These cuticle nicks were the result of giving this place a second chance. The first time, the lady did a pretty decent job, but I did have to go back to have them re-filed because they were not all straight. The second time, she was very rough resulting in two cuticle nicks that are still bloody and painful 3 days later AND I had to go back in because the nail color wasn't even. I will not go back and definitely don't recommend it. My poor cuticles hurt so bad! read more

Had my nails done on Thursday before Stagecoach. Just a powder dip, no acrylics. Friday my right thumb nail chipped. Later that day my entire left thumb nail came off. I have had powder dip and have never had this happen. Saturday morning right index finger and pinky popped off (again this is powder should not pop off) Sunday left index finger nail off today right ring finger. I went in for a gel pedicure and had a terrible experience with Lee. She didn't cut my nails, painted over my skin, and looked irritated the entire time as if doing the service was a burden. I politely asked her multiple times to cut my nails (which is part of what I was paying for), and she just stared at me without responding. I used to come here all the time! The quality has gone down and the tech's rush thru the appointment, And they do a tacky job! I wish I would've read several reviews before paying 60+ dollars for my acrylic nails. I had gotten in my car after my nail appointment with Jack, he used to do such an amazing job I don't know what his deal is but he did a terrible job this time and left one of my acrylic nails crooked And lopsided to the right. I'm going to upload a picture of my crooked nail so you can all see that I am not joking and you have all been warned do not come here. It is a waste of money now. I live in Palm Springs there's no way I'm going back to Palm Desert so they can fix my crooked nail, I will just go somewhere else and have them fix it. Also, I had my 6p appointment For my nails and I waited close to half hour before I was seen, what's the point of making an appointment if they're still going to make you wait 30 minutes. I'm never coming back here again. This place has gone downhill!! She used way to much product that even after I scrubbed and washed my hands this is how they dried. Had a diamond on my nail fall off as soon as I walked out so I immediately went inside to get it fixed and she had an attitude. I then expressed I wanted my Toes done and she said "I don't do toes and we don't have time" I was willing to wait. It had been awhile since I came because of some previous work I was really disappointed but I still gave it the BENEFIT OF A DOUBT, never again. They charged me $65 for this ugly set. I asked for almond shape. My nails are bumpy as you see in the 3rd picture and they rushed through the whole process. I also want to add that going to the nail salon is my time to relax and this experience was not relaxing what so ever!! They were doing my toes and nails at the same time and this is the result. Went for a pedicure Jan 30th had an appointment. Pedicure was maybe 20 minutes long if that, toe nails not cut short enough, No digging out of crud from under nails, no calf rub, no lotion, towels barely warm. Waste of my time. The 4 of us will not return. read more

I'm not sure why there's so many unhappy people posting bad reviews, I've been going to jack for years. If you want a crazy beautiful design, know what artist is capable of doing that! Call and ask, they are so nice and will explain who can and can't do complicated designs. Jack has done every crazy style on me and they always are perfect. He's usually booked out about 4 days, nothing crazy like people saying he's booked out for weeks. Call and make appointments, and know and respect your nail tech! read more

I set up an appointment with them through dm on Instagram a few weeks ahead of time. When I show up, the guy I was supposed to see wasn't even there and what appeared to be the manager did my nails instead. It felt incredibly rushed and lazy. The shape of the nails are incredibly wonky from the side but they look decent from the top. Both the thumbs came out uneven and a different length. She filed my real nails in different shapes and when she was using the drill I bled around my cuticles. Keep in mind none of the tools used were sterilized or looked even remotely clean. Then halfway through the process she gave the job to another guy even though the one I was supposed to see finally showed up. I was told through dm that I should bring $55 but ended up paying $70 for a basic set. It was my first time getting my nails done so at first I was happy but once I showed my friends my nails and tell them how much I paid and more about the situation they laughed and told me to never go back again. read more

It seems that only one nail tech is posting their work because he is booked out for weeks in advanced. I came in as a walk in and was seated within 5 mins of being there.
