tired legs and feet. This is our second week living in the desert and will definitely be returning customers. Please if you need a nice customer service driving, great salon, come here!! read more

I've been coming here for a couple of years, and I have been very happy with the results. Ivy does a great job and always treats me well. We went on a Saturday morning, to get an eyebrow wax. The lady that attended my mom was very short and demanding with how she spoke. There was blanket on the waxing table which looks like it's not cleaned in between. I'm sure she doubled dipped sticks. And to top it off... her BO was so strong and unpleasant. We smelled it through our masks. Yuck. Will not be returning. read more

Ivy has done my feet and my nails with the results, and I am very happy with this salon. I have been looking for a new salon for a while and I believe I have found it. I hear Tony is an outstanding nail tech. I tried the wax service today and there was no uneasy feeling, the last place I went to had me doing what felt like yoga talk about feeling uneasy. read more

The remove acrylic nails by using another nails. That is painful and not way to do it. Acetone , and cotton balls and tin foil would be better way read more

This rating is actually a 2 1/2 star. Not too sure why this place was rated so high in the first place. I took my wife here to get a mani and pedi. While the quality of the work performed was satisfactory, we had to give them minus 1-star for uncleanliness when cleaning out the the fingers and dry skin well. In addition, it must have been an off day but their customer relations was horrendous. She was greeted very coldly, her manicurist rolled his eyes when she talked about what nail color to be done (just gel polish). The pedicurist was their saving grace and did an amazing job and presented herself as very friendly. For their customer service, minus 1.5 stars. Again, this is a 2.5 star rating which I'm disappointed in writing. Satisfactory work, mediocre cleanliness and terrible customer relations. Will look elsewhere. read more

i originally gave glowing reviews to this nail salon. i have had nothing but problems with my dip nails. the set i had previously at a different salon stayed on for 1 month under very harsh conditions (gardening, building repairs etc.). these did not even last a week. i have now had two repairs on five different nails and they are still breaking and flaking off. just yesterday one of the repaired nails has cracked again. i have not been doing anything more strenuous than making beds and getting dressed so i know that i am not to blame. i just want them off. never again. read more

So happy to hear all the chatter about "Tony". I've followed him to every salon he's worked at for the last 5 years. I've wanted him to open his own shop for a long time. So proud of him and his wife for finally doing it! He is truly the best around. Ivy too, knows my feet and hands very well. She is so patient and thorough! They are a great team. I'll be visiting Tony's Nails regularly from here on out! read more

Absolutely horrible service and quality. I had a fill and not even 24 hours later two nails literally popped off from TYPING at work. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back to see if they would fix them. Instead of being greeted with a sincere apology I was greeted with extremely rude behavior like I had wasted HER time by coming back to get my nails fixed. I was yelled at and told "it'll be a long time before you're seen. Leave and come back later!" With that I stated I was unhappy, walked out and had this woman follow me out yelling and cussing at me while my two children were present. I will never, ever go back to this place and I highly suggest you don't either! read more

Tony is great Awesome customer service good pricing. Knows me by name even though I came in with my wife. Started getting my pedicure there just because of that. Always very friendly and respectful. read more

I read the good reviews...they are well-deserved! My wife, daughter, and I walked in for pedicures 40 minutes before closing with no appointment...everyone welcomed us and nobody seemed put off by the late arrival. Jackie sat me in the pedi chair and said "you relax now...I will do my thing." And she did. She took her time and did meticulous work...and then came the hot stones! HELLO!!! Hot stones? #Amazing!! This was our first pedicure in the desert...we have found a home! ... I have been back since I left this review and it was even better! It seems like the folks who own/operate this place genuinely enjoy what they do and they, for sure, make the customers feel like family!!! read more

I used to go to this salon ALL THE TIME. However, in march of last year I went in to get my eyebrows done and was left with horribly uneven brows. I decided to give them another chance for my nails and was always happy with the results. I went in last week because my acrylic broke and i needed a fix, my nail lady (Ivy) sent me to a man i had never been to before and HE HAD NEVER DONE ACRYLICS BEFORE AND RUINED MY NAIL. The experience was painful, the gel polish wasn't even dry and my nail was extremely bumpy and uneven. I will never be back. read more

I waited a few visits before I made my review as I am one who does read these type of reviews and I can say I am fully satisfied with the service of this shop. The staff is very efficient, the shop is always so clean and Ivy can do my nails so quick and every time they come out PERFECT. I have a very busy life so I don't have time to sit for hours as I can get very inpatient. I'm a get in and get out type of gal but I also expect the service I am paying for and this shop gives that all to me. read more

Very rude lady. I was trying to schedule for my mom & actually went there to talk with them as their phone doesn't work, she raised her voice 2X. I think her attitude shows as there was only one customer on a Saturday morning! read more

I hope Tony's nail gets his business back the way it was before. Ivy like always did a great quick job. I think her dad help out with the beginning of my pedicure which by the way did an awesome job. I had quite an awful experience here this past week. I went in and was given the card showing what I would like done and I pointed to a $30 option that involved a callous remover and a salt scrub. And being as the technician did nothing for my heel calluses I did not question him when he was putting wax on my heels as for all I knew this was part of their protocol. I have never been to this nail salon before.I noticed that check out I was being charged $40 instead of 30 so I question this with the cashier lady, who is not my technician. She told me that the gentleman doing my nails discussed it with another lady and that the lady confirmed I had asked for the $40 option. Well this was a blatant lie as no one was involved in my picking of choices process. I was given the pamphlet picked my choice and gave it back that was it. After I tell her this she shoots back Telling me as a customer it was my job to tell him to stop even though I did not ask for that service. You've got to be kidding me! She then reluctantly changes the price from $40-$30 saying that "all the time all you customers are liars!". Well I will tell you I have never lied about a service I have requested in a salon never! But what I can tell you is that I will never enter this establishment ever again. Went here this time out of convenience but will definitely continue going to the nail salon I I love next to Cardenas! read more

I have supported this small business 4 years until recently their customer service has contumely gone downhill. It's become the WORST experience. They miss write appointment times or worse leave right before a scheduled appointment. The shop had become dirty and is not in Covid compliance. I was there today to get a full set, but was a little hesitant due to some of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised, they were all very friendly and welcoming. Came in as a walk-in, got seated in less than 5 mins. I picked my color and got started.. It took her 15 mins to do my pedi. I got the $20 pedi and took her 15mins.. I felt like everything was rushed. It definitely showed because my nail polish looks like shit. She got up and went to another person. Didn't say anything if I'm done or just stay sitting down and wait for my nails to dry.. NOPE, another lady came and helped me out my slippers on and did not check my nails. I was very careful until I got home. 1 hour later my husband tells me if I went to the same nail salon and I said NO, he said I should have! Just take a look at the pictures! Very disappointed and NEVER AGAIN GOING BACK. read more
