They did a great job. The massage was amazing. They don't have the matching color for toes but was able to improvise and I'm happy. I walked in and was seen immediately. Plenty of parking. There is a language barrier but we worked through it read more

These cuticle nicks were the result of giving this place a second chance. The first time, the lady did a pretty decent job, but I did have to go back to have them re-filed because they were not all straight. The second time, she was very rough resulting in two cuticle nicks that are still bloody and painful 3 days later AND I had to go back in because the nail color wasn't even. I will not go back and definitely don't recommend it. My poor cuticles hurt so bad! read more

Horrible service. They took me in at 530 (they close at 7). Did a horrible job and when I said the nails were uneven and it was messy and she cut me multiple times. She's fussed at me at then told me it was my fault cause she had someone waiting. I explained that's not my fault she then scuffed up all the nails grabbed me by the arm and tried to force me into another seat to have someone else finish it. I told her I was uncomfortable and wanted to leave and she forced me to pay $30. Before letting me leave!!! Don't go here!!!!!! read more

Very overpriced and horrible paint job. $40 for basic pedicure. Had to ask the person painting my nails to actually paint the entire nail

Felt like fasr food service. Three employees playing on phones when k walked in and they had a young. Inexperienced boy do my nail on a pillow while I was getting a pedicure. My pedicure was nice, and older lady did them, the kid was awkward, keep motioning me to twist in the chair for his convenience. I paid. Left there and went to a different salon the next day. read more

Do NOT go there. After you get there, are in the chair for the pedicure, then they up charge you for the buff no polish. The polish is included, but as a man, I don't want it, so I get an up charge because the woman who is doing the pedicure says, "I don't like to do it, they too much work." I left. read more

Been here twice now and the customer service is always off and their rude. I tipped 15%+ at the end and both of the nail techs look at each other, say a nasty remark about it and laugh. This salon used to be my go-to place, but lately I've noticed a drop in quality. There are a lot of new faces, and the level of experience just isn't the same. The designs aren't like they used to be, my nail shape is uneven, and the retention barely lasts a week anymore read more

They do shape good if you want square but they broke my real nail and my arylic fell off a week after. also a full set! I went back to ask to get the nail fixed and they are different colors and I had to 5 dollars to fix my broken nail. The ladies were nice tho. They glow in the dark too ? read more

Had my nails done on Thursday before Stagecoach. Just a powder dip, no acrylics. Friday my right thumb nail chipped. Later that day my entire left thumb nail came off. I have had powder dip and have never had this happen. Saturday morning right index finger and pinky popped off (again this is powder should not pop off) Sunday left index finger nail off today right ring finger. Paid $70 and nails did not even last 24 hours before issues She was nice but not happy with quality of work. read more

Great service! Very friendly and love their work, also I have very sensitive nails and they were very gentle. Great relaxing atmosphere

I used to come here all the time! The quality has gone down and the tech's rush thru the appointment, And they do a tacky job! I wish I would've read several reviews before paying 60+ dollars for my acrylic nails. I had gotten in my car after my nail appointment with Jack, he used to do such an amazing job I don't know what his deal is but he did a terrible job this time and left one of my acrylic nails crooked And lopsided to the right. I'm going to upload a picture of my crooked nail so you can all see that I am not joking and you have all been warned do not come here. It is a waste of money now. I live in Palm Springs there's no way I'm going back to Palm Desert so they can fix my crooked nail, I will just go somewhere else and have them fix it. Also, I had my 6p appointment For my nails and I waited close to half hour before I was seen, what's the point of making an appointment if they're still going to make you wait 30 minutes. I'm never coming back here again. This place has gone downhill!! There are 1 million other nail salons and I will do my research and find the right place until then they've lost me as a customer for life never coming back here ever again. They got me walking around with a crooked ass nail and its so messed up. read more

Honestly so tired of coming here. All the designs I kept asking for Tiffany kept talking me out of and she kept pushing for me to do coffin but I had to keep saying I like square. She used way to much product that even after I scrubbed and washed my hands this is how they dried. Had a diamond on my nail fall off as soon as I walked out so I immediately went inside to get it fixed and she had an attitude. I then expressed I wanted my Toes done and she said "I don't do toes and we don't have time" I was willing to wait. Then at checkout she loudly said "is your tip going to be cash or card" and I shouldn't have tipped at all but because she was so loud in front of everyone I felt obligated too. But honestly horrible horrible Experience every-time I come here. read more

I went in for a gel pedicure and had a terrible experience with Lee. She didn't cut my nails, painted over my skin, and looked irritated the entire time as if doing the service was a burden. I politely asked her multiple times to cut my nails (which is part of what I was paying for), and she just stared at me without responding. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. This was by far the worst service I've ever received. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. read more

I am never the type to write reviews but I had a terrible experience coming to diamond nails this time around. It had been awhile since I came because of some previous work I was really disappointed but I still gave it the BENEFIT OF A DOUBT, never again. They charged me $65 for this ugly set. I asked for almond shape. My nails are bumpy as you see in the 3rd picture and they rushed through the whole process. I also want to add that going to the nail salon is my time to relax and this experience was not relaxing what so ever!! They were doing my toes and nails at the same time and this is the result. I understand if it's busy maybe do this but it was not busy at all. I will never be coming back here. Waste of time and MONEY. read more

I'm not sure why there's so many unhappy people posting bad reviews, I've been going to jack for years. If you want a crazy beautiful design, know what artist is capable of doing that! Call and ask, they are so nice and will explain who can and can't do complicated designs. Jack has done every crazy style on me and they always are perfect. He's usually booked out about 4 days, nothing crazy like people saying he's booked out for weeks. Call and make appointments, and know and respect your nail tech! read more

I set up an appointment with them through dm on Instagram a few weeks ahead of time. When I show up, the guy I was supposed to see wasn't even there and what appeared to be the manager did my nails instead. It felt incredibly rushed and lazy. The shape of the nails are incredibly wonky from the side but they look decent from the top. Both the thumbs came out uneven and a different length. She filed my real nails in different shapes and when she was using the drill I bled around my cuticles. Keep in mind none of the tools used were sterilized or looked even remotely clean. Then halfway through the process she gave the job to another guy even though the one I was supposed to see finally showed up. I was told through dm that I should bring $55 but ended up paying $70 for a basic set. It was my first time getting my nails done so at first I was happy but once I showed my friends my nails and tell them how much I paid and more about the situation they laughed and told me to never go back again. read more

Ive followed this salons Instagram account for some time now and have been excited to come in. Unfortunately I was faced with a rude awakening. It seems that only one nail tech is posting their work because he is booked out for weeks in advanced. I came in as a walk in and was seated within 5 mins of being there. The man who greeted me told me who to go to based on what I wanted done. Needless to say it did not happen. I went back a week later because a nail broke.. and actually got a new design because I was not satisfied with the work I got. The shape isn't bad but the actual color execution is so patchy and uneven. read more

I agree with the past comments- DO NOT believe the instagram posts- it's all bs - this place is overpriced and this photo is my nails after 3 days. Haven't even done anything and they chipped like mad.... These plain white nails were 100$ and that's without tip. Just ridiculous. Never coming here again. I booked an appointment but the guy that I booked with had some else I'm his chair so I asked can I go to Starbucks they like yeah. I come back the nail tech went home.
