It did not look natural at all and looked so thick and dramatic but not In a good way. They looked like I cut lashes from a take home lash kit and just put 10 of them on. When I left I plucked about 40% of them off. There was no lash separation at all. They did not look cute at all. I have Lash Lifts done every 4- 6 weeks, with my long- time, go-to spot. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, my regular salon has been closed and still has not re-opened. Desperate before a trip, after months of waiting, I decided to go give this place a try. Huge waste of $75, and an hour of my time My lashes look EXACTLY how they looked when I walked in. She assured me it was the glue left on them that weighed them down until tomorrow. I'm not one to bicker about the service, I simply won't return. Having been one to have lash Lifts done professionally, on a regular basis, I know for one they aren't supposed to leave clumps of glue when you walk out , and two the glue should not be weighing down your lashes to the point that there is ZERO difference. I knew from start of her process, we weren't off to a good start.... should've left then. I've always left lift appts, with a very noticeable difference right away! Check out previous reviews. Very dissatisfied. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Even if other places are more expensive for lifts, it's worth the extra money. This is money down the drain. Could not be happier with the lash extensions I got from Gabby! For the past year I've been driving 45min away and paying almost twice as much and still was never quite as happy as I am with the set I got from her! I highly recommend going to Gabby for lash extensions. There was zero pain and redness during and after the process which was really such a different experience form the very first time I tried extensions(with a different lash artist). I don't even know where to begin so I'll break it down... Microblading: I had never even heard of it until I saw a before and after photo pop up on my Instagram and I was in awe. It looks so natural and I have received soooo many compliments from friends and strangers. You really can pick and choose exactly what you want which is really different from most places. It is completely custom. She really takes her time and knows exactly what she's doing. She doesn't clump a bunch of extensions on one lash, she puts them on individually and they always look natural. I love the cat eye style the best- it is an instant face lifter but the doll is super cute too! I'm obsessed. Studio: She works out of her home which is wonderful for a few reasons. First it allows her to be more flexible on scheduling appointments and let me tell you she is AMAZING there. She is always so responsive and nice and always makes the time no matter how busy she is. I have been having a crazy schedule lately and have had to reschedule so many times (which I feel so bad about) but she is always so kind and accommodating. Secondly her studio space is THE CUTEST. It is perfectly decorated and cozy and there is always candy and I love that she has a TV playing so you don't get bored while laying there! It was awesome to hear true crime shows and that 70s show while she was working on me. It makes it so much fun! Can I just say Gabby is the best. I found her and not only was she open the day I needed she was very prompt with her communication. I get to her studio which was very welcoming and calm. She plays good music to where you will drift off into a nap. I got her classic lashes and they are so cute and natural. She let me know it was shedding season and if any came out sooner then they should that she'd replace them. Gabby's a person who stands behind her work and is willing to correct anything if you're not happy which you will be so don't worry about that. I never leave bad reviews, Being a business owner myself I know they can have a negative impact. So the fact that I'm leaving this Negative review, is only because I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism. The first time I had an appointment with her she canceled and reschedule me for another day. Then when I finally got my lashes done they ALL fell out by the next day. She offered to redo them, she said her glue must have went bad. It took a week until she could redo them. She offered me a discount on my fill for the inconvenience, so I scheduled another appointment. 5 minutes before my fill appointment she calls me to say she's on hold with an important phone call, and if I wanted to reschedule. I told her I could not reschedule because I was leaving for vacation. I had confirmed the appointment the day before and let her know I was going on vacation, so she was well aware. She tells me it's going to be a while because she's already been on hold for 2 hours, so she would call/text me when she's ready for me later in the day. She never called back. Luckily I found another lash salon. They look great and are staying on! My coworker also booked an appointment with her, before she was knew all this information. Gabby canceled on her first appointment 2 times. My coworker decided not to try her out after all. Smart decision! If you decide to give her a try be aware of how flakey she is. read more

i was gonna give her five stars bc she was very gentle and attentive during our session. but then the drama started i came in for a lash lift and microblading/micro shading combo over a month ago, paid her in advance for my follow up session (that should've been a week later) and left...and nothing happened. when trying to set a date for the follow up, she explained that she had a personal thing going on but we never got a date set. just a side note: the lash lift was a waste of $75 bc my lashes looked the same after so i bought my own kit and did it myself. i asked for a refund of the services (the follow up microblading session and the microshading) not completed twice - about $200 - and she went silent. though, not before reading my messages; she has her read receipts on so i know she saw them. i'm pretty disappointed since she seemed like a nice person who is good at her craft and i was excited to get my brows done. and it's just not cool to steal from people, you know? i hope no one else reading this goes through this but good luck to you read more

Today was my first time doing eyelash extensions professionally (other than a nail salon). I literally texted her yesterday to schedule my appointment the very next day. She is very easy to schedule with and fast. Her studio is very clean, upon entering my son and I were offered complimentary snacks. I told her I wanted something simple but cute. The whole process was about an hour n a half, which flew by because she has music in the background and my eyes handled it very well. (Usually my eyes get teary very quick) she explained in detail I must keep them clean in order for them to last longer and even receive a complimentary Eyelash Cleaning Kit! I loved her patience and not trying to sell me something that wouldn't go with my face. Instead she suggested this beautiful classic set and depending on me by my next fill I can either go bigger or simpler. Thanks again Gaby, I can't stop staring at my eyelashes!!
