03/10/23 Update - I just wanted to take a moment and offer high praise and even higher gratitude…read morefor Kyle, the owner and main esthetician at SKIN! Over the last two months, I've been getting monthly full body waxing, weekly lactic peel facials, and weekly back facials, and not only is his waxing gentle and extremely effective (the hair has regrown slower than it ever had before when I was getting monthly waxes at the European Wax Center), the skin of my face and back is so smooth and the way that he massages as part of the facials is providing me with some of the best lymphatic work that I have ever gotten (and I've been dealing with lymphatic issues for the last 8 months). I am so grateful for Kyle and his skill set and look forward to years of working with him! SKIN is amazing! Kyle is not only incredible skilled (such that I have not only transferred all my facials to him, for I was getting them at a day spa in Riverside, I've decided to switch all my waxing to him - a week after my first waxing with him and my skin is barely starting to show hair growth [with previous waxes, roughly 3 days later, hair growth would start to appear]), he is very knowledgeable, honest with what one's skin needs, and very personable! When one visits his practice, it's like one is at a 5-star day spa (from the colors to the scents to the heated table to the water features to the robe and bathroom) - I leave every time feeling extremely relaxed/rejuvenated, and can't wait for the next time! I am now committed to receiving all my facials and waxes from Kyle going forward. So grateful to have found SKIN!

The Prickly Little Pineapple was the BEST wax experience I have ever had! Kiana, the esthetician worked quick and to perfection! I will be returning to this location over and over again. Kiana stated that she will be doing eyelashes in the near future and I am totally going to her. She had a great conversation with me and made me feel very comfortable while having my waxing performed. She takes walk-ins or appointments, I walked in and she stayed late to complete the waxing. I am going to plug her business by adding her phone number of 760-636-8497, that is how much I loved this cute salon!!! I would totally recommend to anyone! read more

Prickly Little Pineapple is a small, very private and intimate salon. Kiana is amazing she is very friendly makes you feel very comfortable. I had my first wax here and was very nervous (mostly about the pain) but Kiana talked me through the whole process and made it as easy and pain free as she could. She kept the conversation going and before I knew it I was done and very happy with the results. Never going back to razors again. Kiana is very clean and quick and she did not miss one hair! I'm very happy with the experience and very happy I chose Prickly Little Pineapple for my waxing needs! read more

If you're looking for THE place to get a Brazilian then look no further. Having worked for a very popular wax company I experienced a handful of waxes and none of them have ever left me as smooth or as neat as PLP. She gives you a sanitary wipe and a towel so you're not completely exposed. Such a warm and comforting environment it's quick to forget youre even getting waxed. Kiana you've won me over permanently and will 147% being coming back. read more

A-mazing! Once you try out shrink wrap brazilian wax, you will never want to do another method ever. Shrink wrap is where the professional puts on the hot wax, wax wraps itself around the hair follicle and then the wax pro softly strips/peels off the wax which is almost painless compared to other methods. Kiana is a lovely lady whom not only makes you completely comfortable however thoroughly removes all the unwanted hair, highly recommend! read more

Kiana is seriously the best! Im 9 months pregnant, and I've never been waxed before but she talked to me the entire time and distracted me which really helped! she is also super quick and gentle and made me feel a lot less awkward about everything! She was really informative about after care and how often to come back, and her prices honestly can't be beat. I told everyone I know to come to her!! Great experience. read more
