So let me start by giving credit, where credit is due. My pedicure was just amazing!! My tech removed current gel polish like a pro, no pain like I normally have with removal. She cleaned under my nails, trimmed all the cuticles, and scrubbed all my calluses off beautifully. She noticed the chair stopped massaging and turned it back on. Very relaxing and just what a pedicure should be like. The bad... was very disappointed with my nails. It was a simple full set with polish french tip. They were very lopsided shape/acrylic wise. Was told to wash my hands to come back to a different tech. That's when I noticed there was like lifting and discoloration with my acrylic, plus the french was terribly done. The owner was walking by and asked how it was going and showed him my nails. He proceeded to change me techs. At this point the nails are really not repairable but Lisa did her best. She did shape them and re-file them 'better'. Day this lightly given that the french was still disappointing and did not bother to put any cuticle oil. read more

I know I shouldn't be out rn but I've stalled my pedicure for almost two months already. I was due. This place was the only place I could find open on a Sunday. I believe their hours have stayed the same but then I also think they said no they've changed to appointment only? I'm not sure. The owner is professional. However, it always bothers me when you ask for something specific and the nail ladies look at each other, start talking in their language, look at me and keep me talking. The energy changes and it is no longer a good experience. Note to owner--- It's simple to keep a positive interaction with the client when the nail ladies actually talk to guest and not among themselves. The awkward looks and talking about guest is not ok and this should be improved. The nail work is not great but not terrible. I also think that the hygiene practices can be better. Final note, please let guest adjust the massage chair feature. The owner took the control from me and set it instead allowing me to adjust the way I like the massage chair. read more

Well, I just came back from having a pedicure. Yes, the lady did a pretty good job trimming up all the dead skin, etc. however, aren't your feet supposed to be baby butt soft when you get home? Mine felt like sandpaper around my toes and my heels. I had them do the callus removal, but they need to put something on afterwards that moisturizes. I had to apply my own stuff to make them smooth. Cindy has done my nails for a year she has been in Vietnam and tony did my nails they were awful! I made an appt to get fixed they had me wait 20 minutes and said they couldn't do because they took a walk in. Lisa tried to fix but they were falling off. I went back owner did and they looked good but she waxed more than I asked for and charged 35 fir a gel polish change. Came here on a friend's recommendation. Pretty good customer service and accommodating. Lots of color choices. However, my gel manicure was not good. I came in with gel on and she sanded it all off to a point where my nails were burning. I was expecting them to soak it, but nope. I was in a rush and only had about 40 minutes for a gel manicure, and was assured it would be done in time. I will say it was done in time. But, not done well AT ALL. However, the women who did my nails keep picking at my cuticles with the cuticle cutter. Even when I told her it hurt, she kept going and ended up cutting me to the point of bleeding! Second, the paint job was the worst I have ever had! Some points she painted my skin, left bubbles and particles in the polish, and didn't fill in the nail completely in other spots. I walked away with a lumpy/partially opaque nails. Nails were shaped ok. Ended up being $27 before tip. Definitely not worth it. read more

Worst experience ever! I've came here multiple times to remove my acrylics and I was satisfied every time... not after today when the nail technician made me bleed 3 times from 3 different nail beds. She pretty much ripped my acrylics out without going through the process of soaking. She didn't bother to ask her other coworkers if she is doing the service correctly, she kept going on. If you don't know how to do something, simply don't do it. Doing something you don't know how to do can hurt or leave your customer uncomfortable. Never again will I be coming back! read more

Very bad service. They ruined my nails and the owner yelled at meet because I wanted the issue corrected. The Owner did my nails and immediately had a nasty attitude. When I wasn't satisfied , the male owner yelled at me and told me I was asking for too much. My nails I are also starting the chip and look lumpy. I'm very very unhappy with the results and service. I hesitated coming to CT Nails based on the average review of 3.5 stars. I ended up visiting after an unexpected visit to America's Tires next door. They were able to take me in as a walk-in for a dip manicure. I cannot overstate how excellent this manicure was, and I truly feel so lucky that a flat tire led me to CT Nails. Before the pandemic, I was getting dip manicures twice a month, and no one has ever given me such a thorough, careful manicure as Tracy did. The little details -- like having a dish of WARM water to soak my fingers in before she trimmed my cuticles -- really stood out. And she did such an incredible job cleaning up my cuticles, which needed it after 12+ months without a manicure. And she applied the dip expertly. I like my nails short, so maybe not the most beautiful manicure to show off, but still, I cannot find a single fault. I wish I lived closer so I could visit Tracy more often. read more

My experience at CT nails was not pleasant this morning! When I walked in for a pedicure the owner( only male in the salon) told me they only accepted cash! He said a regular manicure was $25. I thought ok great! The gal who did it was very rough and she mumbled to herself the whole time! I asked her who she was talking to and she just mumbled more. She cut my toenails and painted them. She took the paddle and gave me heels a swish on each side and said " you're done". The Manager was very loud all morning trying to impress 2 other clients !At the end of my experience The manager came over and asked me how it was ? I said Iwas surprised I didn't get any lotion? All she did was my nails!He said lotion is $5 more!!! He said " everything is going up". I left with feet al most the same as I came. I told him not too worry I-will lotion them up at home!
