About 4 ladies working. The lady doing my toes was very short w/ me @ first. And she was coughing up a storm the whole time. She had a mask on but it was still gross. I showed her a picture and asked her did she have a color close to it, it was a shade of pink. She went and brought me a color that was way off.. I told her that wasn't quite the color she said well you find it and tell me. I found a color similar in the samples. I was going to get a pink French tip, but I opted to just a solid pink because they just started cleaning so I feel like they were trying to hint to me they were closing. Was it worth $44? I've had several pedicures here. Everyone is so nice and friendly! The shop is very large and always very clean. There are several pedicure services to choose from and all are priced great for the services you pick. The man that answers the phone and takes the payment speak English very well. Easy to understand. I like how they will send a text the day before your appointment to remind you. They do take credit cards but prefer cash. Also they charge a small % if you want to pay by card. I was able to schedule an appointment easily online for a next day mani/pedi, which was awesome! I love a place that makes it easy to book the services you desire online! Unfortunately the experience itself was a bit meh. I arrived a few minutes early and they sat me in a pedi chair immediately. My technician was friendly enough. We exchanged a few pleasantries but it was clear she wasn't interested in chatting further, which was fine. I needed to have gel polish removed and she used the drill. I've always known some nail techs and customers don't care for the drill, thinking that it takes off too much of the nail itself, but my personal experience with it has been wonderful. I've always had techs that were very cautious about only removing the polish. Sadly, my luck ran out at this salon. The tech was so aggressive that I actually had to pull my hand away a few times because of the heat. There were 2 fingernails, in particular, that I was afraid she had sanded so long that the nail itself would be paper thin. (I have really thick nails, so this usually isn't a concern.) The rest of the mani/pedi went well and I was pleased with the physical appearance of my nails. But my shellac started chipping off of those 2 fingernails after about 5-6 days. This is highly unusual for me. I can usually go at least 3-4 weeks with no chips. I decided to visit another salon to have the shellac soaked off to be safe. Sure enough, those two fingernails really were as paper thin as I suspected and I'm sure that's why my mani didn't last. My nail beds will grow out and recover, but it was a disappointing experience. read more

This was my second time coming here, I love how it's not busy all the time. Kelly is super accommodating when it comes to scheduling her customers. She's very organized compared to other nail salons I've been to, I would highly recommend coming here! The prices aren't too high, you really get what you pay for :) For a regular gel pedicure, I paid $37 plus tip! Always tip your nail techs, they work tirelessly for their customers. I first came to get lash extensions (for a special occasion), after trying all the DIY options and not having had good experiences in the past. I now come every 6-8 weeks and am so impressed with the care and artistry of Kelly. She is gentle, yet intentional about every lash placed, the specific amount of glue and the overall result. I often top my treatment off with her masterfully skilled eyebrow waxing. In all my times I've come, only once was I aware of a fallen lash!! Once I committed to maintaining my lashes I decided to get my mani/pedis here. The appointment process handled via text...complete with a reminder text the day before the appointment). Tim is most often the one managing their calendar. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes, am greeted by my name and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. No shortage of options as they keep ahead with the trends. Cleanliness and friendliness top off the excellent job where they listen to my specific requests and handle my sensitive hands with care. The worst service ever I picked a color and the girl said that's a gel and not a dip. I told her that I wanted the same color on my nails and toes. I asked her to please tell the girl doing my pedicure as I wanted the same color. She showed me a pale pink shade which I said was too dull and I wanted it to sparkle. I insisted on having my cuticles also and don't mind paying extra. I also asked that my pedicure to have rounded nails as I get ingrown toe nails. I even took the file to show her what I was looking for. The two girls worked together and spoke in a foreign language for an hour until I told them that it was rude after which they were silent for the rest of the session. They painted my toes in gel and dipped my nails after I expressly told them not too. They painted them both in the pale pink I didn't want. My toes were still filed incorrectly and they didn't do my cuticles. I reminded them and she said they were done. I'm in my 70's and have been getting manicures for 50 years which gives me the ability to tell when my cuticles have been trimmed. I asked to speak to the manager but there wasn't one. Terrible experience, I tipped them $10 each as I assumed they were poor but I will never go back there. No wonder the shop wasn't busy. read more

They paid very close attention to my nails and were gentle especially when doing the cuticle part. And the powder dip was applied just the right thickness. My husband and I visited this location for pedicures. It was nice and clean. I called at opening time and made an appointment for later that afternoon. We were on l and seated right away. A plus! My husband got Sara for his pedicure, I had her mom I believe (I was told it was a mother/daughter team that did pedicures when I called). When all was said and done my pedicure was good. But it felt rushed. We both got the Bella pedicure ($41). When you upgrade from an express pedicure you expect a little extra pampering. :-/ Everything was super fast, for me, except for the extra 5 minute massage which was timed by them. When "the mom" finished me she immediately made her way over to a gentleman that had been soaking since before we arrived. I'm assuming this is why she was rushing?!! I appreciate the fact that they honored our appointment instead of trying to squeeze him in quickly, but I still want the extra pampering I paid for. Again, all in all, my pedicure was done well. Feet were smooth and Polish done well. Sara on the other hand was extremely meticulous. My pedicure was done at least 10 minutes before my husbands. My polish completely dried while waiting.
